Praying for their speedy recovery The President did not 'seem' sick at any time but then, I suppose, they might not give us all the details?
I think he is not the first head of a country to come down with it Didn't the head of England get it a few months back? And I think he is fine and running his country again. Seems like there were others..... but I can't remember who?

They just release sound precaution dude is in 70s White House releases memo on Trump's condition White House officials have released a medical memo about US President Donald Trump, who has tested positive for the coronavirus. It was written by Trump's physician on Friday. It says he is fatigued but in good spirits. It also says Trump has been injected with an experimental mix of antibodies currently in clinical trials, as well as doses of zinc, vitamin D and other medications. Earlier on Friday, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows told reporters that Trump has mild symptoms but remains in good spirits. Meadows also said the president is continuing to work for the American people, and that he is optimistic Trump will have a speedy recovery. www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/news/20201003_05/

I think you are right 7, and that Boris Johnson was pretty sick.
But up until now, even if over weight, the President, seemed very active.... and while weight might be an issue,
I am thinking, medical co-morbidites like: cancer, lung disease, kidney failure, etc. might be worse?
I wonder if Mike Pence will take over for the 2 weeks? However, right now they are saying the President will work while at Walter Reed hospital.
I guess, we will find out as time goes by.... it's in God's hands.
Oh interesting new info 7 about the experimental.....

His son did give an interview on Fox about how and what he is doing
But I especially found your news about the doctors injected the President with an experimental mix of antibodies currently in clinical trials,
as well as doses of zinc, vitamin D and other medications.
The zinc and vitamin D I found especially interesting
I always hear conflicting thoughts on their efficacy But it seems some doctors consider them worth a try!
Then again at this point they say he has 'mild' symptoms....
Thank you for your continued update!

They 'tricky' thing about Covid seems to be, that a mild symptom, can change on a dime to acutely serious. So I think it was a smart move by doctors to bring him to hospital, so they can get right on it, should that happen.
But I did see this today:
( Well, actually, I saw several articles stating: 'good news so far' etc.)
but since this shows the doctors giving a news conference......

Well remember at WH we weren't sure why well possiblty Trump need oxygen Trump COVID-19 live updates: President was on oxygen, next 48 hours 'critical,' sources say President Donald Trump has received supplemental oxygen since testing positive for COVID-19, sources tell ABC News, contradicting his doctors' first briefing on the president's health Saturday in which they said Trump is fever-free and in "exceptionally good spirits." The president was having trouble breathing and received supplemental oxygen on Friday at the White House after his oxygen levels dropped, sources told ABC. This, in part, prompted the president to be transferred to Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, late Friday afternoon. He was also experiencing a low-grade fever, chills, nasal congestion and cough on Friday, multiple sources with direct knowledge of the matter tell ABC. abcnews.go.com/Politics/live-updates/trumpcoronavirus/?id=73402267&cid=social_twitter_abcn
