I agree with Monkey, we are very close to things exploding in the Middle East and elsewhere. We (USA) are sending so much equipment over there and we don't even have enough personnel to man 17 support ships (food, fuel, ammo, etc.). I wonder if our nuke missiles are even operational.
America is not mentioned during the Tribulation, so I guess we will be reduced to non-factor statis by or before the Trib begins. Glad we won't be here.

So Id been wondering about why the russians hadnt thumped the ukrainians who invaded russia recently.
Its been a few weeks and no action and got me thinking. Apparently Putin issued unspecified orders recently but it sounds a bit ominous. One possibility is the russians may consider the Wests assistance of ukraine as a direct military engagement by the west against russia.
The russian Ambassador to the USA is returning to russia in october. If there is no replacement and russia hasn't flattened the ukrainian invasion troops, then russia may attack the West on hone soil.
My thoughts would be if you don't have some extra food and fuel and basic antiseptic cream and bleach other necessary medical supplies to handle a few weeks without power or sanitation ( a cut to your hand could kill, if hospitals aren't working ), then get it sorted out now!
Im not being alarmist, I think a lot of the world is bonkers crazy right now, and it wont take much to set things off. By Gods grace we have time to prepare for what might happen, lets be good stewards of what God has given us.
Those difficult conversations with friends or family about Jesus you've been putting off - please do it now. What if you've the last chance they get to be saved before they enter eternity?
We will stand before God and have to give an account of ourselves, the Gospel is free and the best news ever!

We did hear from her....
it went well,
and she is Okay....
well, as of yesterday.
Prayerfully, she is even better today,
and maybe she will be posting some time
soon----ish!
But I know she needs to rest,

Anyway, Thank you Lord God, for having the surgery go smoothly,
without complications ( at least I think there were none).
She will let us know

Yes, I have heard from Cindy again.
So far she is doing well!
And when she recovers from this surgery,
she will be able to get the other side done....
An estimate for recovery is around 2 months.
I did not ask her, yet, when she will post here again,
as I did not want to put any stress on her...
but I am guessing, (total guess on my part)
that it might be pretty soon....
once things settle down a bit :)
