Hi everyone! Sorry I'm late but yesterday and today I just had to write some stuff. Couldn't put it off anymore. I think you'll like it. Today I wrote: Will the Rapture be Invisible? and yesterday I wrote: Do We Obey God or the Government?. I think you'll be surprised on the rapture one . I'm afraid I couldn't do much more as I've been sick again. Guess I caught something when we went to the birthday party. Feels like the flu, but then again I know the RA is in full flare so could be that or both.... who knows? Feeling a little better but not well yet.
I guess you all misunderstood me about the kids. Michael doesn't keep them from me. I can't go into detail but it's not the parents fault in this case. And the reason, as I said before, that we most likely won't go for visitation rights is because it would just make the kids lives more miserable and we don't want to be a curse to them, we want to be a blessing. Therefore, for now, I feel it's best if I just pray for them. I love them dearly, and I hate to see them being hurt, but I certainly don't want to add to their hurt.
I have to agree with you guys, I hope Cheryl doesn't take the job too. I just couldn't think of how to write it that day as I was feeling so badly and my brain wouldn't work at all.
I so glad you're getting to spend the day with Jazzy today Lulu! Give her an extra hug from all of us too!
Sorry to hear about Daniel getting sick Lorrie. I hope he's feeling better now. I'm so glad you got to participate in most of the retreat anyway! Maybe next year.... I hear you about the schools Lorrie. I wrote letters to the school board about that very thing, saying exactly what you said and a whole lot more . Of course it didn't do any good, but I tried.
Oh, I'll post it in her prayer request, but I spoke to Lou and Marianne got home night before last. She's doing fairly well; just sleeping a lot right now, which is why I didn't talk to her. I didn't get to talk to her much at all this time as she was pretty out of it right up till just before she went home. Two days before she went home she still wasn't making much sense at all on the phone, but Lou says she's doing much better now. We both believe it's the oxycontin that's doing it to her and she only took one all day yesterday so of course was doing better. Please keep praying for her recovery as this particular operation can be difficult and some major problems can occur afterward if the Lord doesn't intervene.
Margie! It sounds like my house used to be when my kids were little We had a bunch of birds, a cat, a dog, a snake, two hamsters, some fish, a snake and I think we even had a mouse
Well, I'd better get busy, or I won't get anything else done today. See you all later!

Hello my friends. I took Tyler home a bit ago and got to see Levi and he smothered my face with a wide open mouth again. How come I can't stand anything on my hands and I am worse about my face but when my kids slobber all over me, I just laugh and dry? I switched my browser to IE and I now have spell check but no ad blocker. I can find out how to get it and also how to turn it off for this site. I have a techie on chat stand-by for 15.00 a month. Love it! Cindy I am sorry if I misconstrued what you were saying. I didn't think Michael wouldn't let you see them but thought his in-laws or even wife, might make their lives miserable if they are around you. And praying for them all is the very best thing you can do for them. I'm just so sorry you are getting hurt sometimes. And, I plan to read the Rapture stuff you wrote. Sorry I let you do all the research for me ::). I'm glad to hear Marianne is home now and tell her for me Frieda had hers reversed and she was quite happy when she healed and had no complications. I pray hers is an easy transition, too. Lorrie , how is Daniel? Back to his normal sweet self? Wow! I'm looking at the ad that says Give abused and neglected children a voice, yours. Be a Court Appointed Special advocate. I have a big voice. I can go to school for anything at the Gov. expense. No physical labor and if somebody needs me to actually help a child, I could give Jesus a vessel to use. I am excited. I would have to go to college, I'm sure. And that in itself would cure me of the panic cause Jesus is always with me. My God, I may have just found my future!!!!Input please, good and bad. Larry has no faith in me and I don't either , but I have large faith in God!I have to get off now, and I didn't get to talk to Cheryl,or Seven or Catt or Barb and Leonard. But Love everyone, so talk to you later,Love Ruthanne...P.S. I would have to depend on Jesus for everything.Like getting me out of the house daily,I would need a good car. I think that would be wonderful and totally worth it to get back to being so close to my Savior!Larry wants me gotta go.

