Good morning everyone! Boy, I never thought I'd be wishing for temps to go back to the 80's, but I sure do! We were under a heat advisory as the temps were over 100 yesterday! And before that, they were in the high 90's, which is where they'll be today too.
sevenofnine That's so neat that the dog knows he can count on you to make him safe!
fearnot That's so neat when the Lord allows us the chance to see our prayers answered immediately! They symptoms you described could of course be caused by illegal drug use, but they're also symptoms of a disease called Tourette syndrome. One of our grandkids friends has this. I'm sure she must have felt better to have been relieved of some or all of them for a while.
We hear the fireworks starting about June 28th and going until about July 8th. It does get old after awhile. I especially didn't like it when my kids were babies as it woke them all up, and of course frightened them. Now I just have the two cats who are scared of them. That's a whole lot easier to deal with!

This same dog that I sometime dog sit for the my neighbor by feeding that one month she was out of town I occasiaonly wash his blanket with Tide early spring and Downey unstoppable lavender beads she ask me what I used she been doing same thing LOL!

Well good morning from quiet SO CAL Saturday headlines are pretty quiet today I think everybody taking Saturday off only thing I seeing on headline mode is cluster bombs going to Urakine and other stuff and shock desolution of Dutch Govt where that came out of left field
I am going to Office depot get my back to school supplies today later on so I be in this morning

Morning all! Sorry I didn't make it in yesterday. I was just so beat from all the running around, I slept in and then just napped off and on all day. I hope you all had a good day though.
Kelly, you'll have to show us a picture of the dog you babysit for!
I'm glad you were able to get a tablet at a good price Marlene. Hope it arrives soon!
We had that one horribly hot day of 101, and the last two days since then have been almost as bad at 99 and 98. Today it's only going to be 82 but with 90% humidity due to thunderstorms. Yuck!
I hope you guys are having nice weather!

BTW guess what my neighbor son the one that mess with me about Bates Mill blankets he secure a job in Japan remember I told you few months back friend of his ask join his school in Japan he didn't like teaching in Germany because of politics well he got the gig he been working get his work permit finally score it he going start teaching in late August in Japan
He bring all his blankets and Bates mill stuff to Tokyo reason why he leaving GErmany he felt German parents really try control the classes there some Far right people in Germany something like FLA with book bans in certain area he didn't like that they didn't want teach about Holcaust and other stuff

I think reason is that prinpcal was too lazy control the kids on disciple and parents were apathy in that school district I think real reason he taught in Japan LONG LONG TIME AGO but was friend of his he knew he know German and very fluenty in Japanese he going teach English languge and History in new school
Kids are more respectful he tell me

I will let you know in a month about the tablet that I bought, I thought the sign up and sign in would be easy, for me it is not working and will have to call for help, when I call for help it would be nice if ai could help me but I will probably be put on hold listening to elevator music and told every 30 seconds how important my call is and hang on the line, which I expect to be for 30 minutes or so.
Heard talk this morning about in the fall shortage of flour, right now shortage of potatoes, where I buy from the warehouse has no potatoes, it is nice that they show how much is available for people to order so a person has a good idea if that product will get to them or not. Coco or is the word coca is in short supply, price jumped by 51%.
The prospects of a UPS strike looks like they will strike as talks have stopped, heard that they expect to strike and also expect the president to stop the strike like a Union Pacific strike is stopped. That will be scheduled for August 1st. If they do stop moving boxes that will put an extra load on FedX and USPS.

Sorry I wasn't here yesterday. I was in a lot of pain and just couldn't do anything at all. I'm better today thanks to the Lord! The bad news is that since I couldn't do anything yesterday, now I have to make up for it today. 
I hope it doesn't take you very long learning how to get into your tablet, Marlene. My son gave me his, and I still haven't figured everything out on it!
Kelly, I think most schools and parents have mostly forgotten how to discipline children, which is why so many are running wild today.

Glad you are feeling better today Cindy. Ron had told me to everyday give our dog Glucosamine plus MSM pill so she will be able to walk, and I do but I noticed Moringa powder does just as well or a little better for her. I bought Moringa and give it to her and took notice of how she was walking and right away she did better, so now I am giving her Moringa powder everyday. I got the idea from reading reviews of the product where someone said it helped their dog, also in reviews a man with RA said he was doing completely better and others said somewhat better. Moringa is taken by people that live in Africa and India, glad I was able to buy it at amazon site. I also started making a drink called golden milk, which has turmeric and ginger and I do feel better.

My neighbor is coming over today for our Bible study and visit. I really enjoy both! But first I want to take a shower, so I'd best get going!

Well last night it first night of summer it really warm I kept the window crack open just bit still warm I could sleep nice breeze came though they still worry about wildfires that may break out during this heat wave

I know what happened to the chicken carcass that I gave the cats a few days ago as I again pressured cooked a chicken today and gave the carcass to the cats and I sat there outdoors with them and watched them eat and the cats ate the chicken bones, I would not have thought they would do that if I didn't see for myself them eating the bones, just like a dog would do.

First we had an unbelievable heat wave, which has now settled into just plain old hot weather, but with thunderstorms added into it. We haven't had a single day without thunderstorms in over a week. I don't mean the storms are just for a few hours each day. No, they're all day long! And all night long too! Oh, there's usually a few minutes to an hour of time each day that there's no storm, but if you're not watching for it, you'll miss it!
Vermont, which is right next to us and only an hour or two away, depending on where you're going, is having the worst flooding in over 100 years, from all this rain.
It feels like the days of Noah for us right now for sure!

Well good morning all I am little early for doctor appt I be back I think doctor talk to me about result of manngogram which I know I don't had caacer she tell me get flu shot when availbale my immune system is not there quite after operation stuff I could live with that another Covid 19 booster shot I am out
I go for flu shot but Covid 19 talk to somebody else LOL!

I tell you a funny story this is my long time family doctor at one time my uncle who live in Fairbanks AK now and I share same doctor he lie to her alot to her how many beer he drank funny part when she first start seeing him he led about his physical activiety then he knew the gig up
Yeah I get plenty of walking at Santa Anita Park and Hollywood park when still there LOL! I don't think doctor realize what sick sense of humor he had LOL!

Sounds like the Lord is letting everyone cook in the heat for now lol. It makes me glad we won't be here for when God makes it really hot during the Tribulation! “The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was given power to scorch people with fire. Cats are starting to get mean...they want to eat NOW!!!!!
