Kel, from the article I read Bill bought the land west of Phoenix, close to CA, where the highway goes north to Los Vegas. I think that land there is all BLM land. It has been the favorite BLM land for Rv'er to park for free, there near Quartzsite.
Ron once told me about a young guy he knew, everyone would ask him why his hair was gray and he said he didn't know but it was strange one morning he woke up and looked in the mirror and his hair had turned gray overnight.
My Bible study teacher said last night that there are new rules from the UN that there are now domestic terrorism fines for people that have websites or are domain owners. If they don't pay a fine the website is closed down.

I'm just doing laundry and wrapping Christmas presents. We don't have a Christmas tree anymore but the retirement community has a giant one put up in the lobby. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

My hair is almost all grey....it's strange, there still remain a few dark or darker strands but the overall is pretty much totally grey. I've been wondering if mine would ever change, so I'm glad it finally has. From what I can tell, the hair looks more white then grey, but maybe that's because it's against the strands that are still a brown. Before what little grey or white I had was all on the back of my head, but now it's starting right from the front so I can finally see it. Oh, I'll have to get another picture of me one of these days as my hair has finally turned a lot more gray/white. It happened all of a sudden too, just like it did with Bruce. His hair turned grey when he had the heart attack - all of it; but mine isn't yet totally grey, just a lot more of it. It happened when I had that last very painful bone scan. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror to brush my teeth the next day! Cindy, when you do, make sure your hair is down, and not in a pony tail. Your hair is long and pretty, so show it off.
My hair is gray and white too, but I color it. But, lately my hair isn't growing, like it used to. It used to grow several inches in a month's time, but lately isn't. But, that just saves me money on hair dye.
I got my first senior citizen's discount at KFC a week or so ago, then a few days ago, got another one at the DQ. LOL Maybe I really should dye my hair again, or better yet, just enjoy the discounts.
I love discounts lol. Never have gotten one as a senior though. Around here I guess I'll have to wait at least a couple more years as they don't start till you're 65. I'll try to remember to have my hair down, but most of the time it's in a pony tail so it doesn't get in my way as much. Even so it still gets wet every time I do the dishes, because the ends of my hair wind up in the water if I'm not careful! But that's better then when it gets into the fire on the stove! whoo hoo for discounts!! :) when David and I were first married, my mom worked at DQ as a part time job. all the senior citizens would line up in her line. She loved it. Her boss loved her, said she was the best worker he ever had. She kept the store clean, she was friendly and did a perfect ice cream cone. lol.. I loved it, because I would go in and have mom make me a blizzard!! Marlene I didn't know Bill Gates bought a bunch of property in AZ?? wow.. ? I don't remember reading that. He lives up here. We would like to move to North Louisiana :) If I am going to leave one water state, I'd rather move to another water state.. :) (meaning we are surrounded by water, my terminology ) My hair doesn't grow as much.. I probably should take my vitamins.. David's hair went almost silver when my dad died. David was a big help and was close to my dad.. Louisiana is nice, but I can't stand the humidity there anymore. Same with Florida. I loved it there (in the panhandle) but couldn't live there now. But that's ok, I love it right where I am.
My hair grows slowly too and I do take vitamins lol. It's also falling out fast. Kel, from the article I read Bill bought the land west of Phoenix, close to CA, where the highway goes north to Los Vegas. I think that land there is all BLM land. It has been the favorite BLM land for Rv'er to park for free, there near Quartzsite.

My Bible study teacher said last night that there are new rules from the UN that there are now domestic terrorism fines for people that have websites or are domain owners. If they don't pay a fine the website is closed down. I have trouble believing that about the UN. But there's always lots of rumors. I don't pay attention to them anymore, now that I don't have a real website. But there's always been lots of rumors about stuff like that and none of it was ever true. I'm just doing laundry and wrapping Christmas presents. We don't have a Christmas tree anymore but the retirement community has a giant one put up in the lobby. Hope everyone has a good weekend. We got a real tree this year. Bruce said he couldn't stand not having a real tree anymore. So he and the kids put the lights on it last night but there wasn't time to decorate it so they'll do that next weekend. There wasn't time because Bruce was out hunting till dinner time and the kids were out playing lol. I hope you had a good weekend too Margie. Ours was really nice. We went to Jenn's for Elijah's birthday party on Saturday. Then they came to our house on Sunday. Popping in to say "hi" after a few weeks. Hi.
I'm still praying for you guys - for both of your health and for another job for your husband. Is there any news on that front?
Hi from me also, had to put some reading time in to catch up, Cindy, when Ron was in the hospital, I watched his hair turn gray! His beard is almost all white. Wow, his turned fast too huh? I've sure missed hearing from you guys. I'm still praying for you all too. I hope you're both doing well.

