Well it official I be check out Best Western tommroow morning I score few business cards just in case for friend and family I score more points on account TOOO so what we going to probably go out to breakfast tommrow at Dennys then we head home around 11am by then the house be all cool come in they come real early what I understand my brother going bring dog over in late afternoon hours tomrowow after work
I am going give 5 star review on Tripadvisor I am impressed and I going swim in the pool perhaps this afternoon

Finally the ship from China arrived, my package from Beijing went to the USPS LA and I will have it in 3 or 4 days, probably 4 because between Phoenix and Tucson takes 2 days. I bought 3 cotton dresses.

I was listening to conservative news feed Trunews.com who mentioned the Equality Act that the congress will try and pass , will effectively end Christianity by effectively outlawing it.
Were people aware of this?
Thier take on it was that the US Constitution only works if the US has Christianity running it. Remove Christianity and no USA.

BTW good news out of LA county now Dr Carole King err I mean Barbara Ferrer that LA County can reopen in grocery store, churches and other 100% capabity start on Tuesday June 15 that might be good news out of LA country in certain part you need wear a mask only in hospital and jail LOL!

I think we are Cindy no question BTW it is official CA FINALLY after June 15 going follow CDC recommdation on mask wearing only time you have wear in the school in Fall and hospital that cool everything is widdeeeee open after June 15 we are geting alot of minortiy community in LA county vaccinate I have get Yoga Pant Mayor Eric Garcetti prop on that

So it almost back to normal only hospital and doctor office be only one that required masks

Hi all!
Long time since I've been here. See a few of you on facebook occassionally.
Lets see, I'm doing okay. Got Corona though in May. I was sick for a couple days, sore throat and cough. I called to get tested because of where I work and dealing with the very elderly and they wouldn't test me til I had been sick a few days. Why? Never really got an answer to that. Anyway by the time I got tested I was feeling pretty good. Then the next 2 days I felt sick again.Then I got the test results on that Monday (I was tested Friday) and I was feeling good. Until that evening when the fever kicked in and then the next few days I was really sick. Once the fever was gone I felt fairly good just really tired and the cough still lingers a little bit. Chelsea had it too but she was only sick for the weekend and slept pretty much for 2 days and then had a lingering cough that has gone away. Stan and EJ never got it.
Stan is on medical leave due to having surgery on his thumb. All the cartlige was gone so they put in a piece of metal to hold his thumb straight. He is in physical therapy to relearn how to use his hand again but he's still in a lot of pain.
Chelsea and EJ are done with school for the summer. She's even done with teaching summer school. EJ passed all his classes and will be in the 8th grade next year. It doesn't seem possible, when she got him he was just starting 5th grade.
EJ has always wanted a dog and where they used to live they couldn't have one and now they can. We're buying a house together and they were supposed to wait til we got in the new house but one day while I was at work the three of them went to the Dumb Friends League and got a small schnauser mix that is 2 years old named Mickey. He was a rescue dog. He is so loving and definitely happy to be here. When I got home that day and met him for the first time I started sing that 80's song Mickey to him. lol "Hey Mickey, hey Mickey, you so fine, you so fine you blow my mind. Hey Mickey!" Stan just said "Yep, she likes him!" lol
We bought a couple acres outside of town and we are having a modular home built for it. it should be done sometime in Sept and after everything gets set up and hooked up we are looking to move in sometime in October hopefully.
As always you are all in my prayers.

This will all continue and get much worse. Don't be surprised as it has to happen because God said it would. Instead of getting all upset about it, we need to remember where our true citizenship really is (in Heaven!) and that we're only here to be the Lord's ambassador. Our time here is nearing it's end and we'll soon be going Home. The people left behind will rejoice that we've been taken away so they can now enjoy their sins without anyone telling to repent.
There is one thing that I find interesting about all that's happening. Normally persecution causes the Church to flourish and grow stronger with true believers. The worse the persecution is, the more the Church grows and the stronger it gets. By persecution though, I don't mean the kind we've experienced in the US up until now... where some people call us names or unfriend us on Facebook because we stand for Christ. I'm talking about real persecution, like being put in jail or prison for our beliefs; or being beaten for them; family members disowning us because of our faith (which I know does happen here occasionally even now, but it will get much worse) Children taken away from their parents because of the parents faith; like all the things the first Christians had to deal with too. BUT because we are in the last days of this age, that can't happen this time! Why? Because the Bible calls this time "the great falling away". It's the time where those who call themselves Christians, leave their faith (supposedly, because we know in reality they were never saved to begin with). This is the time when the true church shrinks down to almost nothing - it doesn't grow, although false teacher's flocks will increase. Here's how the NASB version says it: “But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons,” (1 Timothy 4:1) Instead of "fall away" other versions say "abandon, renounce, desert, or depart". But there's always a remnant, and it's always "small".
Since the Church seems to decrease during this time, (when in truth it's just losing all those who were never really saved to start with), I suspect that we won't be here when the persecution really ramps up. However, I'm not God and just because I can't think of any way both could happen at the same time doesn't mean I'm right. Still, it gives me hope that our salvation is nearer now then when we first believed! “And do this, (love) understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.” (Romans 13:11–12) Anyway, pretty much everything that's happening is doing so because God is putting everything in place to prepare for the Tribulation.
Even covid is part of that. We've seen a big increase in things like tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc, which are all just mini previews of the big ones that will happen during the Trib. Also animals turning against humans and harming them, which we've already seen the start of that as well. Well another thing prophesized for the Tribulation is diseases getting much worse and covering the world. We've been seeing mini previews of this with all kinds of diseases that were only in third world countries now being seen regularly all over the world. I know that even my grandchildren have gotten diseases that were never seen anywhere but third world countries until very recently. Other diseases have gotten much worse so that antibiotics no longer work on them. And now we've seen "covid". Again, they're all mini previews of what's to come. (this isn't all that's coming, I just don't have time to mention everything lol). What do you all think?

