Well I don't know if you been friend with me on FB yes it is my birthday I plan go to Sizzler this weekend for my birthday my brother came over after work gave me money I going spent actual Birthday today quiet this Saturday the parents take me to fav restaurant Sizzler so I be in and out I think today we go to Popeye chicken get some lunch/dinner I been busy with the parents especially my mom
Next week I be in and out next week is my school turn go back to school I be pretty pretty busy

I wound up doing way too much yesterday trying to clean my house. My neighbor also called me and came over so I could try and get her drivers license replaced online. We tried for 30 minutes and then wasted another 30 minutes on the phone waiting for them to answer. When they did, it was only to tell us their site was down which was why it kept saying that our answer to her address was wrong! Grrrr! But we did get the drafts of our wills and power of attorneys and living wills etc in the mail. I read them through quickly but need to do so slowly again. We have an appointment to see the lawyer about them again on Monday and that will finalize them. Next time we go will be to sign and pick up the real deal! I have another pre-op appointment this afternoon. Plus, I'm supposed to be doing exercises 3 times a day. I haven't found the time to do them even once since I got them on Monday, so I'm hoping to get them done today!
Kelly, you don't have the whole story about those two things concerning John MacArthur. Apparently you've only heard what the enemy says about him. I won't bore you with the whole stories but I will say that the unsaved and many of those who only pretend to be saved hate what God says about marriage. Nowhere does God say that you should divorce your husband if he abuses you. Be safe, yes, divorce, no. Jesus said we could only divorce in the case of adultery. Like I said though, the world hates that. Jesus also said that everyone was worthy of being told the whole gospel and being given a chance of salvation. As far as your statement that no one in California likes John MacArthur goes, that's kind of funny since he had over 8,000 members before covid and got about 4,000 more members, so now has at least 12,000 regular attending members. That's an awful lot of people in California who really love him! And honestly hon, every single person in California who is really saved, should love John, and every other person who is really saved, because that's what Jesus tells us to do. In fact, that's how He said the world would know we belong to Him is by our love for one another (meaning others who are saved.) I know it can be difficult though.

I actually cried when I read everybody hated him!
It broke my heart to read that...
especially knowing he is not out of the woods so to speak,
about his latest heart surgery...
Too much fluid is building up....
He is such a deep Bible expositor.
I have learned so much about God, and His word,
through pastor John's teaching and sermons.

Well I got everything set up in my office my mom went with me we set up the Arrowhead hot and cold bottle dispender and we got the coffee set up for Monday morning she bought some Lysol we score at Costco other day i got plenty of written pad just in case the computer go down we have some paper notepad to write the back up on
So we decided go to the 1950 diner then we pick up something for the dad btw here something cool I know how manager knew yesterday was my birthday Manager of 1950 diner sent over Banana split ice cream sang Happy birthday to me
I didnt tell them I think my mom told them long time ago he hear it from my birthday I been with loyal to restaurant since I was a kid when I went there with my parents back in da day LOL!

Sounds like you had a Happy Birthday  at the 1950's restaurant and all.
I went for a short walk this morning with the dogs who were playing while the day was not yet warm. I took care of my plants, last spring I bought a Echinacea coneflower just for fun to see if it would grow and now months later it is flowering and I will have the seeds from the plant to grow more flowers. I instant pot pressure cooked potatoes and made potato salad, I was going to make soup also but that will have to wait awhile for me to get that done. I feel like reading now, have not had any coffee, I think I will make one cup of coffee to have while I read.

That's too bad that there's a site like that about the Dugger family. I really liked them. It's sad when one of your children does something horrible. You still love them, but don't like or condone what they did. It's even worse when more than one family member's sins are held up by the media. It makes me very glad that the media doesn't know me or my family because they'd really have a hey day with all of our sin! I'm sure there's plenty of nasty sites like that out there if you look for them. Not something I'd want to see or put in my mind. I try hard to obey the Lord about what I allow in my mind.
 Kelly, I'm so sorry I missed your birthday! I am so glad you had a good one! It sounds like the restaurant you went to and like so much is the kind I'd probably enjoy too! We have one like that here or at least we used to. I'm not sure if it's still around after covid though. Please forgive me for not wishing you a happy birthday sooner. I seem to be missing stuff a lot lately. 
I way overslept today and then had to help my neighbor again so haven't had time to do anything. I have to go feed the cats and do some chores now though. Oh, my pre-op went well. I really liked the doctor. He will be helping the surgeon during my surgery. He told me he'd see my during my surgery and I told him I really hoped I wouldn't be seeing him or anyone else during my surgery! Maybe before or after... He laughed and said he'd be there before, during and after! We laughed about some other stuff too, but you would have had to be there LOL One more pre-op appointment and then it's surgery time!