Lost our internet/TV connection again - 3rd time in the 3 weeks we've been with Charter. They said it was somebody working around the cable but it went out yesterday when there weren't any construction workers that we could see.
Just resting this afternoon. Really busy morning.

Hi, everyone. Just finished getting caught up on chat. Just wanted to post and say hi. About the job. I do not have a choice in the matter. If a job presents itself, I trust that the Lord will protect me, just like he always has.

Oh Lulu, haven't you checked your profile settings so that the board will save your posts for you? I explained how to do that in the check it out thread I believe.... I'm glad you had a good day with Jazzy though!
Wow Margie, that's not a very good record is it? Do you know anyone else in your area that has it that you could check with to see how their service has been?
Hi Cheryl, good to see you!
Jenn forgot to put the car seats in her car, so they couldn't come yesterday and will be coming over today instead. So now I get to do it all over again.
I did get my flower box flowers planted the other day though, so at least that much is done. I was afraid to do it before then because the weather was still as low as freezing at night until just a couple of days ago.
I'm late as usual because of wanting to write something the Lord showed me. It's What the Lord says to us right now. Hope you all like it!

We had Direct TV before but the TC service was erratic and the internet was slow. I think that as long as we're in this location we're stuck with mediocre service.
My son is coming over Sunday for Mother's Day. It will be so good to see him.

That is a nice song, Seven. I had not heard it, but it has a beautiful, haunting melody. Reminds me of some Johnny Mathis songs on a CD of his early greatest hits. I love music from that era.
I was thinking about Anna this morning. Has she posted in here since Cindy started the new website? I don't think she has, so might need to check on her. Hope everything is well with her. Lee also - where is Lee?
On my walk this morning I met a couple that I've been waving at and speaking to these few months that I've been walking at the mall. They are retired missionaries from Iran! So very interesting!! The wife told me a little about their life and I said, "You should write a book," and she said, "I already have!" I'm going to buy a copy from her when she gets another shipment. She said she went back to college and got her Master's Degree at age 68 (I think it was - she may have been in her 70s by then), so Ruthanne, I'd agree with what Cindy said about going back to school to be a child advocate -- go for it! You can do it -- you'd be great at that!!
Oh, and thanks to everyone who asked about Daniel. He's better except for that little bit of asthmatic cough he always gets at the end of a sickness.

Had a long talk with Jesus last night... about Eden... began to feel very sad about what we did to Gods great gift of life... I wondered ...how long we were in Eden before we sinned... also how long before Adam and Eve sinned?? ...and when that happened they then began to feel guilty and ashamed... so that must be one measure of sin and it might be something to share with your children or grandchildren... or indeed just your friends... It is an easy way to at least indicate a problem... obviously we probably all know this but... in the heat of life ... how much guilt do we measure, consider and repent from the cause. The guilt we feel is because we have betrayed Gods Love for us..

Good Morning everyone!
You're right Lorrie. I don't think Anna's signed up as a member yet as we only have two that haven't yet posted: John (jtheb) and someone who's using the name spring. So unless that's Anna, she hasn't joined yet. I hope she got one of the messages I sent. Steve just signed up as he didn't see my email until today. John got mine the day I sent it after Cheryl said she thought his email address didn't work. But it does as he got mine right away, but had trouble registering so it took a couple of days before he was able to do so. Not sure what the problem was, but when I asked him to try again it worked so that's all that matters I guess. I hope he posts soon and lets us know how he's doing.
That's too bad about the poor service in your area Margie. That would drive my husband nuts! He can't live without his cowboy shows I don't know why, but I keep forgetting that Sunday is mother's day. It's funny cause everytime someone mentions it, I'm surprised all over again.
Does that couple live near you Lorrie, the ones that were missionaries I mean? It's really neat how the Lord puts other brothers and sisters in our path! What's the name of her book, do you know? I'm glad to hear Daniel's feeling better now.
That's crazy about your husbands work and that rumor Kel! Let us know what happens ok? I can't believe they'd do anything like that, expecially after finding that it wasn't his fault. You must just be glowing with joy at having your house full again!
Jenn and the kids came over yesterday finally LOL. It was fun as Elijah was all excited as he's studying birds at school and wanted to see how many he could see. So we spent the afternoon looking at the birds and then looking to see what their names were and he made a list of all that he'd seen that day. Gracie helped too. She said she was studying butterflys at school, but wanted to help with the birds instead LOL. Anyway, we had a good time as usual.

