Good evening, my dog sleeps on the kitchen floor or under the kitchen table. Getting warmer here will be getting night time lows soon of 70F and near 100F during the day.

Good morning all! Looks like a rainy day here today, but the rain won't be constant, so that's good.
I feel so bad for Chris. He finally took one of the pain pills and it made him sick as a dog. He won't be taking anymore of them, that's for sure!
We're going to see Gracie "graduate" from 8th grade tonight. When school starts again she'll be in high school! It seems like it wasn't that long ago that Jenn graduated from high school! I can't be that old! 
Enjoy your summer off Kelly!
 I need to work in my garden, but not sure I'm up to it today.... we'll see though.

BTW my neighbor go fututher on her fur baby the dog has his own room let me put this way there is back room to the house that covert to art stuido because her late husband was art teacher alright well she transfer the room in the dog room seriously not only that I could get in the room in winter month when she was out of town couple week put on space heater that go off at hour there is one of pull out bed she keep down the dog could sleep on the bed with his own blankets pillow I am serious then I was washing the dog blanket separely during the day time few days with Tide and Downey Unstoppables lavender bead I am serious ROFL LMAO

I'm sorry you were having a hard time posting Kelly. Unfortunately I don't control hardly anything on this board, so you'd have to go to pro boards help forum if you're still having trouble posting. That is funny about her having made a bedroom for her dog. I love animals, but some of the things I've heard of people doing is just over the top.
Things are still going crazy here. I have a long list of things to do today and I'm already behind as usual!

Well I think original it was her husband little fur baby yeah called Alaskan husky fur baby I don't think so she took over make her baby yeah sometime some pet parents are really going for it I sometime see dog in front seat of car or truck in LA with seat belt I am serious LOL!

I didn't know starbucks made drinks for dogs, some people take dog to dairy queen for ice cream, seems like one of life's little pleasures, if everyone is happy then all is good. A lot of people like starbucks, not one near me. Many years ago I went to a bowling alley to get a cappuccino.
Have a blessed weekend everyone, the week went by fast as is this month going by fast for me.

I never see fireworks, for more than 20 years now. I hear shotguns, but never see the fireworks like I did when I was a child. I don't know but I would guess that even the big cities around here don't have fireworks display.

Wow! So sorry to hear about Chris reaction to the pain medicine! I hope he is slowly feeling better.
Is there a different medication for pain he could take? Like Norco (sp?), or morphine or some other one?

I didn't know that about Starbucks either. We have some in our few cities, but I prefer Dunkin, and luckily we have Dunkins in nearby towns. In fact, that's where my grandson, Elijah, works! 
We had to take Chris to the city hospital again over the weekend and they admitted him for one day so they could give him IV antibiotics, as his incisions were getting infected. They look a lot better now!
Well I'm going to run and check out the other threads. I hope you both have a great day today!

I know in my hood we have Yum Yum donuts and Dunken they to have something for your dog too in my area only I think so well I spent time with the brother and his family also my father and mom
We bbq it was warm day I think mid 70s or lower 80s for first time we could use his swimming pool for swim first time this summer so we swam and bbq
Then I came home around 5pm settle down just watch TCM dvr of Noir alley and Life with father live

I heard there is now a tropical storm Bret going to become a hurricane today heading toward Florida, even though I don't live in Florida I still get a tense feeling when I hear about a hurricane nearing Florida. My mistake once, a year later when living in NE I remember I made fun of a woman nicknamed Cat who passed out because of hurricane Andrew, I learned my lesson and don't make fun of anyone anymore because a storm came while there in NE and it reminded me of that hurricane and I passed out because of the storm.
Yesterday I left the truck window open all night and this morning of course at exactly 3 am I saw a flash of lightning, before going out in the dark to close it I checked the weather online, I like to look at weatherbug site for that and the rain missed us so I didn't go outdoors to close the window. Yet another night 3am wake up, when I was on cot chat I remember lots of people saying they woke up at 3am, they said that must have been their time schedule to pray for the nation or read the Bible.

It's a rainy day here today.
I'm sorry Barbara, I didn't see your question before now. They had him on Dilaudid while he was in the hospital this past weekend, and gave him Tramadol to take at home. So far so good, as far as I know anyway.
Sorry your truck got wet Marlene! That happened to us a couple of weeks ago I think.
Today I did things backwards and started with all the other threads and did this one last, so that's why I'm late lol.
 Now my cat's want to eat, so as their slave I've got to get going!  Don't want to get on their bad side!

Yeah the cat has clock in his stomach well I washing my mom blanket right now it needed it by self that take for while with drying in in washing machine with Tide with Spring scent and Downey Unstoppable lavender beads OH YEAH the dog loveee that product he be going crazy with all dry and warm
It was cold last night Marine layer really making it cold now the sunny is out getting warmer now I think summer is here in SO CAL

Well it was warm last night i think got mid 60s last night all sudden we got rain man this strange June Month I never seen beginning of summer like this long time I do remember it rain on Fourth of July weekend I was in Jr high school my parent took my brother and me camping out on Big Bear lake in SO CAL we rented a cabin rain so hard that we couldn't go to camping we have stay inside of the cabin so my dad build fire in fireplace we roast Smores and weanies because LIGHT WENT OUT in Big Bear lake community I remember those Summer nights we spent week there up in Big Bear lake

Dogs can be so funny, and so can cats. It's great, because both make you laugh a lot and that's the best medicine of all! 
Interesting.... I just heard a hospital lie. Before we took Chris to the city hospital (that's over an hour away from us), we took him to our local hospital. They refused to treat him which is why we took him to the other one. I called our local hospital administrator on Monday and left a message saying I wanted to know why they did that. I finally got a call back this morning. The nurse who called me was very obviously nervous and was also obviously lying. Chris wasn't in there for more than 2 minutes, so there's no way they could have said and done everything (or anything) she said they did. Guess I'll be calling the admin back again. This time I'll ask for the real story.  We've had other problems with them over the last year, so we may wind up having to sue them. I've never sued anyone before and don't want to sue anyone now, but I also don't want others to go through what we have. If suing them will prevent that, than that's what I'll have to do. But that's not something I need to be concerned about today. First I want to get to the bottom of this.

I haven't seen that show since I was a kid. I don't think I got to see it very often. I think it was on after my bedtime. You know what's weird? I still go to bed at the same time I did when I was in high school - 9 o'clock!
We're off to another doctor appointment today. I didn't get too much done yesterday as my back was hurting a lot. Hopefully I'll get more done today.
