Bought a few groceries today and was shocked at the smaller and smaller container sizes. Next to a full pound of brand name bacon I got on sale I noticed the lunch meat had only 4 slices per package. Guess by this time next year there will be only 1 slice per package. lol.

The food thing has always been a little conflicting for me:
On the one hand,
being wise for unexpected hardships
and therefore ,
being careful with what God has given you:
money, worldly goods etc.,
plus,
being able to help others who are not as fortunate you
in finances and goods,
during a crisis etc.
would be reasons to:
be 'prepared'
and
to store away some extra goods, food etc..
But the other side of the issue
is:
If you do it all yourself
then you might, without realizing it
begin to believe...
you don't need God...
you can do it all by 'your smart saving'.
Plus, you are not allowing God to perform any miracles for you.
No I don't mean we presume or demand God should do our bidding
and supply us everything,
provide all our needs....
No, but if we are 100% prepared by our 'own works'
then,
we are leaving God out ( in some ways).
No need to pray for His help etc.
So I do have some extras while there are good sales.
This one is kind of funny:
We saw last week boxes of graham crackers
for 50 cents a box!!!!!  
So we bought a bunch
we both really like Graham crackers anyway
It turned out we bought 16 boxes
and Leonard ( hubby)
says to me:
"why didn't we get 20 boxes"?
Soooooo if the famine hits tomorrow
we can live on graham crackers
and
have some to share!!

LOL Oliver that seems to be par for the course now days.
Well I was able to meet a Christian woman from another town, I was blessed to be able to meet her such a lovely woman, when I saw her a scripture came to me- "He called a little child and had him stand among them. And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." That scripture seemed to be the way she was. Only thing was when I got home I was expecting to be tired but I was exhausted feeling.
Today I was writing out three recipes for a woman's cookbook, It will be put in the book just the way I create it, I thought I was going to just write out three recipes on three pages but I got creative and was enjoying creating each page, I did some fancy letter writing and also did three different drawing, a fox, a cup cake and a flower and colored the drawings, I had fun doing that and like the way it turn out, a few others are doing the same thing and one person will win a quilt.

I can't decide if my feeling of:
being super tired,
is due to my hypothyroidism
or
the change in the season.
I do think the colder/rainy weather has some effect
well, and not to mention,
the world is getting crazier each day
And yet, when we went to Bible study tonight
for 2 hours,
it was so peaceful
as well as super informative
we are working our way thru Genesis
which is foundational.
Our female ginger cat has been so good,
about me feeding the crows
for months and months, and months...
she has not made any attempt to catch them.
But today, she just could not be 'good' any longer
and made a run for the two I feed daily....
Of course, they are always alert
because there are actually quite a few cats about!
So they just flew up when she made her run at them.
In a way, I don't think she was even truly trying to catch them
I think she was just annoyed
and tempted...and reverted back
kind of like we Christians,
may find ourselves falling into sin
after avoiding endless temptation by Satan for months and months!
After her run at them
she sauntered into the house,
as if nothing had happened!

We alternate, going to two different churches on Sundays.
We go to a Baptist church one Sunday
and the next Sunday a Calvary church.
This past Sunday, we went to the Calvary church
and our Pastor Chris, also, spent the whole sermon
( like John MacArthur has done)
on the Israel/Hamas war.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has insisted that the mRNA COVID jabs do not affect human DNA.
It turns out the WHO was wrong.
Several studies have now shown that the mRNA shots included
Simian Virus (SV40) — a monkey virus KNOWN to impact human DNA
and cause rapid growth cancers
and a host of other deadly consequences.
Many governments are calling for an immediate recall of ALL mRNA COVID shots.
it turns out that both the GAVI and WHO statements contained
a blatant lie and a horrendous mistake.
First the lie:
The COVID shots were not heavily tested, as claimed.
All the COVID shots SKIPPED the 7-10 years of safety testing
and clinical trials usually required of vaccines.
In a study published in April 2023,
four Massachusetts-based researchers
discovered the shots included the Simian Virus 40 (SV40),
a dangerous contaminant known to be taken in by human cells.
While SV40 was originally in polio vaccines (1955-1963),
it was discontinued due to the virus’ propensity
to cause rapidly growing cancers.
The study revealed the bacterial plasmid DNA within the mRNA was
at “18-70” times higher
than limits established by
the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA),
the European Medicines Agency,
and the WHO.
Microbiologist Kevin McKernan, lead author of the study and former researcher for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Human Genome Project,
stated that SV40’s propensity to cause non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, mesotheliomas, and cancers of the brain and bone
may have been the reason the manufacturer chose not to disclose its presence in the jabs.
Additional studies confirm McKernan’s findings,
and show the Simian Virus is also in the Moderna shots.
Last week, Canada’s public health authority also confirmed the SV40 Simian Virus was present in the mRNA shots.
