Hillary poised to shut down Breibart
By Carol Brown August 24, 2016
No one in America can afford to think that won’t happen here. Because the unthinkable is happening, with no end in sight. And if Hillary Clinton is elected president, she will take the final steps to destroy this country in ways we can’t even imagine. Not that we have to imagine since Clinton is giving us clues.
The Daily Caller reports on a fundraising email from Christina Reynolds, Clinton’s communications director. The fundraiser notes that while the conservative media may not express ideas the campaign agrees with, such media has a right to exist (sort of; and, gee, thanks).
I doubt they actually believe that anyone who disagrees with them has a right to exist, but they need to inch their way forward into hell bit-by-bit, dragging us all along with them. And as they drag us along, we find that the conservative-media-has-a-right-to-exist meme has at least one exception (more, no doubt, to follow): Breitbart News has been singled out as an entity that, apparently, does not have the right to exist.
“Breitbart is something different,” she says. “They make Fox News look like a Democratic Party pamphlet. They’re a different breed altogether — not just conservative but radical, bigoted, anti-Muslim, anti-Semitic conspiracy peddlers who never have been and never should be anywhere near the levers of power in this country.”...

Published on Aug 25, 2016
Hillary Clinton launched a full on attack at Alex Jones during one of her campaign speeches, breaking the long standing protocol of fearfully ignoring "the Texan".

A Swing And A Miss: How Triggered Hillary Screwed Up Her Chance To Take On The Alt-Right
by Milo 26 Aug 2016
Clinton spoke at Truckee Meadows Community College, an intimate setting for the modest crowds Hillary attracts. If Trump was in Reno, he’d be at the Lawler Events Center at the University of Neva Reno campus with a standing room only crowd in the 12,000 seat arena.
Come to think of it, looking at the room she was in I think I have more employees than there are people who show up for big Hillary speeches. Humiliating!
Hillary’s message can be distilled into a simple litany — everything is racist, everything is sexist and everything is Islamophobic. But only if you’re a white male. Donald Trump was completely correct (he usually is) when he pointed out that the left falls back on identity politics when they have nothing else.
Hillary attacked Donald Trump’s attempts to address the issues facing the black community, like crime, lack of house ownership and no jobs. She says these aren’t factual statements, basing her opinions against all common sense and every bit of police data ever released, on the examples of her rich and highly educated black friends. Newsflash: CNN hosts and political insiders don’t live in the ghetto. Sheriff David Clarke and Dallas Police Chief David Brown — whom Hillary mentioned in her speech — would hardly agree with her rosy outlook for black Americans following decades of liberal leadership.

The War Against Alex Jones—Think Bigger
By Doug Hagmann August 1, 2018
You don’t have to like him or even agree with him, but every American who cares about the U.S. Constitution, especially our First and Second Amendment rights, needs to understand what is taking place in the legal arena against Alex Jones and InfoWars.
Speaking from personal experience, all is not what it appears to be.
To be completely transparent, I’ve met Alex Jones and have spoken with him on numerous occasions. I’ve been a guest and guest-host on InfoWars during the last few years, however I have no business or financial relationship with him or his organization. We agree on some issues and disagree on many others. On those issues which we disagree, I respect his right to his opinion. More importantly, I respect his right to openly and publicly express his opinion, which is the cornerstone of our rights as Americans.
Presently, Alex Jones is the defendant in five-(5) defamation suits that are in various initial stages of litigation in Texas. Three of the lawsuits were filed by the parents of the victims of the December 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting. Another lawsuit involves the August 2017 “protest” that turned deadly in Charlottesville, Virginia, and the other involves the February 2018 shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Although it is beyond the intent and scope of this article to discuss the specific issues of each case, I believe it’s important to take note of the interesting timing in the collective of cases.
Since the election of Donald Trump as President, Alex Jones has become the political Left’s (and even many on the Right) favorite social and political punching bag and a lawsuit magnet. Over the years, he has weathered many blows delivered by powerful organizations and people intent on silencing him. These multi-faceted attacks have increased significantly since Donald Trump became President – a fact that I believe is not coincidental and merits further investigative scrutiny.
In addition to the onslaught of litigation, Mr. Jones and InfoWars are also fighting censorship by the social media giants, from YouTube to Twitter and Facebook. I would urge readers to note here the timing of these arbitrary attacks as well, as these platforms have removed the ability of InfoWars and Alex Jones to respond to numerous false accusations, taken as fact by many, to respond.

