Hi all! It's actually almost noon here, mornings over lol. But I've been studying my Bible while I wait for my Bible Library to download. As of this moment, it's downloaded 34% of 8.6 GB so far. I actually started the download at 9:30pm last night. (our internet has been down off and on till now and very slow due to the weather according to our phone/internet company). I'll I was able to do prior to starting the download last night at bed time, was learn what all was on the computer and set it up how I want it. Believe it or not, I'm still not done doing that! I thought I was getting a basic computer with only Microsoft Word and works, but apparently now days they come with everything but the kitchen sink! I'm shocked and amazed at all it does!
Bruce is happy too because he got his new laptop yesterday. It's also a Dell. So he was busy setting his up too.
We also celebrated our daughter Jennifer's birthday on Saturday. We got her a big cheesecake as that's her favorite, but this one was actually 4 different cheesecakes in one! One fourth was strawberry cheesecake, a fourth was raspberry cheesecake, a fourth was chocolate cheesecake and the last fourth was a different kind of chocolate cheesecake! it was heavenly! (I want that for my birthday next year lol) I had made a pork roast for dinner which turned out good too. Other then that, we mostly just talked and visited with each other. I got up to get something which only took a couple of minutes, and the next thing I knew, they were all outside shooting their guns! But the black flies were terrible so they didn't stay out there too awfully long. However, that made them all hungry again so Bruce fired up his grill and they all made smores to eat! Yumm!!!
I have a testimony for you about our oldest cat Angel! She's now 17 years old. Our vet put her on prednisone about 5 years ago because she has bad asthma in the summer and fall. So every summer when she starts having trouble breathing, I have to give her 5mgs prednisone. She has always had to start taking it in April, generally no later then April 15th. The first year he put her on it, he expected her to have to take it year round from then on, but she didn't need it except in the summer and fall. Last summer she got really bad and I had to give her more prednisone then ever. I'd had to give her 10mgs before, but this time, to keep her breathing I had to give her 15 mgs! Of course that happened over the weekend when our vet wasn't on duty. But the next Monday I called and told him about it because I didn't want to harm her by giving her too much. He told me that it didn't matter because she had to breathe so I had done the right thing. Obviously, continuing to give that much could hurt her, but it was all we could do to keep her breathing.
I had to give her 15mgs several times last year. So we finally took her in to see the vet. (by then it was winter and she was off the prednisone.) He examined her and was surprised to see that she was in great health and seemed to be just fine. But both of us figured I'd be giving her more prednisone this year again, although we hoped it wouldn't be more then 10mgs.
As I said, she normally starts taking it by April 15th, but she hasn't needed any at all yet! Every day for the past month I watch her carefully thinking she's going to need the medicine soon, but she's done fine! A big change in the weather always makes her worse and we've certainly had that happen a number of times! In the last couple of weeks we've had winter, summer and spring - it just depended on what day it was. (Last Friday it was in the 90's here, which is very unusual; Saturday it was in the high 80's. Sunday and today it's been in the low 40's! That's always set her off before!) But she's still breathing just fine...
I was afraid to tell the vet figuring if I did, that she'd probably start needing it the next day, but I finally told him today - actually I left a note for him on Saturday. It was funny because he expected to hear me say I needed a new prescription or that she wasn't doing well, or something like that, so figured his answering service got the information wrong. When he called me back and realized what I was saying, he was also shocked! I told him I hadn't realized that this was even possible. He replied that he'd certainly never seen anything like it before - especially not with a cat as old as Angel is! Isn't God amazing????
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend too!
Good morning FH, been to the grocery store already. Bought a week's worth of groceries. I am home to spend some time in my office. Going to attempt to do some writing , most likely typing cause my hands can't hold a pencil all that well. I bought some new arthritis creme for my hands , Going to try it to see if it makes a difference. One can only hope! Will see. I hope everyone has a fantastic and Blessed day ! I hope it works for you Mark. There's only one kind I can use as I seem to be allergic to all the others. Thankfully it actually works which shocks me every time I use it! It's called Aspercreme. Now it comes in two different kinds... the regular and a newer one that has 5% Lidoderm in it. Both work very well for me. You just reminded me of something new my new computer does... you can talk to it and it will type for you! That's what you need! Seven, I laughed about the elderly woman, good for her. I remember an elderly neighbor woman that lived in apt next to me, she said sometimes old people live to long, I guess she thought she was living to long, she was a fun christian woman to know.
Yay! Cindy.
Instead of buying a new washing machine Ron just bought a new timer or that dial part, for the old machine, that part should arrive today in the mail. I am glad I can use the machine until the part arrives, it just keeps putting water in and won't stop, lucky I turn off water valves before it keep flowing water and pours out to flood onto the floor.
Nice pictures Lulu. Isn't it nice to have husbands that are handy like that? I'm glad it will be fixed for you soon!
Cindy....about that cat.....Rascal ( be careful what you name your cat LOLOL) we have 1 and 1/2 cats A neighbors cats is half theirs and half ours
Anyway...even IF I am having a fairly good nights sleep especially now that winter is over some nights they both want in and out and in and out and in and out
Since I am nearest the door....they wake me up!!! As IF I did not have enough trouble with sleep you love cats.... Arrrgghh
But.... if you love cats......sigh! of course..... there is your solution....throw them thru the door....hummmmmmmmm :)
blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
I agree LOL. I figured that God must be working on me to have more patience.... Since I haven't yet throw the cat through the door, it must be working lolCindy, he has those bulging veins! The painful ones, they claps them somehow, or take’em out. It’s only a 20 minute appointment, they’ll do one at a time, he has 4 that need to be taken out. It’s a 2 hour drive from where we’re at, but Mace comes with us, and we wait in a nice air conditioned lobby! desert country! Ouch! That sounds like it would hurt! Even Mace is allowed in the lobby???? That's incredible! I hope it goes well for Ron!
Another beautiful picture!