YEah my hair is more white than grey...I think it started out greyish but then turned more white....which I think works better on me anyway. LOL
Kel I was going to ask if you would be good with hot or hotter temps. but then you live inland so maybe you are already used to it.
I don't love cold temps....I seem to hurt more, but I really hate hot temps.
Oh for thinning hair I just started drinking bamboo leaf tea ( sounds like it should taste bad but I mix it with Bengal Spice tea for flavor)... anyway it (Bamboo leaf tea) contains 70% organic silica....silica is good for hair and nails. Since I like herb teas anyway.....the only problem is its a bit spendier than most herb teas ( around 2 or 3 dollars a box) bamboo tea is more like 8!!!! but it lasts a month ( or two, if I don't think to drink it every day). I am not sure how much one is supposedly supposed to drink to see any results, It could be just wishful thinking or my imagination, but it does seem like my hair may be the slightly less balding in the back, and it does seem like a lot less is falling out. Anyway, I don't think I am drinking enough for great results, and it may take more time ( I can't buy it every month either so...its not really a fair experiment). But that is a fair amount of silica....how much gets absorbed is a different question. some of the so called benefits ( who can know) are touted as:
It promotes healthy hair and nail growth.
It plays an important role in healthy bone density.
It’s a building block of collagen — a protein our body uses to rejuvenate skin and joints.
Silica prevents the absorption of aluminum in the digestive system. Aluminum may be linked to an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease and other health conditions.
Helps digestion problems
And so on....of course purists say to get the leaves ( not processed into tea bags like I get) because of course during the making into tea-bags much antioxidants etc are lost.
But since I drink tea ( and foo foo coffee ...you know with caramel and whip cream etc.) anyway, I figured why not try....because I was loosing a LOT of hair and it really does seem like its slowed down a LOT?

Our hot water heater is not working again, so we will have to fix it again tomorrow.
Bamboo tea sounds good, maybe I will get to try some one day. I do drink more hot tea in the winter time. I still have some of my mesquite tea to drink. I need extra potassium and magnesium and if I am not careful I will get the worst muscle cramp, like I got today, usually in the arch of my foot. If that ever happens to me in a public place I will be sitting on the floor. Foo foo coffee sounds good. I do like cappuccino, but I never get to drink any, I should go to Mc Donald more often. I think they have foo foo coffee there also.
Lulu your husband looks like he is doing well, thank the Lord. Nice to see a photo of him.
Glad you were able to get a real Christmas tree this year Cindy and have put the tree up early, those trees smell so nice.

What makes your hot water heater stop working Marlene? I hope you're able to fix it!
Believe it or not, our fridge is still working and still keeps some things frozen in the freezer part too! It's really weird though. If I put a package of hot dogs in the freezer, the bottom ones will be frozen but the top layer won't be. Bread won't freeze and neither will french fries; but vegetables will freeze just fine. Most meats will freeze fine too. But since I'm afraid of trusting it totally, I only keep one of each kind of meat in that freezer. So I have one pork chop, one baggie with two hamburgers in it, one rib, and a baggie with two pieces of chicken in it. All the rest of each are in our big freezer on the porch. Oh the other thing it won't freeze is ice cream. It only partially freezes it so that it's like soft serve ice cream. I love how the Lord is keeping it working for us as He knows we don't have the money to get another one. It's weird too that the fridge that we bought new back in 99 is failing, but the freezer we bought very used and is probably at least 30 years old is working just great. It was funny though how the repair man couldn't figure out why the freezer part of our fridge was working at all. He kept saying it should be completely dead and the refrigerator itself shouldn't be working either. So I told him it was because the Lord knew our finances and was keeping it running till we could get another one somehow. He said there was no other way it could be working so that sounded like the truth to him!

