 Please remember Marianne in your prayers, this evening. She called me around 7:30pm, but I wasn't home. She left a message asking me to send out a prayer chain, for her on Fresh-Hope, because she is in the hospital with pneumonia. She hopes to be allowed to go home tomorrow, if all goes well.
If I get to talk to her, I will come back and update.
Thank you for your prayers for this dear woman!

Thank you for your prayers. We spoke briefly on private message in FB, and she still hopes to go home, tomorrow. She told me she's been there since Wednesday.

Cheryl, thank you so much for posting prayer for me. ..and informing everyone what was happening. thank you everyone for your prayer, they are deeply appreciated...   I was well enough to come home today... thank the Lord. I knew I could have not come home yesterday, because I was a mess... found out that they changed the way I take my pills at home..you change the routine.. and that's what happens . and that's what made me worse.. I don't know why they do that, but, I am thanking the Lord that they finally listened to me and started giving me the pills like I take them at home.. also, IV antibiotics helped get rid of the pneumonia... Home resting now, hopefully that will be my last trip to ER... for a LONG LONG time... |

I just saw this but happy you got to go home.
I know what you mean about changing med routine....it's hard enough sometimes to remember to take them, when You sort of know what the present routine is, never mind changing it up.....and as we see, it can be dangerous to boot!
Praying you don't have to go back to ER for a long while....God willing.

Glad you are home Marianne, saying a prayer. Thank you anna, and all who are praying for me... you are all a blessing.. Update: Went to my family doctor yesterday... he said that all my tests came good.. the hospital scheduled a bone density scan (whole body) and there is no cancer in my bones.. or anywhere else as far as they can see. Cat Scan showed that the tumor grew a little.. but it is slow very slow... which of course is good.. what is helping me the most... are your prayers... when a righteous person prays the Lord listens.. anyone can say I'll pray for you.. but if they are living in sin.. the Lord doesn't want to hear what the have to say.. they need to repent of their sin.. and then pray... as Christians we all know this... This is what makes a difference... when praying for someone.. All Glory goes to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ... and may He bless you all for praying fervently for all those who are sick.. and whatever trial they may be going through..  |

Marianne, I am deeply sorry for not checking into the prayer room, although, no matter what,you have always been in our prayers. So Praise God you are home and safe. Shirley and I will continue to keep you in our prayers. Especially, for a full recovery. Take care and God Bless.

When I say this.. I mean it from my heart... l love you all so very much and I appreciate all your prayers...
I was in so much pain today.... I spent most of the day lying down.. with a heating pad.. in the area of the pain.. it's helped some.. but. I am very sore.. it's been one of those days... now, tomorrow.. I may feel much better..... I believe the weather has a lot to do with it..
My Palliative Care Nurse comes twice a week... to check my vitals... I like seeing her.. as she talks to me.. and helps me to understand some things I am going through..
So, thank you all again for your prayers... God bless.

Still healing from my last trip to the hospital with pneumonia... last night was not good.. I woke up wanting to vomit... and I did.. it seems I had an unsettled stomach.. as it is I don't eat much.. so I really nursed my stomach today... with bland food and very little of it...
My nurse thought it would be a good idea, to up the milligrams.. of my pain medications.. so hopefully, this will keep the pain under control. I just have to take it when it's due and not forget.. when I do forget.. the pain is awful...
So again, I would like to thank you all for your prayers.. I know the Lord is right here by my side.. giving me comfort and peace....

I have been in really bad shape these past few days, very weak.. not wanting to eat.. very shaky ...All I want to do is lie down and sleep.... I'm not God, none of us are of course.. but, I feel my life slipping away... Please pray for my family... John Becky, Dominic, Carmine, my brother and his wife... my brother has Altziemers.. for Louis who has been taking care of me and helping me through this...and especially for my son Nicholas and son Nico...I worry about him sometimes... If the Lord calls me home..I will ask Nick to inform Cheryl... I believe she has him in her friends list... thank you all for praying... I love you all very much... and will keep you informed as long as I can.....
