ACLJ Demands Answers on Obama Administration’s Diplomatic War Against Israel

We’ve reported extensively on the Obama Administration’s unfaithful betrayal of Israel. But we are also taking action.
This week we delivered another set of legal demands for records surrounding actions taken by President Obama’s Secretary of State, John Kerry, and his team in their treachery against Israel at the United Nations (U.N.) Security Council less than two weeks ago.
The Obama Administration’s betrayal of Israel has prompted harsh bipartisan criticism and even congressional efforts by our friends Senator Ted Cruz (TX) and Senator Lindsey Graham (SC) to cut funding to the U.N.
In our legal demands, submitted under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), we aim to get to the bottom of who was involved in the decisions leading up to the betrayal, what was communicated with Saeb Erekat, a key Palestinian negotiator, during his meeting with Secretary Kerry less than two weeks before the U.N. vote, and what other anti-Israel U.N. actions the Obama Administration secretly intends to orchestrate before President-Elect Donald Trump takes office later this month.
