I'm so sorry guys. I've been feeling just awful for the last 8-9 days. A lot of pain just about everywhere except for my new hip. That feels great, but nothing else does. It's also prevented me from sleeping much at all which in turn causes my eyes to hurt even more. It's all just a Sjogren's and/or RA flare up, but I sure want it to go away! The biggest joke people with Sjogren's tell each other to explain their symptoms is that their body has discovered that something is wrong and is trying to fix it, and they're yelling at it to STOP! It's amazing to me that our bodies do that and actually often do fix the problem, but not with Sjogrens. When the body starts trying to fix all those symptoms it just makes everything much worse. So... that's why I've been absent.
Plus, on top of that, I've been given 5 days to re-certify for food stamps or else. There's only 4 days left. I have no idea why they only gave me that long, it's crazy and has never happened before, but that's how it is now. So I'm afraid I won't be posting again until I've finished with that.
I'm really, really sorry, but don't have enough of me left to do more. BUT I can pray! And I do so for each and every one of you!

like benadryl,
or diphenhydramine?
I sometimes get major 'itchies' also
and that often helps
Plus I may use some pure aloe lotion rubbing it all over...
or some other lotion.
It may not 'cure' it totally
but often

Three of my children were born in October, and two of my grandchildren were born this month too. I'll be 69 Feb 8th, so you're only 3 years older than I am John!