Sorry didn't want to put all the replies in one post so put half in my first reply above this one and half here:My heart goes out to the men and women that are risking their lives to keep these riots and protests under control. In a time of chaos, from a virus , you would think that we would not have to ad " Racism" , to the problem as well. I for one, am doing my very best to reach out on social media, to encourage others not to be a racist. People are people, and instead of the hate , in this world, we need to show more love. I hope everyone has a Blessed Weekend. I'm sick of it all. Sick of Black's insisting all whites are racists, and sick of whites insisting all blacks are. Every time I see one of those stupid signs that says, "black lives matter", I want to scream, "ALL lives matter!" (including unborn babies!) I won't be watching the news or be on facebook much because I don't want to hear about it. I hope the Lord comes soon and rescues us from this mad house!
Here in Australia, churches were basically shut down even though they say 100 can get together. Never read in the Bible it says 100 at a time.... I wonder if the anti Christ might use the same tactic...some invented "pandemic" to permanently shut down churches and stop Gods people getting together. Hoping to get our horse events going as its all outdoors. I worry that govts are going to use this as a permanent "stick" to beat people around the head on the smallest excuse. I see the Democrat governed states are going full blown communist now in the US, and trying to keep everything shut down to kill the economy in those states. Communism hates the middle class and tries to get rid of it any way it can. Destroying an economy through a false pretenses lock down is a good way to do it. True. Which reminds me, I just wrote this a little bit ago:
fresh-hope.com/thread/5378/true-church
Thats Jazzy holding Rose! Jazzy will be 14 Monday! You believe that? wicked sad watching what’s happening in our country! The deep state is pulling out all they have to bring down President Trump 😢 those causing the violence are being paid to do so! Our county is being played, 😢 they have proof that the violent protesters are from out of the states the riot are taken place in! It’s all so wrong and sad! What a great picture Lulu! She looks a lot like you! I agree LULU very sad what is going on And tho it could well be 'people' trying to take down our country behind it all is sin and Satan!!
Just need to let you all know Cindy's computer came ( at least I am 99% sure) Sooooooo it could be 4 days to down load everything or.... it might be just a day
But if we do not see her for a few days, mostly not to worry She is with her 'new' baby LOL Thanks Barbara! I'm here, but running very late, especially since I took the time to write that article. So between the article I wrote, this and the pm's I have to answer, I won't be able to get to the bible study today... I'm sorry!

Yes, if Jesus said to come up now, I am ready....more than ready!!
But I have to remind myself arrgghhh :) His time....not mine and patience is a virtue sigh!
So happy to hear, you did actually and truly get your computer wheeeeee!

Paula ChertokStatue of liberty @paulachertok · 31m Fire @acosta : Trump invoked the 1807 Insurrection Act—an extraordinary use of military force—to clear out peaceful protesters at the White House, so he could walk with aides to St John's Church. He mobilized US military for the first time in 200 years—for a photo op. Extraordinary.

I have a rant, my rant is working with a husband outdoors in the heat of the day and trying to take proper instructions to do the work when proper instructions are not given. We had lift a one piece heavy gate off its hinges, into the back of the truck, fix the gate, then lift the gate back onto where it belongs, with instructions like, just move it over there, I said I am not a mind reader, where is over there and he said I should be able to figure it out. lol. Here I am breathing like I just ran a 50 yard dash in the heat of the day and I had to just figure it out, after that I quit asking instruction and just made mistakes until I got instructions, anyways, the work got done.

Good morning FH, been a little busy in the studio these past couple of days. I now, finally, have my life , getting back to normal. My doctor's have given me a go sign to resume my work. I have some nerve damage in my hands that I am able to wear a cordless mic so I don't have to use my hands as much. Also, I am back to writing and composing again. Praise God and thank you for all your prayers. I am singing in Church on Sunday. It's like I am revived to go back to work and I am pushing forward to the next phase , in my life. Shirley has been encouraging me all the way. She is celebrating her Birthday on June 22 and I am creating a song for her Birthday. She is the love of my life and that is the title. " Love of my Life". Well enough for now. I will be back later . Have a good morning.

As I said a while ago, I did get my new computer and it's awesome! I still haven't had time to see everything it can do, but what I have seen is amazing! It's lightening fast too! It downloaded the 8.6GB of my bible library in less then two day and during that time the internet was down for awhile! (it took four days to download it before, so I was shocked at how quickly it did it this time!) I have tons of new stuff to use in my bible library now too, that I was blocked from using before. Plus the Lord gave me yet another miracle! I had been asking Him to somehow make it so I wouldn't lose the two and a half years worth of work when it downloaded everything and synced it all. That was guaranteed to happen without a supernatural miracle. I'm embarrassed to say that because it was what would happen without that kind of miracle, I didn't even look to see how much I lost. I just assumed I lost it all. But God surprised me and all I lost at the most was about 6 months worth. And I'm not completely sure I lost that much. it's possible I didn't lose anything at all, but I'm basing this on most I could have lost until I can be absolutely sure about it. God is so amazing! And I'm so embarrassed that I didn't think He would do this for me! I guess I thought He might not because it was a selfish request.... But Thank You Lord that You did!!!!!
Bruce is home today too. My poor guy. He thinks he has an intestinal flu bug like he had once before. We'll see....
Have a great day everyone!

Good evening FH, I have been super busy today. My wife asked me to read from the Book of Acts, today. So we spent time reading and studying the Bible, this rainy afternoon and for the first time in a couple of weeks, we actually sat and had a normal conversation about God. We both prayed together and it felt like everything is coming into place. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. See you soon.
