To you as well Lorrie! We had a great Christmas eve with our neighbors and will celebrate Christmas with the family on the 31st this year, as they went to Maine to see Bob's parents for Christmas. I hope yours was wonderful too!

To you as well Lorrie! We had a great Christmas eve with our neighbors and will celebrate Christmas with the family on the 31st this year, as they went to Maine to see Bob's parents for Christmas. I hope yours was wonderful too! 
My mother was able to come over this year, which was a blessing. She had decided not to come last year since Covid was still prevalent, and that was a good thing too - as Timothy came down with it on Christmas Day (2020). So we had her with us this year from Thursday until this morning, and just had a wonderful visit!

I hate that you're going through all this. Are they letting you back to see Ron very often? I guess you're staying in the waiting room most of the days?

Thank you so much Cindy, yes, we had a great Christmas.

Daniel's girlfriend Rachel was here with us over New Year's weekend (staying in a separate room, obviously.... I feel awkward saying that, but didn't want anyone to wonder). She is a sweetie and we all love her.

They have been dating for a couple of years. He should graduate this spring (if all goes well this semester), and has accepted a job for after graduation and hopes to buy a house (or some property) as soon as he can save up for a down payment. He's hoping to have anywhere from 3 to 7 children!  So, he is thinking about his future.
It's interesting to me that many of his closest friends are getting married young. They all seem to want the same things in life (well except I don't know that they all want that many children!).
