I watched a video about economy news and there someone commented that in LA the price of gasoline, location off of 101 and Spring, is 5.89 a gallon, is that true? We here pay 2.86 a gallon, in Florida just under 3.00.

our gas stations are very different. At one the price is $2.49 and the other is $2.79.

I was pay 3.95 when i fill the tank with gas this past weekend I am not sure about 101 freeway gas station it reputation to be expensive

Hey here in Oz we pay 6.00 AUD for gas.....and our crazy greenies want to make all our cars electric which would kill our electricity grid.....but it seems the greenies don’t seem to care what damage they do.
Yeah sad for prince Phillip , I have mixed thoughts on the guy. I hope he was saved, I think it’s possible people can look saved without actually really believing in God.
Here in Oz we have a very liberal press that is to the left of Stalin, it has brainwashed the younger generation but people are fighting back. Homosexuality is a real battleground in the press. Many people openly mock the press and the social media platforms appear to also be ultra liberal but people are fighting back against them too. Gab.com is also pushing back. It seems the liberals are fighting back but people now realise it really is a fight for the the souls of the younger generation are the gloves are off and people are saying “ enough - no more!”
Please pray over the younger generation so Gods word prevails.....we need a strong generation to fight this evil in the media and the world.

I spent an hour yesterday morning at the dentist, and then spent the rest of the day until supper time in the ER. My hand got infected and they had to put me on IV antibiotics. They gave me oral ones to take afterward. Today I go to get my second vaccination for covid. So that's why I wasn't here yesterday. Not looking forward to it as I feel worse then I did before getting the antibiotics. I sure hope the vaccine doesn't make me sick like it did the last time. The nurse in the ER said it was most likely I'd be fine as it usually only makes people feel sick on one or the other but not both injections. So sadly I've got to run now so I can finish the Bible studies with Barbara. Hopefully I'll be ok tomorrow and be back here to chat, God willing.

On the up side, we got our second injection for the covid vaccine yesterday. They said we'd be "covered" in 2 weeks. I was a good girl and didn't tell them I was already covered by Jesus lol. I don't think they would have appreciated that. But I have been noticing something interesting around town over the last week. We're seeing more and more people without masks on out in public. It looks like more are really getting fed up with the mask routine. Including us! Oh our grandkids told us that what the schools do doesn't work (for the very reasons I said it wouldn't before they reopened the schools.) The keep the kids separate etc in the classrooms and other school areas etc. but what they don't seem to get is that even though they keep kid A away from kid B in the classroom, those kids rub elbows in the hallways and the playground, and especially after school! Many of them live in apartment buildings and are around the majority of kids their age all weekend and after school every day. And of course boys didn't pick out their girlfriends according to covid restrictions before covid happened, so they're families are often together too. Everything the schools have done was a total waste of money and time. They're even finally starting to admit it and of course blame the parents. Yet again I have to ask, if this is such a deadly disease, then why aren't the kids dropping like flies? Hmmm somehow I don't think covid is anything to worry about. I feel very sorry for the people who have believed the government though. There's one lady in town who won't open her windows or leave her house at all for any reason. When a family member who lives with her gets her anywhere near the door, she starts to panic and fight them! What a shame. I wish I knew her name so I could somehow talk to her and tell her about Jesus....

Hi, haven't written much because I don't feel well, I have a head cold, maybe it is valley fever with all this blowing dust.
I know a man name Scott that told Ron he had a bad reaction to the shot, he said he felt so cold that his teeth were chattering and went under an electric blanket to get warm, but he was still cold, yet his face felt warm, his wife took his temperature and it was normal. Some people have bad reactions to the shot.

yes, there's all kinds of reactions to it. I was blessed and it didn't affect me at all this time, or Bruce either. Plus my hand is almost better!
What I can't believe now is that it's been snowing since very early this morning!!!!! 
 good news for us too: Our governor removed the mask mandate so we don't have to wear masks anymore!!!!!

I saw a short video about the white out condition and snow in CO, I heard from a weather channel a few days ago that snow and freezing temperatures were coming to the Midwest for Sunday and Monday.
Where I live a few stores require masks, some ask that people wear masks, most people don't wear masks now. I am in the habit of wearing a mask now so I still wear one.
Seven, I have been resting watching Charlie Chan and James Cagney...

