I like my lab work it done by SO CAL company called Quest SO CAL when I do blood work for my doctor I like to go I make appt everytime I go there mom want go accompay I have difficutly to drive afterward she go along with me
We go to 1950 diner for pick up come on eat our breakfast at home I love going to my blood test lab then go to 1950 diner after I get the Breakfast special come with special blended OJ LOL!

judging and being judgmental....( they are two different things)
we are
to 'judge'
as stated by Jesus in the Bible:

We are not to 'judge' based on our own worldly assessment,

based on God’s righteousness.
For example,:
If someone came into their home

clothing,

most people would make a 'judgment' call
and call that 'stealing'
and the person stealing
as being a 'thief'
Not many people would say:
oh it's fine that the person took everything, I own

Oh well,
they were 'just born that way'!
Most people would 'judge' what the person who took everything they owned
as 'stealing,
and being a thief'.
Furthermore, there are
( well there 'used' to be consequences for stealing)
However,
I 'think'
in Calif,
you can steal up to $1000, from a store:
and it is NOT stealing
and thus no consequences).
But we are being 'judgemental'
if we make judgment calls
out of our own
pride

self righteousness etc.

So there is compassion in God's word

we can live without ever making judgment calls

When in fact it forbids 'judgmentalism',

Hi everyone! My doctor appointment is coming up in a half hour. I sure hope she will be willing to change me from Morphine to Demerol, since that's the only other narcotic I can take. I don't want to have the surgery until I know for sure that the pain from it will be under control.

There is a farmers market in my area and they sell a whole chicken ready to cook for 42 dollars, I would guess it must be supply and demand for the price to be that much.

Well did clean the office yesterday it didn't need cleaning they remodel entire building I decided give rid of stuff they left behind the paper and part of painting equipment I think just painted back in late June or early July you could still smell the paint from outside but it nice how they arrange we just hope the water pipes dont burst this time like they did last winter

Termites, yep. One evening they covered the ground, wonder where they are now. lol I even got bit by a termite that got in my shoe when walking on the ground, Monsoon brings out bugs, saw a large black scorpion.
Barbara, do you have and use a webcam? Some people use them for talking to their doctor instead of going in for an office visit. How are your studies going with your nephew, what are you reading or studying about?
I have a webcam HD 1080P. I have never used it but I have seen it in use when Ron talked to a doctor. I think webcam would be nice to use for group Bible study.

It really is more, that I just have lost so much trust in doctors.
Even hearing about how they are giving Cindy the runaround!
There was a time, when I was a very very good patient,
and then slowly on
things began to happen
3 breast biopsies
colonoscopies
flu shots
That stopped making a lot of sense to me...
and then there was being talked down to
But then....
The whole C flu debacle
And I went from almost 99.9 % trust
to less than 10%.
In fact, I don't even want to go and talk with medical folks....
at all!
If I broke a bone, then I 'suppose' I would need to go.
Actually my only real interest and one the medical community won't address
is a lot of pain.
So we are at a stand still!
I think there was a time when 'most' of the medical community
was really patient oriented
But now, tho there are 'some' very kind, compassionate, loving, caring nurses and doctors
many many more, ( I think) are in it for the money...
How else would one explain:
mutilation of children
euthanasia being pushed big time in Canada and elsewhere
etc.
There was a time,
when part of medicine would be Christian prayer, etc.
Now if it is brought up by a patient
which I did once,
I was told that in no uncertain terms,
that was totally inappropriate for me to bring up!!!!!

Wow Marlene, I can't get over how much they're selling chicken for! At the grocery store we go to a whole chicken sells for $1.59 a pound. In fact, I just cooked one a little over a week ago. It was $12.72 for an 8 pound chicken. I thought that was really high till I saw the price you posted! 
Please, no arguing or getting upset with each other. Everyone in our country is allowed to chose whoever they want to vote for without being told they're wrong for doing so. So you can speak well of anyone you want to but we cannot speak badly of anyone, even if we don't like them. “to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men.” (Titus 3:2 NKJV)
I haven't been feeling well, and have a lot I need to get done, but haven't. Tomorrow Bruce has a doctor appointment and that's going to take a long time as it's his rheumatologist.

BTW folks I talk to my local CVS Pharmiscist she told me they going offer at certain CVS separate flu and Covid 19 shot make sure when you do the box thingy you just want flu shot by itself that I plan to do I think I protecive with flu shot BUT SHE TELL me if your doctor encourage get Covid 19 update shot go for it talk to your local family doctor okay
Me with my health history I am good with all booster I plan not go to China either so I get flu shot I need protective the parential units here and my bratty schoolchildren at job LOL!
