Hey Anna listen you should see me on doctor my mom used to have my mom was in pain on after surgery they refuse give her pain meds BOYYYYYY I told off the doctor this dude was from Saudi Arabia born he didn't like me at OH NO too much of Nasty American woman LOL! I would go off on you I would go to Higher up on the hospital staff you could count LA Minute

What you said reminded me of one time when Ron and I and other men were waiting for some medicine in a hospital pharmacy room. Everyone was slouched in their chairs,bored and half asleep, even when a woman went to the pharmacy counter and talked calm and nice to the pharmacist, well something went wrong with her and the medicine she got and she changed into different person,she got loud,cursing and angry, that woke up everyone sitting in the chairs and we were all sitting up in our chairs and looking around at each other, we were like wow get that woman what she wants so she will shut up. Thinking about it now, it is a laugh.

Hey everybody! Hope you're all doing well and staying ACAP (as COOL as possible  ).
Cindy, it was good to read that you heard from Mark and that he & Shirley are fine. 
June went by in a flash. Second week of June I played the piano for a wedding, so that took my time and attention for awhile, then a couple of weeks later we had several of John's family members here visiting for a few days. As that was ending, John went into a bad Crohn's flare because it was nearing the end of his medication cycle. He can only get it every 8 weeks, so had to tough out the symptoms for about 10 days before getting his next infusion (last week).
He's feeling better now (thank You Lord!), and wants to schedule a consult with his GI doctor and see what can be done. If the doctor orders it, and the insurance approves it, he can have the infusions every 4 or 6 weeks (6 weeks preferred but I don't know that they'll do that). Of course, he doesn't want to go more often, since it requires a half-day off work and sitting in the infusion center with an IV, but that's better than 2 weeks of suffering.
Other than that, it's been kind of quiet around here. I miss having the boys around  , however Timothy is over nearly every day dropping off his dog to stay here while he works, so I look forward to seeing him.
We still haven't found a new church home and that adds to the loneliness. Thankfully we still are members of our small group from our former church and get together with them every Friday night, and that fellowship time means the world to us. 
So that's what's going on here. 
Well I was over my brother house over the weekend that reason I was housesitting at his house with his dogs so I was staying over luckly he has a pool I was swimming in there like at 10pm house get away from the heat My brother told me a story well my nephew need surgery so but wacky brother found the doctor didn't have vaccine so BIG brother went over the Doctor head demand the vaccine for the doctor or else file lawsuit so he went to HR at hospital wrote out complaint they put the doctor on suspesion get this adminstaor of the hospital tick off with my brother not the Doctor I love how my brother went Law and Order smackdown on hospital See I wouldn't go do that I got more class I think I am more sensible I can be really be B word like go Deadliest catch f-bomb on you

Well I dont know if you know this but CNN and other Brit media company work on documetnary that going world premire Sunday night it is 4 part of mini series on Jersalem come on after History of Sitcom at 9pm est now Jersalum come on at 10pm est they going feature everybody that was in Israeli history from King Herod to King David to Crusades Brit mndate EVERYDAY I saw it advertiused

Good day. I am saying prayer for an online woman friend that lives in South Africa. I saw a video about the riot, looting and places being burned down and pastor and all have not heard from her in days, so I pray she is safe and we hear from her soon, also a guy from the group has a mother that lives in that area.

OHHH just found out about the story right now SA govt issued call up on troops right now according to Al Jazeeza english news I been watching on you tube the coverage well back in da hood we have car chase this guy going through Boyle height he got caught by truck making delivery in Commerce where he end up arrest the dude for stolen car

I normally don't watch things like that about Jerusalem or the Bible, because invariably they're not accurate and I wind up wanting to throw the TV out the window or at least I start yelling at it. 
That's awful Marlene. I hope she's ok! I happen to be reading a book about South Africa right now... I don't think I've ever read one before. It's very interesting though. |

