Good day, you don't want to know the work I have done yesterday and will do today, I wouldn't say anything except today I can't think of anything to say, I changed transmission fluid in the truck, my hand are arm were full of transmission fluid because on that old truck it has to be added not from the engine area but from laying under the truck.

Boy the rain came down last night in my area WOW WOW I am glad I was home when the rain came I got little wet nothing big deal mom decided put heater on warm up the house she made soup last night it was crazy last night

Be honest my school district is not striking it is LA Unified school distict get this this same union vote on contract pre covid they still not happy I am North Hollyweird school district it wont' effect me or my life there going be tick off parents who get their kids get into college at this time of the year belong to LAUSD can't because of teachers and counsleors people are not happy

Also if you get classic reruns tv network on Roku or Distro tv network streaming service they going rebranding according to FB acct start on April 3, 2023 now be called Nostaliga network or Nost tv network they show mostly movies on their network here the background there was Nostaliga network back in da day I used to have it run by former Our Gang actor Spanky McFaldend until he died and his family sold to Hallmark media that how you get Hallmark channel they show mostly classic old movies

You want hear something really weird I just receive my latest order of Colonial dames skin cream my version Vitamin e I got three bottles I decided check my target bill online to see what they charge yup I only order two
Check this out so I call them up just now since I got home early it minimum day Wednesday they told me oh YES Kelly because your current cream was out of order we decided throw in third Colonial dames cream for free so now I have three Colonial dames skin cream this baby going last me six months at least or 5 months I used every day and night
They going do same thing for my mom soon they just doing to long time customers who order Colonial dames their version from Aloe Vera to 50,000 IU cream when it was out the long time custmer going get free jars
I score few jar out of this LOL!

I think because I refuse go on Amazon or or Walmart.com that more cost to me I think they try keep me as customer I been using this cream since I was 15 years old when then Savon before got bought out by CVS in my local hood carry it back in da day

Good morning, that is a good value, the colonial cream, I should have but never did use something better, I have free skin cream that is the usual mineral oil, petrolatum and wax. I am cooking rice this morning to mix with hamburger and freeze, for dog food. I used to order newmans dog food but it is no longer available because of a bro sis lawsuit on going.
Got light rain last night and cloudy sky now, should be nice weather today. I felt exhausted yesterday when I got home from shopping, it was light rain and the black and white dog was waiting for me, so I put out the deli chicken and we both ate some in the rain, I felt better after that but slept more than usual, feel better this morning.

 Hi everyone! I'm so sorry I've been gone so long! I have been here, twice, but the first time I only had time to post the new article for us. The second time was last Tuesday. I was replying at about 7am when we lost our electricity due to the blizzard. We got 3 feet of heavy wet snow!!! Everyone was snowed in and couldn't get out. Some people still don't have electricity, but we finally got ours back on last night.
Cindy, did they have any conclusions about Chris falling?Time to batten down the hatches.
Last month neighbor guy told how he had unauthorized withdrawals from his credit union bank account, I was glad that didn't happen at my bank, well on March 1, it happened to me, it said it was a telecommunications place well known, but I don't use them, so now I too am waiting for new bank card since they did that to me, I got my money back and the bank will send me info soon about their investigation.
The doctor called us on Monday saying she was sorry she hadn't believed my son 2 months ago when he told her that his stomach and abdomen swelling up was caused by fluid leaking out of his stomach and it needed to be drained. Draining it is called paracentesis. A paracentesis is a procedure in which a thin needle or tube is put into the abdomen to remove fluid from the peritoneal cavity (the space within the abdomen that contains the intestines, the stomach, and the liver). The last time this happened they took 9 liters of fluid out of him. He's probably got that much in him now, if not more.
The doctor had set things up so he would have been all taken care of by now if we hadn't all gotten snowed in by the very next morning. So now he has to wait till next week. I feel so bad that he's had to wait even longer to get relief, but there was and is nothing I can do about it.
Now we have to take him in for a test early Monday morning, then to talk to the surgeon Tuesday afternoon, and he will determine when he will do the paracentesis, and repair the hernia that this has all caused. |

Seems like when Chris gets that operation that he will begin to heal and feel better, hope he gets that soon.
yeah about shopping at the two places you mentioned, I do shop there, I wish I could use cash only, so do many others, convenience is nice now that I am older and things have changed with being secure when out and about, but when I hear about the computer advancements now day ... I have to go do some work.

