My daughter is in a high school as a senior and is lacking motivation and has a few people aorund her who are deadbeats.
Can you please pray God pushes these people away, and give smy daughter more motivation to study please?
She is smart but being influenced by people that shouldnt.

I know it is hard when kids hookup with bad influences.
They often dig their heels in, to defend their friend(s).
You may have already asked your daughter if her 'friends' have any hardships,
struggles, hurts, pain etc. in their life
that you can pray for the 'friends'.
You might ask if she wants to pray for them concerning their struggles, pains, hurts with you or by herself.
I just listened to a pastor
( one of the 10 or so I listen to online....
pretty sure it was not MacArthur..on the other hand.... it could have been)
Anyway,
the pastor told about a teen ( in their church)
whose parents had asked him not to go to a certain party.
But the teen went anyway ...
you know, friends would be there, fun, etc.
uptight worried parents over nothing....
The young man got to the party,
and first out came tons of alcohol...
and then drugs...
and then behaviors even the teen found over and beyond the pale.
So he decided to leave,
but couldn't find the friends who gave him a ride there.
So he asked some other kids who were leaving for a ride home.
And off they went.....
only the driver was high as were the other teens.....
and they crashed into a car killing all the other people in that car.
All were arrested,
including this young man,
and for the last 20 years he has been in prison...
all for one foolish choice,
based on hanging out with 'friends'.
I will continue to pray and pray your daughter might find some different God fearing/loving friends.
It is so hard these days...and getting harder!

Thank you,please keep praying for my daughter, I much appreciate it. It's good to bring these things before our loving God.
A dropkick in Australia is a bit of a no-hoper/dimwit, if that makes sense.

Dear God, please help Steve's daughter to be brave and not scared to have better friends. Please give her the wisdom and common sense that she needs. Please help oru children too. We trust in You God. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
