I like this video that Tay sent today to a group, today she is thankful with her husband and children that her husband was kept safe on the highway as another vehicle lost control and almost hit his car.

 That's a funny story Marlene.. I could picture it in my mind the way you described it. I guess you could say that between you, the cow and the heat, the heat won that day!
I'm glad your friends husband is OK. That must have been pretty scary!
Kelly, that's awful what happened to the people because of illegal fireworks.
Well it looks like the heat wave is over for us. The storm last night gave us some much needed rain and instantly cooled things down. Today the high shouldn't be more then about 80, which is hot enough for me!

Good morning
One woman wrote that she was feeling discouraged and what someone wrote back to her had her feeling better. He wrote the scriptures about how a person should think, where there thoughts should be and why. Then he talked about different disorders and said they are rooted in faulty and negative patterns of thinking and that treating those problems begins with the changing of how one thinks and that our lives do follow the direction of our thoughts. Others wrote also and said prayer for her and she is feeling well now after being encouraged.

That was Portland that ended up at 113
but on the coast where I live, it went to 88-90
but that is a big jump from what we are used to it will be high 60's for the next 10 days....well one day in the low 70's.

Saying prayer.
It reminds me of how we are all in the purging process of fire, so that when all is shaken only Jesus remains, abiding within. It is not easy to go through, but it is surely going to be a time in our lives that we look back on with a sincere and grateful heart.

I hope you're all doing well and having a great day. I want to ask you all to please pray for Mark. He goes by "Brother Mark" on this board, but on our old board he went by "Pathwalker". I haven't heard from him since his last post here in a chat thread on January 3rd. I've tried to call him and his phone number works as I heard a message telling me that he couldn't answer then and to leave a message for him, and it was his voice. I left a message and thought I'd hear back right away, but I haven't. I'll keep trying to call him, but in the meantime, please pray for him that his health is good, as he has a lot of health issues and was in an awful car accident last year too. |

Well it wasn't that bad on fireworks I have feeling somebody was shooting off firework on Saturday they finish everything about 10:30pm last night some people have work today some people don't so that I gather going be quiet July 5 here in my hood
I am recovering right now it was all good

The schools are pushing so many wrong and often evil things.
Environmentalism....yes we should be 'good stewards of the earth....
but we are not to 'worship the creation MORE THAN the Creator'....
and that is what is going on....
Plus all the sexual stuff....even all the way down to kindergarten...
and now a super big push on Critical race theory....
basically teaching kids to hate.
I do hope the Lord comes soon, and not only will we go,
but kids all over the world, and then they will be free of all this heavy, sad, evil stuff!
Will pray for your daughter Steve....here I listen to so so many young girls
( even 7 years old) thinking they are gay or trans.....
when I was 7 I had not even a clue what that meant!
And Mark, praying he is okay!

Fearnot I think I know why since I talking for school district they are afraid get hassle by Black lives matter people bottom line they dont' want funding cut off from Lib governor and far left state govt that we roll in state of CA
We have one party govt in charge be honest they just afraid they dont want get hassle by two part
Also what get me they teaching people who marry African American white folks who marry black woman are traitor to their race

Well I been resting I been out of town with the aunt and the mom in the aunt rv which was really nice I only riding in RV ONCE that was in Alaska she and my uncle and I went to Big Bear lake I swam in the lake there on Saturday and Fourth of July we have BBQ by fire I just got back yesterday
I could tell people want get out because there some people at our campside but traffic to Vegas was terrible
Going to Big bear lake was not bad coming home I think took us 5 hrs instead 3 hours from North Hollywood to Big Bear lake USUALLY

I have heard that on a holidy the campsites are always crowded.
I saw a review of an rv park that is near where I live, 18 years later that rv park still has the same problems, sewer not working in one area. A woman gave a review of that place and said she was going to stay one night at the rv park, but after pulling the rv into the spot to stay at she got scared being there and left to go to another rv park down the road. I laughed becasue I agree with her that it is a scary area. Two days ago I was in that area and a man was driving arould, looking around and he looked like an actor in the movie made with Humphry Bogart, High Sierra, and when I saw the man I remembered the line in the movie that actor said, " Money, I don't need no stinkin money."

Well I feel better! I went to put something on my calendar on my computer and saw that I've had a flare up that either started the end of last month or sometime this month in the last couple of years. That made me feel better because I was thinking that all this pain I've been in was going to be permanent. Now I know it will most likely go away within another week or so. That's a big relief!

It's been raining here for weeks now and it's supposedly going to continue for most of the month. I know we can always use the rain, but I sure wouldn't mind seeing some sun too. Oh well, hopefully the rain will keep the temps down some, so that will be nice!
But if it does keep up, we're all going to have to start building an ark again!

Hey everybody! Hope you're all doing well and staying ACAP (as COOL as possible  ).
Cindy, it was good to read that you heard from Mark and that he & Shirley are fine. 
June went by in a flash. Second week of June I played the piano for a wedding, so that took my time and attention for awhile, then a couple of weeks later we had several of John's family members here visiting for a few days. As that was ending, John went into a bad Crohn's flare because it was nearing the end of his medication cycle. He can only get it every 8 weeks, so had to tough out the symptoms for about 10 days before getting his next infusion (last week).
He's feeling better now (thank You Lord!), and wants to schedule a consult with his GI doctor and see what can be done. If the doctor orders it, and the insurance approves it, he can have the infusions every 4 or 6 weeks (6 weeks preferred but I don't know that they'll do that). Of course, he doesn't want to go more often, since it requires a half-day off work and sitting in the infusion center with an IV, but that's better than 2 weeks of suffering.
Other than that, it's been kind of quiet around here. I miss having the boys around  , however Timothy is over nearly every day dropping off his dog to stay here while he works, so I look forward to seeing him.
We still haven't found a new church home and that adds to the loneliness. Thankfully we still are members of our small group from our former church and get together with them every Friday night, and that fellowship time means the world to us. 
So that's what's going on here.

Well I was over my brother house over the weekend that reason I was housesitting at his house with his dogs so I was staying over luckly he has a pool I was swimming in there like at 10pm house get away from the heat
My brother told me a story well my nephew need surgery so but wacky brother found the doctor didn't have vaccine so BIG brother went over the Doctor head demand the vaccine for the doctor or else file lawsuit so he went to HR at hospital wrote out complaint they put the doctor on suspesion get this adminstaor of the hospital tick off with my brother not the Doctor I love how my brother went Law and Order smackdown on hospital
See I wouldn't go do that I got more class I think I am more sensible I can be really be B word like go Deadliest catch f-bomb on you