I know CNN try under Jeff Zucker want do other programming

Well I been gearing up for going back to my school district in Mid August so I been busy getting my school supplies together it nice to have my mom around it bring back memories she want go to Office depot with me she need stuff there she don't have Office depot I do LOL!
Beside I like go shopping with her with my all membership card that under ny name she get point used our landline phone to redeem it
She like it oh yeah she could drive the store she prefer go with me

Yesterday I took her to doctor appt then I took her out to lunch she couldn't eat before the appointment so she went to that 1950s diner order Southern Fried chicken
Least we took something for dad to snack on you could order take out
Cool thing is the Music on stereo speaker she talking smack about the medical itern that had tattoo she just don't get this generation
She is glad I don't have tatoos

I think tatoos should be temporary. If I had one I would only want to look at it for a few days and then be able to wash it off, I sure would not want to look at a tatoo for years. Just like hiar color, it once was fun to have different colors of hair, but I have changed and no longer am interested in hair color.
I would like to have a typewriter, I would think that they are popular. I have seen steampunk keyboards.
My dad was snarky, so I know how that goes, but I like to hear people express themselves as they are and not try to be something they are not.

BTW I don't know about your PBS stations they showing In their own word that show came out last year good rating they open up season 2 with Pope Francis with people who knew him back in da day way back in da day I could understand why this Pope is outspoken he is Jesuit anybody who know or raised in Cathoic church would tell you they are most intellgent priests and social active in the Church
Next week going be Chuck Berry then they have binge marthon of Lucy Wolsey they show Tale or Royal bedrooms, Palace

Hi everyone
Just checking in. Cold here in Oz, i had to kick the horses water trough to bust the 1/4" thick ice on it. It was snowing the other night.....
My daughter is miserable at school and has cried in front of my wife. If anyone has time to pray for her, we would really appreciate that. A whole bunch of circumstantial things happening, tough to deal with though....as Dad its hard to see.

I know it must be so hard for you as her dad.
I would imagine on the one hand you would just like to take her out of there...
and perhaps if you are able it might be the right thing to do....
But also, I know you want her to be strong, and confident, etc.
I suppose we ought to pray for her tormentors also, because in the long run if they do not turn around, repent,
find compassion and love of the Lord in their hearts,
it will be they who will suffer even more one day.
Girls can be mean and catty, hurtful, snide, jealous, rude, etc.
If this is a Christian school, it seems like someone has dropped the ball on teaching the girls to be like Jesus...
the girls parents and the teachers.....
what a sad state of affairs!
Plus, I will be praying for you and your wife, as you both are suffering too.
Wow! when Jesus said we would be hated, because He was hated, and we needed to count the cost.....
I didn't realize just how young that would happen....I always kind of thought it would be more for adults.....
but anger, scorn, hearts seem to be turning to stone more and more.
But I pray the Lord will strengthen and comfort your whole family.
Do you think she is in any physical danger from these students?

I'M BACK!!!!!! I finally got everything straightened out and can now finally log in to the board again! Boy was it a hassle! And now, it's time for Bruce to get home and then I'll need to start supper, so I don't even have time to post! I'm so sorry guys. I sure missed you guys!
I'm sorry your daughter is having a hard time. It's so hard on parents to see their child hurting, especially when they can't really do anything to change it. Hate to tell you this Steve, but it doesn't change when your child becomes an adult. My oldest kids are in their late 40's and I still feel the same way as I did when they were toddlers, except now there's a lot more to worry about. I'm so glad I finally learned not to worry but to just give it to Jesus or I'd be worried every day about one or more of them lol. (as I have 5 children, 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren). I'll surely pray for her and you and your wife too!
My grandchildren have been dealing with being persecuted because of their faith in Jesus for several years now. At first I hated that they had to deal with that, but then, I realized that what I was seeing was absolute proof that they were saved! So ever since then I've rejoiced when it happens! Sounds cruel, I know, but it's sure made them grow in their faith. Hopefully it helps them to know that I'm proud of them too.
Today is our granddaughter Alissa's 17th birthday. So I've got to get ready to go get her gift and then go to the house for her party. Then we have to do the grocery shopping too. it's going to be a busy day for sure.
