Oh I have been diagnosed as hypo-thyroid for years and years.
And a couple times a year, I have to get my blood tested, because it can go up or down and they have to adjust the dosage
of Levothyroxine...
right now, I am taking 75 MCG
But the strange thing is
I still feel tired, lose hair, fall asleep during the day etc.
So I think the sleep apnea and low oxygen
(bronchiectasis and Interstitial lung disease,)
might be more a cause for sleepiness for me?
I can't even remember when I started taking thyroid meds it was a loooong time ago.
I have often wondered,
if I acquired bronchiectasis,
when I was just first married
and was cleaning an enclosed shower,
with bleach and ammonia...
I NOW know, not to do that!!!!!
but I wondered if it damaged my lungs waaaaay back then?

Yes, they said they'd adjust it regularly for me too. It's normal to lose some hair, but it's not normal to lose a handful of hair every day like I've been losing. It's because it's normal to lose some that I didn't go to the doctor about it for a long time.

I have something to say about Ratings last night yes I hear LA Dodgers beat Trump in the ratings hate to tell the Deadline Hollywood fb page that Dodgers fans hate NY fans OKAY we dont like this President first it of all mostly dude is NY Sport fan HELLO
See get off my chest rant here but yeah it is true Dodgers fans hate fans from NY why they always fights at Dodgers stadium between Dodgers fans and NY fans DUH
But is true Joe Biden town hall beat both Trump town hall and Dodger game in the ratings between 18-54 male age group

Hi all, All this talk about tea reminds me of something I started that will surprise you all who know me....I'VE BEEN DRINKING COFFEE!!!!!! lol The lady Stan and I used to clean house for got a new keurig so she gave us her old one. I've been getting the caramel frappucino for breakfast and then having regular coffee with low sugar vanilla creamer for my lunch on work days. Days off its still the mountain dew. I might try the tea you all are talking about. Its got to be better for me than the soda. But I really do like my soda. So we've been doing some talking with Chelsea and we are going to be moving in together. We aren't sure about whether we are going to buy a mobile home and some land or rent still. We are checking prices and area's, loans and all that jazz. Its a pain but I figure its all going to work out the way the Lord wants it to. Stan's getting ready to go hunting this weekend and I'm talking a short mini vacation basically I'm taking two days off so I get two three day weekends and two four day work weeks. Hopefully I can get to rearrange and go thruogh some stuff while he's gone. I tried to do that last year and ended up getting the flu instead.
I was diagnosed with low thyroid years ago too. Been on the levothyroxine for about 10 or 12 years I think. I lost all my eyebrows but had so few and wearing glasses all the time I didn't even notice! Got some eyebrows back not to long after starting the meds. My mom had thyroid issues and so does my sister so mine is probably genetics.
Hoping all are doing well. |

Hi Lee:
I have 'always' been a tea drinker,
but I drink it like the English.....
( I do have English genes along with Irish, Scottish, French etc.)
But with cream and sugar
( well now I use monk fruit for a sweetener)
it has:
zero net carbs,
zero calories,
and is zero-glycemic;
but tastier that stevia....which isn't bad
just monk fruit really tastes just like sugar.....but no carbs )
and I love foo-foo coffee
only
with what ( 10 teaspoons of cane sugar????
and all manner of yummy stuff like vanilla etc etc.)
However, it sadly has waaaaaay tooooo much sugar,
so I only have it a few times a year any more.
However, I cannot drink 'real' coffee way to bitter!!
I am trying to cut way back on sugar/carbs
and up the protein and fat....
kind of....... semi-keto.
So now I put real cream in my herb teas

Good Morning FH, just got home. I am checking into the hospital on Friday, or sooner. I have no clue, as to what's going on and my Dr, called us and said they need to admit me for a set of tests. I have to postpone my test because Shirley has a appointment that if we cancel it's another month wait. It's her Brain exam. I am not missing it. It's on Thursday. Unless they can tell me what I am being tested for then I will consider going in. You don't just leave me a message without an explanation. Crazy.

Kelly, that’s not true! I saw videos of people lining the streets with American flags, Trump flags! Newport Beach came out in the thousands! Red wave a coming!  praying for those who suffer from TDS! this is just one side of the street! There were THOUSANDS there! Good morning all! I won't be able to be here tomorrow as I have to go with Bruce to the hospital so he can get an injection. He's getting the kind I used to get which means it's day surgery. If we get back in time I'll come here, but I'm thinking we won't get home in time for me to get onliine.

Good morning, I have been keeping busy lately.
I have found an audio book on-line, I am listening for the 1st time to a book written by Henry David Thoreau, name of book Walden. He lived in a cabin on Walden pond for two years, two months and two days, died in the year 1862 from tuberculosis.
If you know of a good audio book online to listen to let me know what it is.

Well I took my Corid 19 testing couple days so far so good I am so negative I didn't want tell anybody that I took it they want to know if I was effect word on the street was that one of kids in another school district got contract with mild case of Corid 19 because the parents were out protest Amy Barnett Cody hearing in Downtown LA so my school distrcit that school district workers and teachers need to be tested

BTW I saw on DVR Alice Guy Blache silent classic Life of Christ made in 1906 it kinda staged it all come from stage play it is good movie you could probably find on TCM on Demand
I think what happen with 60 minutes interview now ET wires been talking about Trump didn't like how he handle cordi 19 handling question he just walk out like husband tick off with the wife trust me my father does same thingggg when he get angry with my mom LOL!
