Hi, I had trouble signing up for this forum before as I had issues with ProBoards but finally got help and now am on here. Yay!
Anyway, last fall my uncle was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer. We had been praying for him but a month ago he passed away in hospice. For just about as long his sister, who is my mother, had been having unexplained health issues and then they finally found a mass. She had been losing a lot of weight (dropped from a size XL/1X down to a M/L in only 6 months without trying) and is in a lot of pain but when they did a biopsy the samples came back negative. They did an invasive biopsy where they had to put her under and still negative. Her body is acting like cancer but they can't find any. Before this they thought it was prolapse but found out that there was nothing in the area of question and when they did the MRI they found the mass above that area. We still do not know what is going on with her but it had definitely affected her life. She was very vibrant and active before even at 70 but now she is like a old frail sick person who must take it easy. I ask for prayers for her.
I also ask for prayers for my whole family. For my youngest brother who has turned from God because his life has been such crap that he can't believe a real God would "abandon him". My middle brother has been fighting and putting down his wife verbally as well as his son and daughters and Children's Aid got involved. Both my brothers have tempers. We were raised around anger.
I also ask for prayers for my Aunt who is in hospice right now and hardly eats and has dropped from a 4X/5X down to a Medium in only a year. She is in wheelchair now and it just is not like her but no one can figure out what is wrong with her. Sometimes she forgets who people are. She did recognize my mom when she finally got to visit again (she loves out of our area so we had to travel to visit). Also for her husband, my uncle (my dad's brother) as without her living at the house he needs to downsize and is moving to an apartment near the hospice but it will be a lot of work to go through all the stuff at the house. His son doesn't do much to help and his one daughter who helps a lot is a nurse so very busy and the other sister is disabled and now having trouble walking.
Basically please pray for my whole family please. Thank you!
