There might be two or three shooters according to MSNBC report
The El Paso Police Department on Saturday tweeted an alert about an "active shooter" in the area of Hawkins and Gateway East boulevards, which are the two roads flanking a Walmart store. A police department official confirmed the shooting was at the Walmart.
Later, the police department tweeted to stay away from the Cielo Vista Mall area and that the "scene is still active." The police also said to avoid the area from Airway Boulevard to Hawkins Boulevard to north of Interstate 10, near the Walmart.

Police have said they believe the suspect was armed with a rifle during the attack, which sources told ABC News left at least 18 people dead and dozens more injured. Police responded just after 10 a.m. local time to an active shooter scene near the Cielo Vista Mall, which is near Interstate 10 on the east side of the city, and were advising people to stay away from the area.
