In the final book of the New Testament known as the Book of Revelation, angels are shown to be sounding trumpets, accompanied by a variety of supernatural plagues upon Planet Earth.
And now, mysterious, unexplained sounds in the sky that some are likening to trumpet blasts are puzzling people all over the world, including the United States.
As Britain’s Daily Mail reports, “Sounding like a trumpet or a collective from a brass section of an orchestra, a selection of videos shot from the Canada to Ukraine, via the U.S., Germany and Belarus show strange goings on above us.”
Numerous videos are posted on YouTube from spots all over the world, with people wondering just what is causing the strange phenomenon.The first time the sky sounds were posted on YouTube was back in 2008, as a resident of Homel, Belarus, made a recording.
Later that year, another anonymous user posted “ear-deafening” sounds they claimed “were not a hoax” echoing through a quiet neighborhood believed to be in America.
In June 2013, Kimberly Wookey of Terrace, British Columbia, Canada, first caught the sound, and has continued her recordings through May 7 of this year.
Wookey said on YouTube: “On the morning of August 29, 2013 at approximately 7:30am I was awoken by these sounds.
“I shot out of bed realizing it was the same sounds I had heard before and I ran looking for a camera to try to capture them with. I came out into the living room to find my seven-year-old son awake and scared wondering what was going on. He had said the noises woke him up as well and shook his window.
“I managed to record three clips showing almost five minutes of these strange sounds. After it was over and I sat down at the computer to upload the video. After checking my Facebook I noticed a lot of locals had heard the same sounds again but this time it was far more widespread.
‘I have no idea what these sounds are but it is pretty strange and I am glad that I was able to catch them this time and share what I heard. The sounds were heard again on Sept 8th at 6:30am so far we have confirmed reports of it being heard from town to the lake, 25km away.”
Wookey is skeptical the sounds are caused by anything unearthly.

What do you think Daniel?
Hubby and I both listen too the sounds and they do sound like a horn instrument
( a few sound a little like a shofar or an or an orchestra).
Could they be a warning from the Lord?

Mentioned in the video that Steve posted, crop circles are a perfect example of how a hoax can be achieved in multiple countries. The efforts required to compose elaborate crop circles are a much larger and time-consuming operation than to just simply play recorded sounds.
However, I find the 'scientific' explanations to be rather vague and even a cop-out for the sounds, especially when these 'experts' claim that this phenomenon is 'normal' or 'happens all the time'. If they're normal, why are people so concerned and even alarmed by them?.. and if it happens all the time, shouldn't everyone be hearing them?

2 Thessalonians 2:9-11
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.
I just am wondering how to be sure, because it seems like it could also be a possible warning from the Lord due to end times ( signs in the Heavens?)
Luke 21:11 "There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven".
Just hoping to:
1 Thessalonians 5:21: “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.”

What Is Causing The Strange Trumpet Sounds In The Sky All Over The World?

All over the globe, people are recording extremely loud sounds coming from the sky. In many instances, these ominous noises sound like someone is blowing a trumpet. So what are we supposed to make of these “apocalyptic” sounds? Should we be concerned? Well, what we do know is that this is truly a global phenomenon. In addition to being heard at locations all over the United States and Canada, these sounds have also been recorded in Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, England, Costa Rica, Ukraine and France. If you go to YouTube and type in “strange sounds”, you will literally get hundreds of results from all over the planet. Of course there are many scientists that insist that there must be a “rational explanation” for these strange sounds. Some theories have suggested fracking, “rock bursts”, venting of high-pressure gas, atmospheric pressure or the natural “background noise” of our planet as the causes of these sounds, but so far none of those theories have been proven. But two things seem certain – these noises sure are creepy, and they just keep on happening.

Personally, I have no idea what is causing these sounds. But so many people around the world are experiencing them that it seems to rule out a hoax.
So how can we explain them?
The following theories were put forward by the Daily Mail…
Tectonic plates grinding – Tectonic plates are pieces of the Earth’s crust and uppermost mantle, together referred to as the lithosphere. The plates are around 100 km (62 mi) thick and consist of two principal types of material: oceanic crust (also called sima from silicon and magnesium) and continental crust (sial from silicon and aluminium).
Atmospheric pressure – Atmospheric pressure is defined as the force per unit area exerted against a surface by the weight of the air above that surface.
Trains shunting – Self explanatory – noise comes from trains in reaction to the track and overhead wires.
Construction – Building works, especially if going on at the same time across a specific area, can led to similar sounds.
Aliens – Can this be an alien lifeform in the sky, perhaps scouring out Earth?
HAARP weapon – Rumours persist that the U.S. government uses secret weapons in the sky for defence and weather modifying, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). This wouldn’t explain the sounds in other countries however…
The Apocalypse and the Seven Trumpets of Heaven – Seven trumpets are sounded, one at a time, to cue apocalyptic events that were seen in the vision of the Revelation of Christ Jesus, by John of Patmos. Somewhat more worrying as it would signal the end of the world…
The scientists at NASA have a different explanation. What they think is being heard is simply the natural background noise that our planet is constantly producing…

The Lord tells us not to get caught up in things like this. Why even bother listening to this stuff? People make things up all the time, and that's more then likely all this is. Or it could be some of Satan's tricks, that wouldn't surprise me either, but6 it's not from the Lord, of that we can be sure because He tells us that won't happen until the rapture and the rapture hasn't happened. Often when people want to hear something very badly, they imagine that they do, so that's another possibility. The fact that this story is on WND is another reason to ignore it. All the post for the most part is stuff to grab at your emotions, stuff that's not necessarily true. Why go there?
