Netanyahu: Western powers ‘collapsed’ in nuclear talks
By Adiv Sterman July 5, 2015
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday accused the six world powers negotiating with Iran of dangerously caving to the Islamic Republic’s every demand, as a long-sought final pact that would see the lifting of sanctions in exchange for curbs on Tehran’s nuclear program was reportedly close to being signed.
“It seems that the nuclear talks in Iran have yielded a collapse, not a breakthrough,” Netanyahu said at the start of the weekly cabinet meeting. “The major powers’ concessions are growing.”
He said an agreement with Tehran over its nuclear program would “pave Iran’s path to the production of very many atomic bombs and it will also channel to Iran hundreds of billions of dollars that will serve its aggression and terrorism campaigns in our region and around the world.”
Netanyahu likened the deal to negotiations between the US and North Korea, which did not achieve Western powers’ intended result of deterring the Asian state from developing nuclear arms.
“This is a bad deal,” the prime minister said. “It is not less bad – in my opinion it is worse – than the deal with North Korea that led to a nuclear arsenal in North Korea.

Israel gears up to battle Iran deal in Congress
By Times of Israel staff and AP July 6, 2015
Israel is preparing for the next phase of its fierce opposition to the Iran nuclear deal, by lobbying US Congressmen and women to block the emerging comprehensive agreement once it is finalized and goes to lawmakers for approval. But some in Jerusalem fear it is a lost cause given the belief that the potential economic benefits from resuming business with Iran could significantly outweigh political considerations.
The US-led P5+1 world powers and Tehran are currently in the midst of negotiations to hammer out a deal to curb Iran’s nuclear ambitions and remove crippling sanctions imposed on the Islamic Republic. On Saturday, the Associated Press reported that the powers and Iran had drawn up a draft document on the pace and timing of sanctions relief, advancing on one of the most contentious issues at their negotiations.
Israel reacted furiously to the development, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warning on Sunday that the six world powers were dangerously caving to the Islamic Republic’s every demand.
Israel, according to a report in Ynet late Sunday, intends to use diplomatic pressure to have the deal quashed in the first round in Congress but is also gearing up to double down should that effort fail and Obama uses his presidential veto, to have the deal blocked in the next round.

IDF Readies Iran Strike Team Should Nuclear Talks Fail
By Ahuva Balofsky July 5, 2015
A self-imposed deadline has come and gone without a nuclear deal, but Israel is not waiting around to see how the US and five other countries secure the world from the threat of Iran. Instead, Walla! reported, the Israel Defense Force has appointed a special team to plan for a potential strike at the Islamic Republic’s nuclear targets if needed.
The P5+1 powers had set Tuesday as a deadline for reaching a final agreement with Iran to curb its nuclear development and prevent it from developing atomic weapons. However, Iran has refused to allow unfettered inspections of its covert nuclear sites, saying it is unfair to hold it to different standards than other countries.
Additionally, the Islamic Republic has threatened to return to its full nuclear program should the US or other countries reimpose economic sanctions after they are lifted. Iran has also said it would use advanced centrifuges once a deal is reached, which would allow it to potentially obtain a nuclear arsenal within weeks.
According to the report, IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot had appointed Deputy Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Yair Golan to explore military options for Israel’s protection from Iran. The appointment of such a senior officer indicates Israel’s concern that the impending nuclear deal with Iran would significantly change the situation in the region and would likely necessitate a military response.