Anna Mc Donald's is where Leonard gets my foo foo coffee for a treat for meeeeee LOL A carmel frappe yum ( plus 10, 20, 30 extra pounds, but sooooo good). sigh!
Lulu I agree with Anna, the photo of your hubby is very nice, and it's nice to see how he looks.
I was listening to a prophecy Pastor Bigley last night. He was visited the day before by several NSA agents for the 4th time. The 3rd time was about a year ago.
Apparently, they are concerned that someone is leaking the pastor info from their organization or one like it.
He told them he does have an inside scoop....The Bible LOL. They just cannot believe it, and he has explained 4 times now ( and they obviously listen to his videos etc.) that the Bible prophesied things in the future....the NSA apparently just is not buying that.
Anyway, they spent a long time with him, and he got to ask them some questions too. One thing they talked about was Sophia the AI that Saudi Arabia just made a 'citizen.
I did learn from pastor Bigley a bit how the Sophia AI works. She does 'think' independently. If asked a question ( I have noticed a short 'time delay". The reason is 'she' it searches Wifi for its answer....also adjusts its face for the appropriate facial response...smile, frown, etc.
How according to Bigley the NSA agents told him, that the Sophia AI was just the 1st generation.....there have been 4 more after 'her' which leaves that AI in the dust so to speak.
They said, he would be totally stunned ( not the word he used ...I forgot the exact word but that is the idea).
He is wondering if one these AI might be used by the anti-christ . Who knows?
I just found it interesting how Sophia works ( well obviously it's more complicated than that, but I didn't even know it searched the web for answers). The 'delay' is really short tho.... even a human often takes time to think about their answer and how to word it...but it seems really creepy.
And according to Bigley the NSA agents did say some of the newer AI's are killing machines,,,,but really that is not surprising. No matter how computer programmers insist these machines are benign, it's a given the military will demand and get some programmed for war......but what an insane slippery slope.
Still, the Lord knows all about this and I will rest in that.... otherwise a person without God could slowly become terrified with this new paradigm shift of independent 'thinking killer machines!
Not to mention all that is going on world wide now.....end prophecies is coming together now at an incredible rate.
I remember thinking that 10 years ago.....but now... WOW!
what is going on in the mid east right now ( against Israel) is exactly what the Bible says....and 20 years ago the nations now aligned together simply would not happen.

The first time our water heater stopped working some wires burned up, so Ron cut the burnt wire off and rewired the hot water heater. The second time the hot water heater stopped working the same wires burned up again, so Ron knew that the heating element was shorting out. He put a new heating element in and again cut the burn off the wires and rewired it, now we have hot water and I think the hot water heater will last for a few years now. Heating elements are usually what goes wrong with a hot water heater and replacing a heating element is cheap to do so a new hot water heater is not needed and they are expensive to buy.
I have to go grocery shopping today, I think I will just go to Dollar General. Every time I go to the main grocery store men ask me for money, it is happening so often I feel like just screaming. Sometimes the men are from Mexico working the parking lot and don't even speak English.
Barbra, I also heard part of what Paul Bagley was talking about. Ron listens to him, usually, I go to another room to listen to my Bible study. Bye for now, going to town.

Finally have some winter weather here. Much colder.
My hair started turning gray when I was in my mid-thirties! Hubby didn't get gray hair until he was about 70. That's so unfair.
We got a notice today that many churches will be coming here to sing for us before Christmas. The first choir will be here tomorrow night.

Good information about water heaters Anna.....I don't often listen to Begley but was interested in what he had to say about the AI's....I am wondering if satan and his demons could somehow use these machines...as perhaps they did in the past with idols ( I don't know for a fact they did or can), but it seems like a possibility, Cindy would probably know if some idols of the past were used by demons....surely.... I am thinking, the mere fact people worshiped such things was evil to begin with. I just finished reading a Christian fiction novel, about St. Patrick converting pagan Ireland. Apparently the pagans in Ireland had druids, and worshipped evil idols of wood and stone etc. I was intersting ( in a sad way) as I have a LOT of Irish genes.
Dogstaff: "My hair started turning gray when I was in my mid-thirties! Hubby didn't get gray hair until he was about 70. That's so unfair".
That made me laugh but I do feel your pain! No fair!! I agree LOL
Oh Kel!!! I am so sorry about your beloved Bucky....that's the problem with dogs, they just don't live long enough!! I know how sad losing a beloved pet can be!!
That book sounds interesting....having adult children also!! I am reading the example from her book on Amazon.....you are right it sounds really really good!!! Thank you for mentioning it. I will see if I can get it as an interlibrary loan.

Kel sorry to read that you had to say goodbye to your lovely dog That dog is in Paradise and you will see the dog again. Yes, they are not happy campers in the MiddleEast right now, anger and rage. Turkey's president is upset and Francis is upset also.
We have had a smart meter outside our home now for a few years.