Going back to Colonial dames cream I think they give out to long time customers they were having problem in factory on forumlaing cream Vitamin e I think because of every couple week I been calling them beside COmmerce CA is just next door to North Hollyweird if I order that cream I get probably next day or follwoing day no big whoop
So I think they just doing their long time customers only that I gather

Well one thing for sure since I get Movies tv network in SO CAL if I get bored with March Madness today I could always turn into Thursday Noir to die for day on their network that pretty bad man let see Dan Duryea dupe innocent female or see NCAA get richer with ad money LOL! It must be just me, but it seems like finally getting some relief for Chris, has been a long drawn out process.
May next week come quickly...
speaking of which,
is it just me???...it seems like March JUST happened,
but instead, we are 1/2 way thru March already!!!
I have started buying things from a company ( from China no less),
called Temu.
I used to try my best to buy only America...
but I am at the point where I think so many American companies have gone so woke ( in the worst ways)...I don't even care.
I don't even think the USA I loved, is barely there any more.
Oh there are pockets and the remnant is still here....but...
So, I have checked items on Temu,
and compared them to Amazon
( I still buy there tho)
and Ebay ( I buy there also)
But a LOT of items are a zillion times cheaper on Temu.
The exact same items
( and we just don't have the money to be totally patriotic anymore....
and so many companies are selling items like gender fluid clothing to very young kids etc. sigh!)
The 'smart' marketing of this Chinese company is two fold, actually 3 fold.
Sometimes ( at least 2 or 3 times now)
I have ordered items for around 1-2 dollars
and the demand was so great...
they ran out of the item.
Sooooo they immediately refunded me the cost of the item
but...
they also give a $5 credit each time!
Plus they estimate the delivery time,
but if they don't make it...
they also give another $5 credit.
The only thing I don't like about it, is there is no sorting from lowest to highest...
but I have yet to see any item higher than Amazon or ebay
Oh and if you put in an order
you have to spend $10 and the shipping is free
But like yesterday,
( with hope of Spring actually turning up some time this year)
I wanted a pruning saw.
I had just put in the day before... a $10 order
but
I only wanted the $5 pruning saw
and was thinking
well what else can I buy to make it to $10?
When, a notice popped up asking if I just wanted it to be combined to yesterday's order?
( thus no need to buy something unnecessary just to avoid a shipping cost).
So that is cool also.
Some American companies ought to take notice and add some of these perks.
They all will refund, but I don't know of any,
that add or give you a credit for inconvenience etc.
I still feel a little conflicted...but we have had to tighten up
and half the items sold on Amazon or ebay are from China anyway
The whole thing is sort of a downer....

Everything made in China I think just recently when I bought Bates mill collection I was relief it was made in Maine I look up the history alright and my Colonial dames is made in CA especially Los Angeles CA that homeboy company LOL! Well I have today off reason is they have testing on math and reading and other stuff during this week since this was minimum day week they giving Friday off I be back in office next week there is possiblty they may drop next year covid 19 vaccine mandate for all workers they just yada yada just now they feel that people don't need it I am happy get it for people who can't get like immune imcomposed I don't care LOL!
Covid 19 cases in LA so low we getting rid of emergency measure and masking start March 31 in LA County I remember the time where vaccinated want punch out unvaccinated or refuse to get vaccinated in the face back in da day that dirty little secret in LA County LOL! SERIUOUSLY