BTW there is possiblty in state of CA we may get rid of mask madates because our vaccination rates going up in our minority community I got give props to Yoga Pants Eric Garcetti on this
I think he was pressued by Feds over too it to a point maybe in certain area we may allow unmasked in certain areas masked

We heard that the virus was going to mutate, now I have heard that there are 27 variants of the virus. It is uncertain how much the vaccine will be effective against the virus as it mutates. Unfortunately it is still around, maybe eventually everyone will get sick with some form of the virus.

I really can't complain since our governor didn't make us wear masks as early as the other states did. He "suggested" it, (which meant no one wore them lol) but didn't make it a mandate till much later. Some places are still insisting on masks, like the hospitals and doctors offices, but I try to stay away from them. (come to think of it, when I was in the ER, I didn't wear a mask LOL)
I still think this whole covid thing is a bunch of bologna. Don't misunderstand, I believe there's a virus, I just don't believe it's as terrible as they've been saying it is. If it was we'd have a lot more people dead. Like when the spanish flu came through neighborhoods, every single house was affected. And as far as schools go, the schools that had two or three kids in a classroom were considered lucky that that many had escaped with their lives. Again though, I'm not saying that no one gets the virus or that those who do have an easy time of it. (some do, some don't). I'm just saying I don't believe what we've been told about it being so horribly contagious and deadly. Reality doesn't agree with that, in my humble opinion.

Yeah even lay back fellow Cali folks are up to here with Gavin and his face madate dont' push it we go for try keep us healthy look like vaccinate rate going up in minority community they talking about herd immunity so possiblty by June 15 we may get rid of it to soften the mandate just a bit
We allow for first time now for indoor service in certain area 50 percent

Cindy, I couldn't agree with you more on Covid.
Yes, it's a virus, and sadly, yes, people have died from it.....
I think, that tends to happen with people and viruses...
( especially with compromised immune systems, etc.)
But a pandemic,
with people dying up and down the street,
as with some past pandemics......
So far, I know of not one person with it.
We live in a county with under 100,000 population...
About 800 people out of that number got it...
and just recently the 8th person died of it
( that's about 1 person dying every 2 months.)
Correct me if I am wrong,
but I would think, that is not an off the wall pandemic.
I also do think, it is beginning, to look to have a lot to do with control.
Maybe, it was just an opportunity that landed in bureaucratic laps....
But, I am aghast that Canada now has it's first
'underground' Christian church!
And that Canada put it's pastor,
in a maximum security prison!
( while letting out hardened criminals because of Covid!).
I know you have been adamantly against conspiracies...
but, I am thinking that eventually,
if there are enough 'facts'
then, it is no longer a 'conspiracy'....right?
Where else do we see the governments,
telling the church:
IF it can meet
how many can come
what they must wear ( masks)
what they can and cannot do ( no singing etc.)
jail it's pastors
take the land and guard it against any people going to church,
put three fences around it,
guard it day and night
( with tons and tons of police)
( and what would be almost funny....
put a 'mask' around one of the fences
I guess if it should speak, people would be in danger?
or
Is it dangerous to look at a church even?
did I mention
with a ton of police guarding it day and noght
( are there no more criminals in Canada?)
and on and on
Oh wait.....they do that in China and many other places in the world.
But California opened all sorts of businesses
( some with little 'social distancing, etc.)
but kept an iron fist on churches,
took them to court,
tried to take their parking spaces
and every trick in the book to stop them for holding service
No weddings, no funerals, no baptisms, no communion, no singing, etc.
But gambling,
strip clubs,
'peaceful protests etc. etc.
no problem

Well, here in SC our governor lifted the mask mandate in early March, but masks are still required in almost every public place we enter. 
John said it's because nobody wants to risk the liability of someone contracting COVID in their places of business, which makes sense I guess, given how so many people are prone to sue!
The churches I know of aren't actually requiring masks, but they are strongly suggested. Most people wear them walking in and out of church, but remove them once they're seated.

We have had a lot of Covid in our state, but compared to the actual percentage of the population it's been fairly low.
In our family, Timothy came down with it on Christmas Day, Daniel around New Year's, and I got it on Valentine's Day so we hit all the winter holidays.  Thankfully John stayed well (I don't know how he managed that, with him being on an immunosuppressant, but we thank God for His protection).
Sadly we have known a few people to pass away from it.
Cindy, so thankful you didn't react (much) to your second vaccine. John's done fine with his shots... in fact I hear him talking on the phone right now and answering someone about it, "...just a sore arm..."

Don't forget back in October both LA DOdger and lakers won soooo we got some championship celebration with people not social distancing yeah churches are not allowed if you want celebrate Lakers and Dodgers win have at it LOL!
