Kudos Candace for a job well done

For those who missed it, Candace Owens testified before the Congressional hate crimes committee last week, and she ripped the Democrats a new one in her opening statement. The hate crimes committee was convened to examine “white nationalism” and “hate crimes”, and Candace blew that narrative out of the water in her opening statement:
“The hearing today is not about “white nationalism” or “hate crimes.” It’s about fear-mongering, power and control. It’s a preview of the 2020 Democrat election strategy. What they want to say is that brown people need to be scared which seems to be the narrative that we hear every four years right ahead of a presidential election. White supremacy, racism, white nationalism, words that once held real meaning, have now become nothing more than election strategies.”
The Democrats weren’t happy with Candace, and they tried to get back at her by impugning her character. Democrat Ted Lieu tried to ambush Candace by playing an edited audio clip of Candace’s response to a question she was asked about nationalism. Lieu only played a partial clip of her reply, leaving out the question and her response in it’s entirety. Lieu’s intent was to make it appear that Candace supports Nazism because she’s a nationalist and supports President Trump.
When Candace was given time to respond to the audio clip, she said, “Mr. Lieu thinks black people are stupid. He doesn’t believe that black people will pursue the clip in it’s entirety. He used an extracted clip.”
