Thanks for the prayers Lulu, I appreciate them and am feeling a little better.
Lulu, I went to proboards support and found that someone had already asked about pictures that get turned around like yours do. Proboards offered a link to a page that explains why that happens, but more importantly it explains how to fix the problem. Apparently the problem is inside your phone or camera - whatever you're using to take the pictures with. But it does look like an easy fix. Here's a link to the article about it: www.lifewire.com/why-is-my-picture-turned-sideways-1701398
Looks like everyone's been busy this weekend. I took it easy and have to continue to do so. I guess I've way over done it working in the yard, and that's led to me being in a lot of extra pain. So I've got to lay low for awhile I guess, and just hope the weeds don't grow back too much while I recuperate. I feel like I'm at war with the weeds and I plan to win that war!

I intend on winning!!! My cats like it both ways. I had one cat that figured out how to turn on the kitchen faucet, and that's where she always got her water from. I didn' t mind that, but she absolutely would not turn it off!
I certainly intend on winning my war too Barbara. Wish we could do it together!Bee got her bath yesterday! today we wax! We are wheeling tomorrow! Can’t wait! He and his church have been sued before and have always won so far. I guess it will depend on how depraved the judge is though. I do know one thing for sure though. MacArthur will win in heaven and the governor won't like his sentence to hell, but there will be no appeal.

Angel, our oldest has problems breathing in the summer, (that started a few years ago from allergies) so we're hoping that summer ends early this year to give her some relief, as this summer has been really hard on her. There have been a couple of times so far that I really thought she wouldn't make it another 15 minutes. But thanks to the Lord for His mercy, she recovered each time.

I'm glad you saw it but sorry that you can't get to a desktop computer to fix it. You'd think that they'd make some kind of software (oh forgot that they're now calling all software "apps") to take care of that on the phone itself instead of needing a desktop computer to fix it. Or that the people who put the cameras into phones and ipads who have know about this problem, would make it so the problem could also be fixed right there on the phone or ipad. Bad design, that's for sure!

But dandelion is not toooo scary...right?
This seems to be true?
"Dandelion greens can be eaten cooked or raw and serve as an excellent source of vitamins A, C and K. They also contain vitamin E, folate and small amounts of other B vitamins plus dandelion greens provide a substantial amount of several minerals, including iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium"
They are noted to having lots of antioxidants like beta-carotene
And this was of interest
"Several test-tube studies found that dandelion extract significantly reduced the ability of viruses to replicate (22Trusted Source, 23Trusted Source, 24Trusted Source).
Research also indicates that some of the active compounds in dandelion protect against various harmful bacteria (4Trusted Source, 25Trusted Source, 26Trusted Source).
Ultimately, more research is needed to draw definitive conclusions about dandelion’s ability to fight viral and bacterial infection in humans".
But one of the things that interested me the most was a study from pubmed
"A study in mice with artificially induced inflammatory lung disease showed a significant reduction of lung inflammation in those animals that received dandelion". Not sure if this is a reliable source but still...
www.healthline.com/nutrition/dandelion-benefits
I eat them anyway!!! LOL
Course those were just mice.... and I only use the flowers for tea...sooooo
But all the grocery stores round these here parts do sell the greens ( for $2 a bunch!!!!).

That is to bad that small local businesses have to file for bankruptcy. It is easy to go to amazon, with the free shipping, must make it hard for local business to survive, so many empty building for years with no one wanting to rent the building to start a business. I like dandelions to eat and I like the idea of being able to buy dry flower for tea. When I lived in the Midwest there were dandelions there but here in the Southwest I do not see dandelions, if they were here I think the wild animals would eat them, especially the rabbits.