I plan go to Sizzler this weekend I too busy during this past week since Monday I start my school district job so I go on Saturday afternoon to Sizzler we may go around 2pm to avoid the crowd some school in my area in session they start their fall sports already so be crowd between 11 to 2 we probably around 2:30pm or 3pm

I agree with you Cindy,
I also really liked the Dugger family.
And like you, I am also glad the media doesn't know me or my family !!
It IS sad when one of your children does something horrible!
Makes me think of King David in the Bible.
He himself had some serious falls into some pretty awful sins...
but then His children did also:
Such as Tamar being raped by her 1/2 brother.
However, God will forgive even such horrible sins,
if the believer confesses and repents...
because Jesus paid for our sins.
Some sins are 'worse' than others,
but any sin is a travesty.
I know a lot of unbelievers and even believers
think:
well I have not murdered anyone,
and so, they think they are thus,
in good standing with God.
But even 'gossip' is a sin,
(which 'seems' like such an inconsequential tiny sin)
but however...
if not confessed
and repented of
( if the person is an unbeliever,
it is also a ticket to Hell, as any 'big' sin.
And really...sin is sin period!).
Gossip, is actually a very hard sin to deal with...
because at first,
does not 'seem' very bad,
and yet...
it is able to greatly hurt others.
I have to stop and think....
is this how I want others to talk about me?
Is it hurting my reputation,
Is some of it:
lies or exaggeration?
Will it cause great emotional suffering and pain?
( I know some people, have been so badly hurt,
that they have attempted suicide,
and some even succeeded in killing themselves!
They killed themselves as a result of hearing,
how greatly they have been disparaged, and that
their reputation, and any tiny bit of honor ruined)!
And yet, I still find that from time to time,
I fall into it...
gossip is such a sneaky sin!!!
Sometimes, gossip
( at least for me)
tries to mask itself
as:
I am just letting others know
for their 'safety' or to be 'aware'
or...
even more slyly is the excuse:
I am letting others know..
so they can maybe 'help' the person in question,
if they have this information.
I have gotten better over the years,
in taming my mouth....
but I sometimes think, that
so-called,
or so thought of as:
'little' sins,
can be harder to break the habit
than big ones:
like drinking, drugs, of indiscriminate sex etc. etc.
With 'big' sins,
you are really really aware,
of how devastating they are,
how hurtful and harmful they are...
But little sins...
not so much.
And because they 'seem' little
they can slip in and hardly be noticed...
You tend to notice,
if you are stoned,
or falling down drunk...
but to say, for example, something like:
Hey did you know Mary is having an affair?
You better keep an eye on your husband!!!!!
( or a zillion other scenarios)
After all....you are just doing your 'civic' duty
so your friend won't get hurt by
, 'mary' or whatever....
But have you caused one couple to begin to be suspicious of each other???
and have you pushed 'Mary' over the emotional edge...???
Mary might not think she is worth anything...
she might think she deserves to be 'used' and abused sexually!
It may have been she was sexually abused as a child etc.
But we often tend gossip
instead of:
praying for her,
or perhaps befriending her
( and inviting her to church or whatever).
But that is a struggle,
I still have from time to time.
So to live like movie stars,
or entertainers of all kinds,
or
politicians:
they always seem like....fair game....
and I have been so guilty of 'gossiping on some of the politicians,
(to my great shame!!!!!!)..
But it's like famous people live in a fish tank...
and regular people can throw rocks at them,
and delight
in watching the famous try to swim away,
from the pain.
I heard a young teenage girl tell me the other day,
that she can be mean,
and be without ANY
compassion or pity...
but why did she see that as a plus and as a positive???????
I 'think' it's because,
she had been so hurt already,
in her young life...
that she has sort of 'grown' a hard shell,
and
a hard heart....
for 'protection.
That is a sad world we live it.

Kelly, I'm so sorry I missed your birthday! I am so glad you had a good one! It sounds like the restaurant you went to and like so much is the kind I'd probably enjoy too! We have one like that here or at least we used to. I'm not sure if it's still around after covid though. Please forgive me for not wishing you a happy birthday sooner. I seem to be missing stuff a lot lately.
