Franklin Graham: Stop the Trump 'unfit' lie

Many public figures who oppose President Trump move regularly beyond criticism of his policies to personal attacks.
“Unfit” is one of the most common bombs thrown at him.
But Franklin Graham, CEO of the Samaritan’s Purse worldwide Christian ministry and the Billy Graham Association, is calling “enough.”
“Nothing is gained by putting forth the lie that he is unfit. I encourage people of faith to pray for the president and his family,” Graham wrote on Facebook.
The “unfit” attack has been leveled by media as well as Democratic politicians.
In a Washington Post column, Max Boot criticized recent Trump tweets, claiming, “Over Presidents’ Day weekend, Trump again demonstrated why he remains as unfit as ever to follow in the footsteps of Washington and Lincoln – or even of Millard Fillmore and Warren Harding.”
He said the nation should not “tolerate his disgraceful conduct.”
