Some of you may remember a post from several years ago when I copied our police logs from our local paper for you. The activity for those two weeks had been things like cows being found in neighbors yards, and stuff like that. I just loved the first one listed in this weeks paper though and had to share it with you. The street they refer to is near us and in our trailer park. We laughed after reading it because Bruce was sure that the guys at work would assume he was the one calling the police Let me copy it from the paper:

Domestic Dispute: At 6:56pm police responded to a call regarding a verbal domestic dispute on Vaillancourt Drive where a man had called for assistance because his wife was threatening to unplug his television set. Police mediated the situation. Nothing criminal had occurred. Alcohol was not involved.

Our police logs are exactly the same way!!! In the whole history of our little ocean town 100 years plus their is a murder maybe every 10 or 20 years, and then it's often commited by a tourist or someone out of our town ( like maybe Portland,or Washington)....

Some big cities have as many murders in our town's whole history in one night!
But our logs are a neighbors door is open, a dog barking, a car parked on the wrong side of the street etc.
