Psalms 74:16 KJV 16 The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun. BBE 16 The day is yours and the night is yours: you made the light and the sun.
These are my thoughts. We should live out our day for the Lord because He gave it to us.

I hope you keep posting the scriptures and your thoughts, it is encouraging to read them and to think about how the Lord blesses the children of God and how we are given the ability to understand what the Lord wants to tell us.

Psalms 74:17 KJV 17 Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter. BBE 17 By you all the limits of the earth were fixed; you have made summer and winter.
These are my thoughts. The Lord formed the earth and put everything into its place, no one else can give a valid claim to that.

Psalms 74:18 KJV 18 Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name. BBE 18 Keep this in mind, O Lord, that your haters have said cruel things, and that your name has been looked down on by a people of evil behaviour.
These are my thoughts. Those who are not of the Faith will make a mockery of it and those who are.

Psalms 74:18 These are my thoughts. Those who are not of the Faith will make a mockery of it and those who are. I noticed more when I was younger how people made a mockery of Christianity and of me, now that I am older I do not experience that trial as much as I did when I was younger.

Psalms 74:19 KJV 19 O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever. BBE 19 O give not the soul of your dove to the hawk; let not the life of the poor go out of your memory for ever.
These are my thoughts. Turtledoves symbolize peace we are not to allow our peace to be taken from us by this world and should not allow them to bring us down to a place where we should not be.

Psalms 74:20 KJV 20 Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty. BBE 20 Keep in mind your undertaking; for the dark places of the earth are full of pride and cruel acts.
These are my thoughts. When we see the awfulness of this world we can find hope in God’s promises.

Psalms 74:21 KJV 21 O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name. BBE 21 O let not the crushed be turned back in shame; let the low man and the poor give praise to your name.
These are my thoughts. No matter what we are going thru, we are to praise the Lord; He can see us thru it.

Psalms 74:22 KJV 22 Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily. BBE 22 Up! O God, be the judge of your cause; keep in mind the bitter things which the man of evil behaviour says against you every day.
These are my thoughts. One day people will have to answer to God, our only hope is to accept the forgiveness that comes with Jesus.

Psalms 74:23 KJV 23 Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually. BBE 23 Keep in mind the voice of your haters; the outcry of those who come against you goes up every day.
These are my thoughts. We will continue to have enemies making noise against us because we represent the Lord they reject.