What's interesting to me is Trumps relationship or whatever you want to call it with Russia, since Russia is going to be one of the ones attacking Israel, and also giving weapons to the others who will attack her. (I'm speaking of either the Ezekiel 33 or Psalm 83 wars) Kel sorry to read that you had to say goodbye to your lovely dog That dog is in Paradise and you will see the dog again. Barbra, lol I had to correct the spelling of your name, I typed it Barbrr, I guess because it is cold in my room here. Anyways, do you check out Paul Begley's short news videos that only last for a few minutes? I do every day just to get fast to the point news, so I don't have to listen to him for 2 or more hours. Here is a video that talks about his opinion of the AI being used by the anti christ.

Kel, praying for you. I know how hard it is to make that final decision about an old dog. I still miss my sweet dog Little Bit.
Went to my Sunday School class Christmas party today. We had a great time together. There are more and more class members using canes and walkers. It was good to see the members who aren't able to attend class regularly.
Hope everyone has a good week ahead. Hugs.

Sorry to hear about your puppy...it hurts....I really miss my dog....he was a dog with an opinion....
Changing the subject - now that homosexual "marriage" has been legalized in Australia by a republican-type party that acts just like democrats ( the two are the same..... IMHO.... ) , we also now have as part of the same new pro-homosexual law , a new govt Tribunal to ensure this new demonic activity is protected, and basically if you as a business exercise your freedom of conscience and refuse to serve a homosexual customer ( or officiate as a celbrant at a homosexual "wedding" ) , you get prosecuted for it.
Its demonic and I keep reminding people that the devil couldnt have offered Jesus all the govts of the world if he worshipped him unless the devil owned them first. Kind of keeps it all in perspective, this I think is why the govts of the world created the UN, so it could be the anti christs global govt.....
Climate Change is just a trojan horse for imposing socialism world wide and a gun grab. Interestingly, you rarely see homsexuality supported by right wing politics & Christians ( who often are right wing ), but rather by left wing UN-loving occult - supporting democrats.
Karl Marx, who created Marxism, is quoted as saying his plan was to un-seat God. The man was a bit delusional, but enough young people dont realise what Communism is, so think its OK.
My own 16yo very intelligent neice thought Communsm sounded "cool" as it meant people shared everything... I almost fell of my chair......I had to educate her about what Communism is. Once i pointed out that North Korea was communist, the penny dropped.
Under left wing Stalin & Mao, churches were shut down and turned into store houses, religion was banned, only athiesm was allowed as the State "religion" in Communist Russia and Communist China.
Lessons from history....

My daughters church was supposed to have their Christmas party on Saturday but had to postpone it because we had a snow storm and the roads were awful. So they had it after church on Sunday instead. That church has mostly young people in it, so you don't see a lot of folks with canes and such.
I've been "homesick" for a church that preaches from God's Word and has a choir instead of a worship team, and sings hymns, especially at Christmas. As far as I know, there isn't anything like that around here, and that makes me really sad.
It seems like most people don't have any idea of what goes on in North Korea today and just how horrible it is for those people living under that fanatic. I read two excellent books that show what goes on in communist North Korea. They really break your heart. The books are: The Beloved Daughter and Slave Again. Both are by Alana Terry. There are two more books in the series which I'd love to read, but haven't yet. Although the books are fiction, the author did a great deal of research to make sure they presented a real picture of life there. Here's what one reviewer said about the first book:
This book taught me a lot about North Korea, and I will never talk glibly about the country or their position again. Alana Terry has a lot of credibility in writing due to her connections with North Korean missions work. This was a great read and I highly recommend for those wanting to know more about life in NK for the estimated 100,000-200,000 slaves currently working and dying in barbaric circumstances-- worse than the Nazi camps in some respects.
I don't agree that they're worse than the Nazi camps, but they are a close second, that's for sure.

Cindy, is your daughter's Church in a relatively close distance, from you, and has later worship times? I'm thinking that it would be really great for you, to try and attend. Even if it is sometimes. Sounds like you would really enjoy it. And with it being mostly young people, just warms my heart. I love seeing young people attend Church. And not because their parents are active in the Church and make them go, but because they want to be there, to hear the Lord's word.
Those books sound very informative. I agree that too many people actually think that NK is "innocent" of all the bad publicity they are getting. It's satan's work. The enemy is blinding people to the truth. I just want to scream, when I see ignorant remarks on some pages and news articles, in favor of communism and the one world agenda. They have no clue what they are even thinking. They are actually embracing evil.
I also don't agree that they're worse that the Nazi camps. One evil is no worse than another. Evil is evil. But, I have to keep reminding myself that this is all a part of God's grand plan. All must come to be, to bring forth the return of Jesus Christ. It's just really hard for us humans to comprehend the true severity of it all. We are warned......it's all been foretold, but I don't think any of us ever realized the horror of what we've already seen, and knowing that it will only get worse......not better. Not until our Lord comes back for us. But, He tells us to be steadfast.