Blasting ‘Parade of Concessions’ to Iran, Netanyahu Drives Home His Point with a Bill Clinton Video
by Sharona Schwartz Jul. 12, 2015
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday called international negotiations with Iran a “parade of concessions,” especially since the talks have continued apace while Iran’s leaders issue threatening statements against the U.S. and Israel.
Speaking at his weekly cabinet meeting, Netanyahu also made the unusual move of playing for his ministers a video of former President Bill Clinton praising the 1994 nuclear agreement with North Korea. Despite that agreement, 12 years later, North Korea detonated a nuclear weapon.
Netanyahu noted that Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei called on Saturday for the struggle against the U.S. to continue regardless of an agreement on the nuclear issue and that Iranian President Hassan Rouhani participated in an Al Quds Day commemoration on Friday during which American and Israeli flags were burned and chants of “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” were heard.
“All of this is happening as the parade of concessions to Iran continues in Vienna, concessions even on issues that had been marked as red lines in the Lausanne package, which is a bad deal in its own right,” Netanyahu said, referring to the interim agreement forged in April.
“Iran does not hide its intention to continue its murderous aggression even against those with whom it is negotiating,” Netanyahu said. continue reading www.theblaze.com/stories/2015/07/12/blasting-world-negotiators-for-parade-of-concessions-to-iran-netanyahu-drives-home-his-point-with-a-bill-clinton-video/?utm_source=Sailthru&utm_medium=email&utm_term=Firewire&utm_campaign=Firewire%20-%20HORIZON%207-12-15%20FINAL

How Israel Might Destroy Iran's Nuclear Program
by Daniel Pipes Jul 16, 2015
The Vienna deal has been signed and likely will soon be ratified, which raises the question: Will any government intervene militarily to stop the nearly inevitable Iranian nuclear buildup?
Obviously it will not be the American or Russian governments or any of the other four signatories. Practically speaking, the question comes down to Israel, where a consensus holds that the Vienna deal makes an Israeli attack more likely. But no one outside the Israeli security apparatus, including myself, knows its intentions. That ignorance leaves me free to speculate as follows.
Three scenarios of attack seem possible:
Aerial. Airplanes crossed international boundaries and dropped bombs in the 1981 Israeli attack on an Iraqi nuclear installation and in the 2007 attack on a Syrian one, making this the default assumption for Iran. Studies show this to be difficult but attainable. Alternatively, bombs can be delivered via rockets.
Special ops. These are already underway: computer virus attacks on Iranian systems unconnected to the Internet that should be immune, assassinations of top-ranking Iranian nuclear scientists, and explosions at nuclear installations.
Nuclear weapons.

Israel is working at speed to convert Boeing 767 into a long-flight refueling tanker
DEBKAfile Special Report August 10, 2015
US defense and air industry sources report that the Israeli Air Force may give up on the US Boeing’s KC-46A Pegasus as its future refueling tanker for long-range flights because of delays in its delivery. Israel had first planned to take the Pegasus to replace its converted Boeing 707 when delivery was first to the US Air Force was scheduled for August 2017. But this week, the company put the date back by another eight months and the price increased by half a billion dollars.
American sources point out that if Israel wants to retain the option of attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities when Barack Obama exits the White House in January 2017, it can’t wait for the brand-new US Pegasus tanker, which doubles as a military transport plane, to come off the Boeing production line and be delivered to its air force. The Boeing 707 in current service, after a multibillion investment in its conversion to a long-flight refueling tanker, no longer meets the fluctuating conditions in the Middle East. Work is therefore going ahead on the conversion of the Boeing 767 as its replacement.

Israel to Boost F-35 Capabilities After Iran Deal
By Tova Dvorin 9/11/2015
Israel is actively working to double the range of its F-35 defense fighters, officials said Thursday, in an announcement made just before the Senate Congress vote on the Iran deal.
Israel's F-35s are tailor-made by Lockheed Martin, and named Adir (lit. "awesome."). The first two Adirs are due to be delivered to the Israeli Air Force (IAF) in December 2016.
The development was specifically made with "an eye on Iran" and other Middle East developments.
“The Stealth and other advanced capabilities provided by this fifth-generation fighter are self-evident,” an Israeli air force officer told Defense News. “Your options for attacking the enemy (with the stealth fighters) are much more numerous and practical."
"The things that we could do before will entail much less risk, and the things we might not have been able to do before will be rendered doable," he added.
The officer, who is deeply involved in the Adir program, noted that Iran is aware of the threat the F-35 poses.

I don't see that Israel has any other choice ( well of course to first and foremost continue to pray for God's divine protection ).