Seriously though, I'm afraid that I honestly don't care what others say things are "good for" or what disease they'll supposedly help" or what any so called studies say about them. Unless it's something I already like and enjoy, then I don't mind trying it lol. Like if someone said coffee ice cream helps reduce pain, I'd be more then happy to try eating more of that!
I guess you never saw the thread we had on the old board about studies that are done on things and what you need to look for in order to get a better idea of whether or not the study was legitimate. Often studies are done by a company or persons who will make money off the product when people buy it. They have even been known to change the results of the study so that it's in their favor, and sadly that's not all that unusual. They have discovered that there's so much lying going on in studies that they're often unreliable. You also have to check and see how large a group of people or animals were involved. If it's not really large, then it's not much good. (large meaning thousands or at the least, hundreds).
I found this which I thought was pretty funny. It's from 2014: In response to growing concern over flawed research practices, Stanford University has created a new center dedicated to studying and improving the process of research itself. www.kqed.org/forum/201405020900/how-reliable-are-scientific-studies
But even aside from all that, I don't go in for trying stuff to see if it will make me feel better. Mainly because if something really helped alleviate the symptoms of a disease, then doctors would have been telling people to use that from the very beginning. Plus, it's use would be so common that there would be very few people needing to see a doctor about that particular disease or symptom. On top of that, it's kind of like going backwards in a way. For example if you look up how aspirin was invented, you will read: "In the 19th century, as the young discipline of organic chemistry began to grow in Europe, scientists attempted to isolate and purify the active components of many medicines, including willow bark..." I'm sure you know the rest so I'll stop there. That's how scientist doctors eventually gave us aspirin. A large majority of medications were invented in the same way. But today, people are throwing away their aspirin bottle and taking willow bark tea and convincing themselves it helps their pain! It's crazy! Willow bark tea does hardly nothing at all for pain in comparison to aspirin.
I can understand why other people try stuff, and if they like it, that's great. I just don't believe most of what I read about how things will help people. Like I said, if I hear something that I already like the taste of , or if it's something I don't have to taste and won't hurt me, then I might try it.... like when I tried the soap that stops cramps and all. That works great! But I tried it because I didn't have to eat or drink the soap and the way it needed to be used wouldn't be painful or hurt me in anyway.
You know what there was defunct health food store chain that carry Flower tea it was good it full of getting over cold and stuff no longer in the biz there about three stores I think owner did and family have chapter 13 bankruptcy I hate to see small businesses close...That is to bad that small local businesses have to file for bankruptcy. It is easy to go to amazon, with the free shipping, must make it hard for local business to survive, so many empty building for years with no one wanting to rent the building to start a business. When I lived in the Midwest there were dandelions there but here in the Southwest I do not see dandelions, if they were here I think the wild animals would eat them, especially the rabbits. I get a lot from Amazon, but if I can get something locally, I will do that instead. So what I buy from Amazon are things I can't get locally or else they're a lot less expensive on Amazon. (Not many like that lol)They went out of business in the 1990s I think the family got tired of running it BTW came from eye doctor it annual eye exam they were plan take me back in January because you know this virus they took me today I think my left eye is little weaker I get new lense for eye glasses Sorry to hear that, but glad it's nothing worse!

Nice picture Lulu, you two look like happy campers. Maybe we will see picture at NM. I see there is a brush fire in the foothills of Azusa CA, looks like the homes in the valley will be ok, but I think they might have a mudslide problem when it rains. Maybe tomorrow I will see a line of smoke in the western sky here where I live.

Good morning Cindy, sorry to read that you overworked in the yard and are not feeling well from that, hope you feel better now. It seems just recently that amazon has raised there prices, so I have been doing better buying online at walmart for now, from there I ordered some stainless steal pot to make our own container for water filters, online these containers are sold out and now they want up to 300 dollars for them, and like DIY videos say, why spent so much when it is simple to make container for 20 dollars, so that is what we are doing this morning. Haven't seen Kelly here, hope the fires burning in CA is not the reason why.

It's so hard to post when my cats are walking back and forth in front of my monitor; or when they finally sit down in front of it! good morning FH family! We’ll be wheeling tomorrow for New Mexico! come Lord Jesus, That's a good picture of the two of you. I hope you have a good trip! I'm amazed at how many acres of forest the California fires eat up every year. You'd think they'd all be gone by now!Good morning Cindy, sorry to read that you overworked in the yard and are not feeling well from that, hope you feel better now. Yes, many of the stores and individuals that sell on Amazon have raised their prices. I won't buy stuff from the people who have done that either and look elsewhere to. When I see something that I bought in the past that has raised their price a lot, I write a review that lets people know that that store is price gouging so they shouldn't buy from them. Amazon is trying to stop it, but it's not easy. I try to be careful too because I can see that if a company has only raised their price slightly that it might be due to their cost going up since Covid. It's the ones that have jumped up in price tremendously that are obviously price gouging though - at least to my way of thinking. I have to be careful of how I say it in my review too though as I have to follow Amazon's rules. (their rules never took into account that something like covid would happen). So I can't just come out and say they're doing that... I have to find other ways of saying it that aren't as obvious lol. But yeah, the prices on some things are simply crazy!
Oh, I discovered something else too.... Often the really high priced things are from China, but they often won't say they're from China. They practically refuse to tell you where their item is being made so it's very obvious that they don't want folks to know. The thing is that they come in and sell something that normally costs $20 for $120 and when other sellers see that, the greedy ones change their prices right away and ask for $100 themselves! Greed is having a hay day on Amazon for sure!
I hope Kelly's ok too! Hopefully we'll see her today!for our country, her people, and our president! morning FH family! Early morning for us,🎵 🎶on the road again🎵🎶 this morning! Lulu, can you tell me how you guys decide when to go somewhere? I mean, do you sleep somewhere different every night even if you stay in the same town? Do you have some kind of itinerary of where you plan to be by a certain time, or are you just going wherever the Spirit leads you each day? (I think I asked this next question before but honestly don't remember your answer.) Do you guys have to pay for electricity, and water every day? If so, are the prices reasonable and about the same every where you go? I know.. I'm full of questions, but I've never known anyone that did what you all are doing, so I never got to ask them before!