No, it's not at all close and starts at the same time the others do, not later, but I would go if I could. I try every Sunday, but so far no luck. Yes, God is in control and soon we will be with our Lord and all of this that seems so very important to us now, will seem so very insignificant to us then.

I had to laugh when my rheum doctor called me the other day. He's apparently looking up "very rare autoimmune diseases" to see if i have them. He gave me the name of one he thought might be possible (I have no idea why!) and told me to google it and see what I thought. So I did and couldn't believe he'd even suggest it. Out of 10 main symptoms the only one that was even close was "joint pain" LOL and that's from the RA anyway! So I called him back and told him no way. Guess he's still researching LOL But, from what he told me about the Dexa scan, he doesn't like to admit it, but I was right. I DO NOT HAVE osteoporosis!I guess that's why he's looking for other weird diseases LOL I see him again on the 29th so I'll find out what more he thinks then.
Before I forget yet again, I wanted to ask how some of the people I'm praying for are doing. Please know I don't expect anyone to go into any detail, especially if you don't want to discuss it here. I just need to know if I need to keep praying for the same things basically is all, or if I need to pray for something different. Lorrie, how's John coming with that new job? How's his treatments going - still having the bad side effects? How about your sister Vickie? and of course, how are you doing? I hope there haven't been anymore migraines!
How's Ron doing Lulu? How about his brother? And of course you as well? Has Nettie joined us in the Kingdom yet, or Jazzy's mom? (I can never remember her name). How's Jazzy doing?
How about you Marlene? I hope your health is doing great!
Cheryl, how about you? Any job or church possibilities yet? I'm praying for your health as well, but I know you've been having problems there still.
How are you and Leonard doing health wise Barbara? Praying your children and grandchildren will be added to the Kingdom soon too!
Has anyone heard from or about Marianne?
How are you and David doing Kel? How's your daughter Devin doing?
Those are the main one I can think of that generally post in here anyway. Thanks everyone, and I'll continue to pray for you no matter what!

Awwww thank you for asking. A few new things for Leonard...they want to change his meds around and he is a bit anemic so they are trying to figure out what is going on about that. I see my doc on the 28th for an 'extended'? visit....I am thinking 'maybe' to talking about STOMP (mindfulness)?

Good day sister Cindy, This morning I told Ron we should check out movies on amazon prime, but didn't know what, sometimes I like to watch movies, mostly Sherlock Holmes type movies, then I came here to read and see that you mentioned amazon prime and what to watch there, which helped me, I don't always mention when things you say help me and I should mention it. I have been thinking also how nice it is that here on earth we get to know people that we will know to meet in heaven and talk to. The internet has been a blessing to me, though I know it has such a dark side also. Thanks for praying for me, Ron and I face the getting older average health problems, sometimes I think Ron is going to die and I find out he thinks the same way about me. lol We have slowed down. Since last summer I have put aside much time to online worship and study, that can last 6 hours a day, but I stay as long as I choose to. But it has been the nicest time for me in my life to have that blessing for as long as it lasts, it is a blessing. During worship is when I also pray for others and pray any time also. We have a neighbor guy Wayne who is a Christian, Ron goes to his place and they talk in a hangar, I could go also if I ever choose to. Wayne has been having yard sales on the weekends to get rid of his dad's stuff, so in cleaning up the hangar he killed two rattlesnakes. He kept the heads and tails and will put them on a plaque and said he can get 30 dollars selling that. Now you kinda know why I don't go over to visit at his place.lol

Our community has a Happy Hour every Friday, and tonight Santa Claus will join us. Guess he wants to see if us old people have been naughty or nice this year.
Another couple have moved away from here to move in with their daughter and her family. The man needed more care. We ate lunch with them often and we'll miss them.
I got all of the Christmas presents presents wrapped but another one arrived today for my son's boy. He will have to let me know if it's a stocking present or if I need to wrap it.
Hope everyone has a good weekend. Hugs to all.
