When Paul was leaving the church he had started in Ephesus, he told them: “For I have not hesitated to proclaim to you the whole will of God.”and this is what I've tried to do as well. When we don't know "the whole will of God" by studying all of the Bible, that's when we get into trouble and can get involved in false teaching. (Acts 20:27) There is only one Truth in the bible, not a bunch of different truths for different people. The reason we have so many different ideas of the Truth is because the "whole will of God" is not known or taught by each person. This is true for what people believe about the rapture, the tribulation and the Millennium as well. You have to take every thing the bible says into consideration and not just one or two verses here and there.
The next thing to happen for us is the rapture. What happens at the rapture is our blessed hope, and it's discussed in several places. One place to study this is 1 Corinthians 15:35-58, where Paul explains about our Resurrection Body. I'd like to have you read these verses before we discuss them though. I'd also like you to read 1 Peter 1:3–12, as this is our "living hope" which we'll be discussing. We will also be discussing Romans 8:18-30, Hebrews 10:19-39, 2 Thessalonians and quite a few others, including some from the OT.
There are many scriptures that promise us that this will happen, here are just a few of them:
“and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead—Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.” (1 Thessalonians 1:10)
“For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” (1 Thessalonians 5:9–11)
“because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you in his presence.” (2 Corinthians 4:14)
“In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” (John 14:2–3)
“We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has?” (Romans 8:22–24)
“while we wait for the blessed hope—the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,” (Titus 2:13)
“But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.” (Philippians 3:20–21)
