Sorry, but it's way past time for a new thread. I copied the most recent post on the other one over to this one. I wasn't able to do much yesterday as I was really sick. I couldn't even really talk. I think it was a Sjogren's flare. I hate them! I'm still getting over it so postponed my PT till Thursday morning...which means I won't be able to be here then, since I'll be in another town exercising lol.

or diphenhydramine?
I sometimes get major 'itchies' also
and that often helps
Plus I may use some pure aloe lotion rubbing it all over...
or some other lotion.
It may not 'cure' it totally
but often