Hello everyone! Praise the Lord for His grace and faithfulness and for bringing us all together here once again. He's always good.
In spite of all the bad news, of which there seems to be no end, I wish to share a few words of encouragement, in song. I've shared this before, but I'm sharing it again as the Lord has laid it on my heart. Below, I've posted a video with lyrics so that you may join in singing and praise with the Kentucky Chicken Pluckers. They don't sing the 3rd verse in the video, but I've included the lyrics of the 3rd verse for relevance.
No, Not One!
1. There's not a friend like the lowly Jesus - No, not one! no, not one! None else could heal all our soul's diseases - No, not one! no, not one!
Chorus Jesus knows all about our struggles, He will guide till the day is done; There's not a friend like the lowly Jesus - No, not one! no, not one!
2. No friend like Him is so high and holy - No, not one! no, not one! And yet no friend is so meek and lowly - No, not one! no, not one!
3. There's not an hour that He is not near us - No, not one! no, not one! No night so dark but His love can cheer us - No, not one! no, not one!
4. Was e'er a gift like the Savior given? - No, not one! no, not one! Will He refuse us a home in heaven! - No, not one! no, not one!

Hello ladies, I was just now able to sign on this new fresh-hope site. I am sorry I dumped my e-mail fast. But here I am with a new e-mail address. I was overwhelmed with being busy (Bible study, housework and work Ron had for me to do) that is why I dumped the e-mail fast when I knew I would be posting here and not on e-mail to you all anymore. I was dreaming mixed up Bible study at night, I love to listen and learn from brother Mike's Bible studies. Yesterday was a busy day for me. I started out by picking mesquite flowers from the mesquite trees. I prayed while picking the flowers from the trees, avoiding the bees and the thorns and watching out for snakes, I went from tree to tree getting what looks like yellow fuzzy flour. I use these flowers for flour, like the Indians used to do. I washed and dried the flowers and then toasted them, to avoid mold. Yesterday we also put a new windshield in the pick up truck, that was so stressful, the first time we ever did a windshield. We had it off center, so it was not sealing properly, then we centered it better and the seal went on easily then. Bye for now, I'll use the name almost everyone seems to know me by, Anna.

Good morning :) Cindy when I read what you wrote about how you would like to see your grandchildren more often it reminded me of what teacher Mike said a few days earlier. He commented that children live in a different world in their minds now days than we older people do, how they were brought up only knowing about the Internet, where we think different because we knew the world the way it was before the Internet. We grew up socializing differently than they do now days. Children have their own language that they use on the Internet with each other that adults can't understand. Cheryl, I hope you get the new job. I was thinking if you drive your pick-up truck to deliver the boxes it would be nice if you had your own dolly to put in the back of the truck along with the boxes, that way you could use the dolly to move the boxes into the building instead of carrying the boxes in your arms. I did some shopping at Blair and I bought at clearance and got four nice shirts at a price I could afford, I would not have been able to afford the shirts if they were not on sale, so I was please with what I got and all the shirts fit, so far everything I have bought from them I have been able to wear. Lulu, I knew you had an earthquake there in southern CA last Sunday. The on-line pastor Paul that I listen to flew from the mid-west to CA to preach Saturday at a conference building that holds 800 people near there in Ontario CA and he had just left the LA airport Sunday and was in the air in an airplane when the earthquake hit that area, so he did not feel the earthquake. Talk to you all later, love Anna

Good morning Seven, lots of baby quakes happening in So. CA. We had a baby quake here in So AZ a few months ago. The news said the quake hit Sedona AZ, but I felt the shaking here 200 miles south of there, also a few days ago another quake in Sedona area. There is a volcano on the ocean floor off the coast of OR that erupted a few days ago. There is no news on that though, but someone that is in the military told me about that.
