I changed the name of this thread to: All About The War in Israel, so others will know to look here for more information about it. fearnot Thanks for posting this information for us Barbara, but you don't have to say that the link is at the bottom. That's where it's supposed to be and therefore that's where people would look for it anyway. Ever since you started posting the updates, I've wanted to tell you about another man who lives in Israel and is posting about it too. I'll share the links with you and everyone so you all can post anything you want to of his. We have permission to post everything he writes as long as we put the link to it at the bottom of the post. So you can post the whole article each day if you want to. He calls his website The Golden Report (TGR). It looks like he's doing more with you tube these days.
Israel at War -3rd Week - TGR News
3rd week of the War in Israel and the numbers are unimaginable: 229 held hostage in Gaza! more than 30 children (some are orphans whose parents were murdered by Hamas), many elderly, holocaust survivors, women, and men. Israel is raiding Gaza two nights in a row but it isn't the big ground operation we are planning. Meanwhile, rockets launch towards Israel every day, and Hezbollah is still triggering from the northern border. The US strikes back, retaliating on the recent attacks from Iran. Bought a few groceries today and was shocked at the smaller and smaller container sizes. Next to a full pound of brand name bacon I got on sale I noticed the lunch meat had only 4 slices per package. Guess by this time next year there will be only 1 slice per package. lol. LOL Oliver that seems to be par for the course now days.
Well I was able to meet a Christian woman from another town, I was blessed to be able to meet her such a lovely woman, when I saw her a scripture came to me- "He called a little child and had him stand among them. And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." That scripture seemed to be the way she was. Only thing was when I got home I was expecting to be tired but I was exhausted feeling.
Today I was writing out three recipes for a woman's cookbook, It will be put in the book just the way I create it, I thought I was going to just write out three recipes on three pages but I got creative and was enjoying creating each page, I did some fancy letter writing and also did three different drawing, a fox, a cup cake and a flower and colored the drawings, I had fun doing that and like the way it turn out, a few others are doing the same thing and one person will win a quilt. That's strange... Barbara was exhausted, and you were exhausted, and so was I! I wonder if it was all on the same day? The day it happened to me we had to take Chris to the hospital that's an hour away from his house and I kept falling asleep in the car. Then we were sitting in the waiting room while Chris went in to see the doctor and Bruce said I kept nodding off there to. I did that all day long and even told Bruce that I was just exhausted and didn't know why. I'd gotten plenty of sleep the night before, and was fine the next day. ...  Maybe there's a bug going around that makes people feel that way for 24 hours  That's why I wasn't here that day, and the other two days we had to take Chris to other doctors so I couldn't be here.
I wish we could see what you did with the recipes, I bet they look beautiful! I love arts and craft things, but have absolutely no talent at any of it! |

I have seen videos of the US carrier task force being deployed to go the the Middle East.
Barbra, I think most here are reading what you write in the Isaiah Bible study. I will say prayer that each person is blessed with what will help them when reading what is written. Today I listened to Angela speak, don't often hear her, she has a prison ministry and is part of cot, she said at the end of speaking to read the Isaiah chapter 30's , so I see you are close to start chapter 30... so I was glad to see that, along with my reading the Bible chapters.

Hi all
Checking in.Praying for peace in the mid east...guaranteed, any nation that gets involved, will have the conflict come to its own soil. My concern is that if many other nations get sucked into the fight, we will have WW3.
On a good note, we have now a huge groundswell in Oz rejecting the alphabet "religion", and now putting Conservative values, Christianity and morality first!
The unofficial slogan is "Just Say No" ( or..."talk to the hand ....we've had enough") rejecting the perversion we are having pushed on us and our kids.
We're done. No more...the peaceful non violent push back has started , it seems.

It's good to see everyone here lately! 
Speaking about people in the US who love Israel, I have to tell you what the store my daughter works at did. They asked people if they wanted to round up the amount of their purchase to give the change to Israel. 99% of the customers not only said yes, they then said, "That's not enough, here's $20 more!" In one shift, Jennifer alone made more money for Israel than they were hoping to get for the week!  That's my girl!
Sadly, I have a lot of paperwork I have to get done ASAP but I'll come when I can!

BTW there is Orthodrox Jewish deli in NOrth Hollyweird they doing is if you round change they give $$ to people of Israel relief I think that so cool I know about this deli been year year lot of celebs go to Deli called Cantors
