We got some much needed rain yesterday evening. I am so thankful for it. Everything was getting so dry. We are suppose to get more today. I sure hope so.
I want to wish everyone a Blessed day today . It's good to be alive and to thank and praise God for his many blessings.

Oregon is going through a huge problem , lack of rain. We are in a State of Emergency due to not enough water. There have been rumors of " Capping the water supply ". We are doing our best to conserve, but as we are hitting the late Spring/ Summer temps of 80 plus degrees, our crops for this year are facing a shortage. Hopefully we will get some rain soon.

We are expecting a slight drizzle on Sunday night with a shower or 2 thru Tuesday. Otherwise, we will be in the high 70's to low 80's the remainder of the week.

We sure do need rain here in southern AZ also. Some water wells are going dry and some of the farmers are drilling down 1000 feet for water for the picacho trees, corn and bean crops.

Hello everyone. Jillian, so glad to hear you got a nice rain this week. We had a good storm on Tuesday night, which really helped things, but I don't think it's rained since than.
I will say a prayer for all of you under drought conditions. Are they having to ration the water yet?

We're in a drought here too, which I thought was really strange after the record breaking snow we got over the winter. Thankfully it's rained a little bit each of the last couple of days and is raining today, so that should help. Hope you get some soon too! Do you guys depend on a well for your water like most of the folks here do? Or do you have a public water supply?

Cindy , I hope you get more rain soon. Droughts are really bad. I think I had rather have a little too much rain than not enough. I am so thankful that we have had some more good rain and Should Be getting more. We sure needed it.

Cindy , We have deep wells. I live 2 miles from city limits. The landlord has several wells here. Thankfully he doesn't charge us for water.
