Great pictures as always, Lulu! Hope Ron is continuing to heal well and that you're enjoying yourselves!! Yes, I wanted to ask how he was doing too as I'm still praying for him as well.

Ron is doing great. Still some soreness in His ribs, but he’s stretching again, riding his bike, but doctor said no lifting weights yet. He’s back in the pool, the first time hurt, using all them chest mussels! He still has a big bruise on his butt. Doctors said it’s where all the blood settles from the damage done to his inside’s! So he hurts there as well. He’s almost back to normal, well, what ever normal is! 🤣 we are having fun, right now we are still in AZ because of the doctors appointments. He has a couple more follow ups. Then we’ll be off to New Mexico, then Texas! we haven’t been apart since this whole (bad) chapter of our adventure happened. I think I suffer a bit from PTSD, I get fearful when Ron does go on a bike ride, or to the pool alone. But when it comes to running errands in town? Ron doesn’t want to go alone either! nothing, is done around Bee (airstream) alone! thanks for the continuing prayers! We really appreciate them and you all!

That's so good to hear Lulu! It's interesting when I hear how others deal with a bad injuries and I see similarities. Bruce also didn't want to be very far away from me after he got home from the hospital. We've had to sleep in separate bedrooms ever since I hot hurt as I would constantly wake him up due to getting up constantly due to pain. I didn't wake him on purpose lol, but he's a light sleeper and always knew when I got up. And then he wouldn't be able to go back to sleep till I'd come back to bed. I tried to lay in bed without tossing and turning and without getting up, but I just couldn't do it. I was in too much pain. So we had to get separate bedrooms.
Anyway, in our house the bedrooms are on opposite ends. So the only way he could sleep near me without actually being in my bed was to sleep on the couch in the living room. So that's where he slept for several months. (I can't remember exactly how long, but it was quite awhile.) He did the same thing after his heart attack. Our grandkids were little then and I'll never forget them asking if they'd have to sleep on the couch when they got married!
That's interesting too what you said about the bruise. Bruce landed on a large pile of big rocks. He landed on his right side and was black and blue literally from his foot all the way up his right side to his arm. It was awful! Apparently though, the first part of his body to hit was his buttocks. A year after the accident, that whole area was still very swollen - from his lower back to his thigh. I felt so bad for him as there was simply no way he could be comfortable. It did eventually go down, but ever since then if he over did things at work, or in anyway caused his lower back to hurt, that area swells up again and again takes a long time to go down. In fact, it's been swollen again for the last couple of months and is only now starting to go down. Plus, this time, for some reason the swelling actually included his upper thigh too, which was weird. I sure hope Ron won't have to deal with anything like this! I'll be praying he won't too!

a visitor the other day! Zack got him! But we just casually walked by, didn’t even see him! Just a baby, only 3 buds on his tail.

nephews birthday dinner a couple weeks ago, in Merkel Texas ! the lady’s and Salt, he’s the black fluffy rooster in the back. He’s called a soft rooster I think. Not your normal rooster! Salt was a wicked nice rooster! He really protected his lady’s!

Nice pictures! Those aren't your chickens are they? I can't imaging traveling around with a bunch of chickens! I'm very glad that you're both doing so well though!
