If you think those negative thoughts around the dog he will know it. lol Can't the dog go a few days without his bedding washed, I wish I could wash my dog her fur is so dirty has not been washed in 10 years, but she is stubborn and would show her teeth if I tried to wash her, and probably snap at my hand. I did not have internet service today for a few hours and the northeast is have power grid problems today, hope we don't have that, it is 110F here today and will be tomorrow also when I have to go to town. That is to hot, I try to do what I can to avoid feeling nausea, or light headed.

I saw videos about how some successfully made two ingredient biscuits use using cream and self rising flour, I noticed that all the people were using the same flour, WhiteLily flour, so I bought the flour and made a flatbread instead of biscuit and had to use sour cream instead of cream and it turned out good, my favorite now. What makes the difference is using the Whitelily flour.

Speaking of truck hauling goods, Yellow freight co. is filling bankruptcy, regional to the Midwest they are LTL less than truck load. One man said that drivers & mechanics are cleaning out their personal items and showing up to put in time but some drivers just sit on dock with no loads.

Wow, 110! That's way to hot Marlene! And I was going to say we've been under a heat warning but it's only in the 90's! Sorry I've been absent. Had to take Chris to the hospital again the other day for surgery. He's not feeling very well still. Today we're going to see him again and then do the shopping.

It is getting more mad max out there or Venezuela, from videos I see and also what I see when I go to town. When I did my pick up from semi truck one of those established so called charity for helping children overloaded a vehicle with grains and other stuff, stuffed the vehicle full of heavy bags and boxes not thinking there is a weight limit on what vehicles can carry, but even at that pick up point people have to watch that they get their box and that someone else does not take their box.

Thank you all for your prayers for Chris and for me. We wound up not going anywhere after all because I've been sick the last two days, but I'm feeling better today.
As far as Chris and surgery goes, at this point I doubt anyone will do another surgery, as he's having severe complications for the first surgery. It's not the surgeons fault, it's his own body fighting itself. He's pretty miserable and it could take another two months before he's better. I hate that he's going through this, and I'm praying for a miracle healing that he will be better soon instead.
Marlene, I hope everything they stuffed into their vehicle was actually for them and not for someone else! I'm glad you got what you ordered though!
Kelly, I'm so sorry you were sick. It does sound like it could be from the heat and dehydration. I'm glad you're feeling better.
Barbara, I really appreciate all your prayers for us. That's the best thing in the world anyone can do for another!

I will keep praying for Chris, you and Bruce and your whole family. But for Chris to begin to feel better. It is so hard to see a loved one suffering, especially if you mostly... can't do something or anything to help. Well, prayers can help.

Yeah Cindy, I was standing by two women who were talking to each other and the man loading the truck with the charity food loaded two boxes of one of the woman's food, and even though the woman was looking at the other woman and talking she saw that was probably her box and she said hey that is my box and so it the other one and the man told her if she wants to make sure she gets her boxes than watch what he puts into his vehicle, yeah the name is on the outside of the box so no excuse.
Then the truck driver went to the frozen area of the truck and started putting boxes out to be lifted off of the truck, no one was around but me so I started taking heavy boxes down, one was over my head so it crashed off of another box, about 10 boxes and I put them on the ground, then I thought to myself, it is the heat of the day and I am an old woman, why am I doing this? The truck driver thanked me and shouted to the charity people to get their boxes, and a young man from the charity vehicle said, there are boxes over there what should we do, duh, how stupid can he get, the older man said pick them up and put them in the vehicle.
The momma cat is AWOL, I wonder if she will come back or not, the kittens are old enough to make it on their own with my help.

Well yesterday and today were more like normal summer days. Today the high should only hit 80 tops if they're right. I can sure live with that! Today we're off to do our shopping and pick up what Chris needs too.I know I think you are right I havent feel that way in long long time ago We may getting heat thunderstomrm in SO CAL still hot but humid that doesnt help LOL! That's for sure Kelly! We've been having a lot of heat and humidity too, almost every day, till yesterday. The humidity is what really gets to you! I will keep praying for Chris, you and Bruce and your whole family. But for Chris to begin to feel better. It is so hard to see a loved one suffering, especially if you mostly... can't do something or anything to help. Well, prayers can help. Thank you so much Barbara! If you can just pray that the Lord would relieve his pain and cause the swelling to go down, that would be fantastic! That would help all of us actually, so by praying for Chris, you're actually praying for us too!

The momma cat is AWOL, I wonder if she will come back or not, the kittens are old enough to make it on their own with my help. That's really sad. It wasn't that long ago when no one would have ever done such a thing, at least not in broad daylight! It's hard to believe a lot of the stuff that's going on these days. I know it really is, but it just seems so strange that it's happening like it is.... know what I mean?

Yes I know what you mean and I feel the same way, I remember how things used to be different, how our generation changed from what our parents generation was and now how things have changed even more with this generation now, though I don't see the generation now having the same opportunity that we had and even more that our parents had, so in general I think they need to figure out how to survive in a different way.

I know what you mean Cindy, but I think, that example is just the tip of the iceberg!!!
Anna, I think it was done very subtly...little by little. People have always been sinners, but as we move closer and closer to the end times, it will get worse and worse. Darkness and evil will continue to grow. "all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth...." 2 thess.2:10
"the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons...1 Tim. 4:1
"For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Matt. 24:37-39
"Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire. Jude 1:7
Knowing this first of all, that scoffers will come in the last days with scoffing, following their own sinful desires. They will say, “Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation.” 2 Peter 3:2,3
Treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God 2 Peter 3:4
In the pride of his face the wicked does not seek him; all his thoughts are, “There is no God.” Psalm 10:4
And so on, and on, and on

Barbra what you wrote reminded me of Psalm 11.
11 In the Lord put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
2 For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.
3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
4 The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
5 The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
7 For the righteous Lord loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.

Thank you Marlene and Barbara! I loved reading what you each wrote! It was like a devotional or Bible Study, and full of God's truth.
Today we're off to take Chris to the hospital for an ultrasound. Moving is painful for him, so if the Lord brings him to your mind, please say a prayer that the Lord will relieve his pain. Thanks everyone!