I think its good to talk about it. The true Church needs to be 100% aware of whats going to happen and realize God is for us, and He will fight our battles.
I didnt realize animals would turn on us, thats new....
Funny, I was thinking the other days in terms of being prepared, one thing people over look is prayer and soap.
Kinda a weird combo right, but heres the thing - prayer is an essential, without we lose that close bond with God. Prayer helps us draw close to God and stay "clean" through confessing our sins and working with Him. I mean we are saved, so its all done, but prayer helps us not sin and so spiritually keeps our hands and heart spiritually clean.
Soap is physical, but in a calamity like loss of electrical power for weeks or a disaster, a small cut could kill you - soap can wash out wounds and keep you safe.
I d' also suggest buying many tubes of antispetic ointment and soap, as guess what will disappear fast when the power goes out for weeks?
Prayer and soap...sounds positively like the stuff of how the West was won.... :-)
A video has surfaced of the facebook CEO zuckerwhatsit learning to use bow and arrows.....interesting, I thought.....why learn such things?

Thanks Marlene! That's the one I was thinking about. 
 Let me tell you all about the vet. Our vet retired earlier this year and had all his records sent over to a different vet. This was very sudden and unexpected. So when Angel's allergies got really bad last week and then turned into an upper respiratory infection, I had to call this new vet. This is something that happens to Angel regularly. Our vet has always given her some antibiotics and she quickly gets better. In fact, the last time this happened was the very last time our vet saw her - on June 10th of last year. So I call this new vet and explain the situation to them. I also tell them that Angel is 18 years old and I'd rather not put her through a long car ride for something that happens all the time, something that I know antibiotics will take care of; and ask if they could just call some in for her. Well first I get yelled at for suggesting such a horrible thing;  and I'm informed that if they don't physically see her that they won't do anything for her. Fine, so I ask for an appointment. After some discussion they finally gave me an appointment for 4:30 that afternoon. Great! At least she'd be taken care of. So I hung up and got busy here. Within 5 minutes I got a call back from them telling me that they couldn't see Angel after all, and they were canceling the appointment.  I was shocked to say the least! So I asked for an appointment for the next day. Nope, they can't see her then either. In fact, they can't see her any time this month! Well by then I was very upset as it was obvious that they simply didn't want to see a new patient. I was trying not to cry (as I was worried about Angel) and I raised my voice and said, "Fine! She can just die then!" and hung up. I pulled myself together and began researching other vets nearby. My neighbor had said that if I got an appointment during the day while Bruce was at work, that she could take me, and that was helpful. I talked to one vet's office and discovered that there's a mobile vet in our area that does "end of life" care. She thought Angel might qualify due to her age, although she warned me that the vet mainly does euthanasia. I really didn't want to pay what was bound to be a very expensive amount just to get antibiotics though, so made note of that vet in case we need her later. The woman I was talking to was really nice. Her office couldn't take Angel though as they hadn't accepted new patients in over 3 years. I finally found two possibilities but didn't want to choose without input from Bruce as it was almost time for him to come home anyway. After he got home we discussed it and chose the one we wanted to try. Praise God, they were happy to see her the following afternoon! After we hung up, the phone rang and it was the first office I'd called. (the one I'd hung up on after saying "fine! let her die!") It was the actual vet herself this time and she told me in a very angry voice, "We were going to help you but you were hostel (???) to one of my techs, and we won't ever help you!" I couldn't believe it! I just said, "Ok. " and hung up LOL I'm so glad I don't have to have my cats go to that vet!!!! I couldn't believe what they'd said on either phone call. Talk about weird!
But the Lord was in control. We took Angel to the new vet yesterday and she was fantastic!!!! She spent over 30 minutes with us, and gave Angel an injection of antibiotics just like our old vet did. (well sometimes he gave her an injection and sometimes he gave me the pills or liquid antibiotics for her.) The whole time both the vet and her tech, were petting Angel and just loving on her, and Angel was just eating it up! In fact, the last 10 minutes we were there, all we did was trade cat stories while they were petting her LOL. So now we have a very excellent vet that we both feel great about! (Oh I did call that other place back and tell them to transfer all our records to this other vet) That's the first time one of my animals did not want to leave the vet's office!