Emboldened by Their Successful Deplatforming of Infowars — Democrats Start Push to Stamp Out FOX News
by Jim Hoft
August 7, 2018
On Monday Facebook caved to the leftist media mob demanding censorship of InfoWars and permanently banned their page.
Google-YouTube followed suit and also terminated the InfoWars Account.
The tech tyrants launched a coordinated attack on Alex Jones and Infowars. But Democrats and their media already have their sights on a much bigger target. FOX NEWS–
Facebook scheduled a public event with reporters last month to promote the new Facebook Watch video feature.
The situation turned ugly when the invited “news reporters” screamed about Facebook allowing FOX News and Infowars on their platform.

Facebook: Farrakhan’s Anti-Semitic Conspiracy Theories Don’t Violate ‘Hate Speech’ Rules
Peter Hasson 08/07/2018
-Facebook has allowed Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan to espouse anti-Semitic conspiracy theories on its platform -Facebook deleted right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ page on Monday for violating rules against hate speech -Videos on Farrakhan’s page show him accusing Jews of secretly controlling government agencies and “weaponizing” marijuana to “feminize” black men
Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan’s official Facebook page is rife with anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and other hateful speech, which have not been censored by Facebook content monitors, a Daily Caller News Foundation review of the page reveals.
Videos posted to Farrakhan’s Facebook page show the Nation of Islam leader claiming that Jews are secretly controlling government agencies to suppress black Americans and blaming Jews for “weaponizing” marijuana with “chemicals” to “feminize” black men.
Neither of those videos violate Facebook’s rules prohibiting hate speech, a Facebook spokeswoman told The Daily Caller News Foundation in a phone interview Tuesday.

First, they came for Alex Jones ...
Joseph Farah
I’ve been warning everyone who would listen about the greatest threat to freedom of speech, freedom of the press and freedom of religion in America today.
It’s not government.
Instead, the overt attack on America’s First Amendment comes from the corporate behemoth new media gatekeepers who are in ideological lockstep with each other – from Google to YouTube to Facebook to Twitter to Apple to Amazon.
This week, YouTube and Facebook followed Apple’s lead in banishing Alex Jones, the iconic, high-energy voice that rails against globalism and the Deep State daily on radio, podcasts and his own Infowars TV show. He was an easy target – and a predictable one, a controversial figure, without doubt, and a high-profile one with a sizable following.
Not everyone wants to defend Alex Jones – certainly not everything he says.
Yet, the First Amendment wasn’t crafted by America’s founding geniuses to protect tepid, non-controversial speech. It was crafted to protect just the kind of fiery dialogue – the kind that offends some people, some sensibilities. Alex Jones is a good choice to start the censorship juggernaught rolling if you think like the Southern Poverty Law Center. And one thing Apple, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Amazon all have in common is their love of, reverence for, edification of, partnerships with this extremist band of smear merchants who never met anyone right-of-center on the political spectrum they didn’t label a “hater,” a “fascist,” a “Nazi,” a “racist” – including, of course, the current president of the United States.
So, first the Digital Cartel came for Alex Jones.
Who will be next? I don’t know, but I don’t plan to find myself in the position in which Martin Niemöller found himself in Nazi Germany. He’s most famous for this prescient quotation: “First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out – Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out – Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out – Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me – and there was no one left to speak for me.”