Hi everyone! Well I just got off the phone with Christopher's doctor's nurse. Chris is having another ultrasound Monday morning. The radiologist and surgeon will determine from that if they're going to do the paracentesis. They'll call us and tell us when to bring him in for that. Tuesday he sees the surgeon for the hernia repair. It's possible the surgeon may do both at the same time, or one Monday and the other Tuesday or any other day of the week. At this point there's no knowing when they'll do the paracentesis. I'm so tired of this, and I know Chis is even more so.
I understand about the shopping Barbara, though I doubt if Bruce would let me buy anything from China. We remember how a number of years ago China had poisoned the dog and cat food they sold to the US and then it was baby food, and all kinds of other things that either made animals or humans sick or potential threats for infants etc. In other words, their stuff wasn't to be trusted. I remember posting about it every day for a couple of months that year. It was awful. not to mention that they started the whole covid thing. Because of all of that, we just don't trust them.... not that I trust many places or even the US all that much, but still, I just can't bring myself to get anything from there. I'd check them out, but about the only thing I'm buying these days is food.
Kelly, I have a feeling we're getting closer to a depression instead of just a recession now....

I was seeing ads for Tempu, probably will again, I do need to buy a fan or two, might check them out for that.
Saw video about card skimmers, one thing a person can do is have their cellphone on setting and go to Bluetooth, there if Bluetooth shows numbers across the screen then there is a card skimmer being used.
I have some noodles that came from China, had some and was ok but still have my doubts and might throw them away.

My computer drive C crashed, typing this for Ron's computer, will install a D driver that I have, will loose what I have on computer as I don't know how to back up stuff somewhere else but that is ok because I don't have anything important that I need that was on computer.
I will consider going back to using checks again.

I am not buying food. For example, I bought a mini massager....
the actual company advertised it on facebook for 1/2 off...it was $100 plus,
so they were selling it for $55
On Amazon it was going for $50
on Ebay for $45
On temu ( the exact same item...for $5.75)
So far in less that 2 weeks they have credited me $25
The latest was today because the shipping they promised was a day late....so a $5.00 credit.
I don't think they sell food, not human or pet food....I never looked.
I have bought mostly Christian jewelry for leaving with Christian tracts when going on walks.
Again the same items in Amazon or ebay are about $10 and 50 cents on Temu.
I wanted to be able to leave a little extra gift with the tracts when I start walking again.
Actually, I have bought similar items on both Amazon and ebay and the sellers are mostly from China....it is getting hard to find American workers, or sellers.
And all my life I have bought USA but now with so many many American companies gone super woke...selling toddler clothing for trans kids....
I have lost a lot of respect for US companies.
Not that I am pro China at all
but in some ways it seems 6 of one and 1/2 a dozen of the other.
I just want to be able to leave as many gospel tracts in a month or two, with a little extra gift Like a ring with a cross, or Jesus loves you
oh and also those plastic bracelets that have either a verse, a cross, Jesus loves you etc.
I also bought from Temu some
see thru really pretty cloth like bags,
that will hold the ring, bracelets, track
and...oh and from the American Christian bookstore
( I bought some tiny mini mini children's bibles...they have one verse for each book of the Bible....so for wee little children)
Everything I bought from them has been normal quality
but actually that is not what I worry about....
the products are in fact, very good...
but I wonder if they are being produced by slave labor camps? I think I have read, that China does have forced labor camps?
So I am torn, between thinking this might be the last spring I can leave tracks etc. and so want to make them extra nice, and concerned how they are able to sell everything so so so much cheaper.
I mean the difference between the American company selling at 1/2 price of $55
and Temu selling the exact same item for $5
is really a big difference!
Not to mention, in a week, getting $25 back in credit
Due to running out of some items
or
being a day late.
Anyway, I pretty much have everything I need for my gospel tracks...I just have to now make them up.
