Thank you, everyone, for your prayers for my friend. I saw him last week, and he was very weak and tired. He has undergone several rounds of chemo and radiation, and today is another scan to see the progress. Please keep him in your prayers, that these scans will show an improvement. They have moved his treatments to a local hospital, as an out patient, so that he and his family can be together. Before, when he was in Nashville, they couldn't take his young daughter along, and he was gone for 5 days each time. Coupled with the grief of her Daddy being sick, she missed him so much during that time.

Thank you, again, for your unceasing prayers for this family.

They are changing out his routine, after the new year.

Hello everyone. First off I want to tell everyone thank you and I love you so much. So today was a good treatment I think they will be starting me off on a higher strength of pain medicine to help me tolerate the pain and new medication. But do have high hopes. Again thank you and love to all.

Thank you, everyone, for your continued prayers for my friend.
He has had to skip several of his regular chemo treatments, because his platelets are too low.
He is in a lot of pain and last week, he couldn't breathe, so his wife got him in. He is still in the hospital, and still in pain. They are trying to find some way to bring down his discomfort, and they are giving him breathing treatments, that are helping.

That is all I know, at this point.

My brother had cancer and was getting chemo and went to the hospital having trouble breathing, they helped him and he was going to go home the next day but he died that night.

Thank you all, for your continued prayers. He was able to get a chemo treatment today.
They gave him some shots for the pain, but I didn't hear if it helped. I guess that if he was still in pain, they would have said so. You know how that goes.

My heart is broken. Thank you all who prayed for this man. He is in the Lord's arms now. I will see him again, when it's my turn to go Home, but my heart is broken now.

Please say a prayer for the comfort of Todd Root's wife and daughter. Amy and Alyssa.

Yes, he went home. :angel:

He doesn't have to endure the awful pain, anymore, but we will miss him so much.
His wife has a long road ahead of her. I am powerless to help her. I pray for her and have offered an ear, but I doubt she will take me up on it. The offer is still there, though.
