Sorry I haven't been able to be here much. I've got a ton of paperwork to get done on both of the estates and for us. Plus I had to go sign a bunch more papers for the estate so the house can be listed and sold. It's listed as of today and was actually already shown twice last night! I haven't gotten a phone call so they must not have made an offer. At least not yet anyway. I'm praying hard that it will sell for the full asking price!
Yes, sadly that's very true. You don't even have to look at the news, you just have to look at the people around you to see what's happening and how very sick the people are with sin. When I look back at my life and remember how I thought and acted before my salvation, it makes me sick to my stomach. I hate how I was and I hate every bit of sin that still remains in me. I do my best not to sin, like we all do, but like everyone, even Paul, I still sin. I can't even imagine liking something that's sinful anymore, but i remember that I used to. So I feel very sorry for the people that are still trapped in sin. They don't even realize that they're in a trap that leads to an even more horrible ending. We can tell them though, and maybe a few will be saved. Let's hope it's soon though as there's not much more time left!
I'll try to get the paperwork done this week and hopefully I won't have to do so much for awhile anyway. Thanks for putting up with me!

I know half of my high school class from my youth is dead or not doing too well they got into drugs and hard living
I lost lot of track of my best friends in high school when I went to Alaska I hear from lot of people who think still there I know for a fact one guy who went into Air Force was stationed in Fairbanks AK he love it he stay there became Alaskan State trooper I am serious he is happy he marry nice Alaska native lady they have couple kids

Well this Monday I be at Best Western hotel I that I told you I probably get online get into hotel room when I stay at after breakfast we got get out 7am before that the House we may go to Dennys the 1950 diner and few miles away there is burger joint we may go to that serve breakfast I be in and out next week we going stay least 3 days I plan pack light I used my carry on bag from suitcase that I had carry my consemtices and all my mediciations

I think its time to get out the old Barry McGuire song from 1965 "Eve of Destruction" because we are there. I don't know how much we saved sinners will see, but I truly believe this old planet will be rocked and turned upside down within the next 4-8 months. Praying somehow this doesn't happen, but most of the troops are in place, munitions including nukes are just about in place, and evil people are in control of most countries.
I'm not going to lose sleep over this as King Jesus is in control and I'm going to rest in Him. As "Monkey" says "stay frosty", I take that to mean cool and calm.

 Praising God!!!   The guy that saw the house last night made an offer of $270,000!!!! (we were only going to ask for $249,000! The lawyer called and told me not to accept but to wait and see if we get any other offers. I just kept thanking the Lord LOL. All I want is for everyone to get paid what they're owed. It never occurred to me that we might get any money from it. If we do it would probably cause us to lose our insurance, but I don't care. I know the Lord knows exactly what we need and will do what's best for us. You know, learning to be like a little child again, and just trust the Lord, isn't easy, but boy it is sure quite a relief when you can do so even if just for a short time! Waiting for the realtor to call me now.... I'll keep you all informed! |

Yes, the realtor has called me about 6 times since yesterday, not counting the messages he left while we were at our doctor appointment LOL. The lawyer told me not to accept the offer "yet" but to wait, and now he's been in court all morning so I haven't been able to talk to him yet and the realtor is going crazy since he can't get hold of him either. The realtor knows that I won't do anything until I talk to the lawyer and make sure he's on board with it, but I agree with the realtor that we should accept the offer. Not so much because of the money, but because I found out the person making the offer is a 55 year old single woman who works at our local hospital. She would fit in perfectly with the other residents who lived around Chris. They're all her age or older and I told them that I'd try and find someone to buy the house that they would enjoy having as a neighbor. The lawyer is concerned that the house may not be assessed for the full $270,000 that she offered and if it isn't and she doesn't have the money to make up the difference (which she probably wouldn't have) we would then lose whatever the difference was. I'm not worried about it because I know the Lord is in control, but neither the lawyer or the realtor know that. So I'm trying to get things taken care of today. I'm hoping the lawyer will be back in the office shortly after noon. So he should be calling me soon. Then I'll have to go the real estate office again.

Well I just went to my CVS yesterday pick up travel bag cosemtics I need shampoo and baby power and stuff since we going stay at hotel but I cash in all my CVS extra bucks I still earn more least I save some $$
BTW I am taking my laptop don't fret folks your international news diva going be on the job may off and on that week I am taking my bathing suit with me so I could swim Best Western pool that open up at 10am in the morning go 9pm at night
I been there done that at particular Best western hotel so I know the rules I play by them Tuesday I wake up to Best Western breakfast downstair since we miss Breakfast there on Monday

I would imagine the trump lawyers will take this guilty verdict to a higher court?
No doubt the Trump haters are cheering, but I think there is a part of this they are missing.
For one thing:
Trump was more of a friend to Israel than the current President...
and that could ( and already is having I think),
have some great and grave significant repercussions of our country.
We are already under God's judgement,
and I don't think there is any going back.
Plus, the Bible tells us all countries will be against Israel...
So President Biden is falling right in line...
but that way will add more fuel to God's anger.

I'm not surprised they found Trump guilty. I pretty much expect that evil will most likely win no matter what the situation is or who it's about.
John, what makes you think we'll be in a war in that particular amount of time?
What a day yesterday was! OK, the lawyer decided that we are going to continue to show the house through the weekend and tell everyone interested that all offers will be reviewed and decided upon on Monday June 3rd. I understand his reasoning...he's being extra cautious and kind of hoping for a "safe" offer that won't depend on what an assessor says. So I'm asking the Lord to have mercy on the unbelief of those who don't know Him well, and to cause the house to sell for enough to see the debts paid. I still hope the lady gets the house, but I'm not asking the Lord for that. He knows that's what I want, but I know He knows who the best resident will be for that house. I did ask that whoever He gives the house to, that they would be a good and quiet neighbor. 
I finally got hold of Social Security for my ex's estate yesterday. We've been expecting a check from them since the first week of April, but haven't received anything yet. Yesterday they told me they're "working on it" and that it takes 6 months to get the check or a reply.  They've been "working on it" for 2 years! Chris sent the information in three times and the last time they sent him a letter explaining that he "forgot to put the number 1" in the box asking how many people were heirs. They had a copy of the will and a copy appointing Chris as executor, so they knew Chris was the only one, which was obvious since they knew what number he needed to put in the box! Why didn't they just put it in and send the stupid check??? No, so I now have to jump through their hoops. I made darn sure that I filled it out correctly, so hopefully this time we'll actually get a check. Probate on my ex's estate can't be closed till this is taken care of as well as the house. 
My redetermination for a little bit of food stamps is also going on right now, so I've uploaded 20 documents for that. But still have a couple more that I need to do, but first I have to get my hands on them. It's another silly thing. They want a letter from my doctor that I'm permanently disabled. They've seen three other official documents that show that I'm permanently disabled and have been since 2000. They know I got disability up until last year when it rolled over into "retirement" instead. But because I said I need help around the house, they want a letter. And of course I forgot to ask my doctor when I saw her two days ago. So I'd better go give her a call now and ask.
At least the problems with the house will be over soon. Speaking of which, the grass never got mowed so I need to get over there soon and see that it does. I'm amazed at all the people who have seen the house (even before it was listed!) and are interested in it!
