Smithfield warns of meat shortages after closing their Sioux Falls South Dakota plant indefinitely. They are unable to deliver to schools and restaurants and schools, and it is not just meat, I have seen videos of onion, squash and tomatoes left to rot in the fields.
Now labs are starting to grow textured lab meat from from cow muscle cells.
