Watch: Would US University Students Fund Hamas Terror Attacks?
By Prophecy News Watch June 02, 2016
Filmmaker Ami Horowitz sought to find out just how wide spread anti-Israel American college campuses have become, and so he posed as a fundraiser for Hamas terror attacks at Portland State University (PSU) in Oregon.
"I want to see if these guys are willing to take it to the next level," Horowitz said pre-experiment.
Posing as a representative of "American Friends for Hamas," Horowitz made clear to the students that his fictitious group raises money for terrorist attacks by the Gazan terrorist organization targeting Israeli "schools," "hospitals" and "places of worship."
He described suicide bombers as the "poor man's F-15," and told students that hitting civilian targets is "the only way to fight back, really."
Horowitz told the students that Hamas, which is outlawed by the US and in its charter calls for the genocide of the Jewish people, is the "logical extension of BDS," indicating the boycott movement targeting Israel. He clarified that "we're looking to wipe Israel off the map."
Shockingly, students showed overwhelming support for the cause. One student commented: "I've actually been learning this last school year about everything that's going on over there so I like the sound of what you're doing, it sounds like a great thing to do."
Stunningly, one of the students replies: "I've actually been learning this last school year about everything that's going on over there so I like the sound of what you're doing, it sounds like a great thing to do."
"I'm totally against the Israeli genocide," said another.
The filmmaker asked the students to donate to his fictional site so as to fund Hamas terrorist attacks, and students told him the amount they would be willing to pledge, offering figures between $5 to near $30.
One female student agreed to put down $27 - an amount equivalent to that she shelled out for Bernie Sanders' presidential campaign.more www.prophecynewswatch.com/article.cfm?recent_news_id=380

'Zionism is Nazism' posters hit University of Illinois
David Rosenberg, 19/03/17
Just says after posters accusing Jews of benefiting from “Jewish Privilege” were discovered on the University of Illinois at Chicago campus, Jewish students say yet another wave of anti-Semitic materials has been found on school grounds.
Last week, posters accusing Jews of economically dominating the United States were found plastered around campus.
“ENDING WHITE PRIVILEGE… STARTS WITH ENDING JEWISH PRIVILEGE”
“Jewish Americans make up 2% of the population. 44% of these Jewish Americans are in the top 1%,” the posters read.
Following a letter by UIC Chabad House President Eva Zeltser to school administers, UIC pledge to investigate the incident.
“As we investigate this recent event, we strongly encourage all members of our university to exercise their right to free speech in a manner that recognizes these principles and avoids prejudice or stereotypes,” a statement issued by the UIC administration read in part.
But on Saturday students discovered four new sets of flyers printed in a similar style and hung up around campus, including on a library message board.
The new flyers make explicitly anti-Semitic references, and continue to accuse Jews of enjoying “Jewish Privilege” and controlling the US.
One of the four new flyers compares Zionism to Nazism, contrasting a picture of Auschwitz with a picture labelled “Gaza”.
“The largest Concentration Camp [sic] in the world today is owned and operated by Zionists,” the flyer claims.

Homework? NY Students Debate Exterminating Jews
By: United with Israel Staff Apr 2, 2017
A New York school administration defends student assignment to argue in favor of exterminating Jews.
A teacher from Oswego County, New York, in February gave an assignment asking students to argue in favor of exterminating Jews, generating uproar.
The teacher, Michael DeNobile, gave the assignment as part of the Oswego County CiTi/BOCES New Vision program, according to a report in the American Thinker.
According to local reporter Julie McMahon, the students were asked to “put themselves in a Nazi leaders’ shoes and argue for or against the ‘Final Solution’ to exterminate Jewish people.”
MaryEllen Elia, the New York education commissioner, defended the teacher’s actions on Thursday.

'Time to end Jewish privilege' on Holocaust Remembrance Day
Arutz Sheva Staff and JTA, 27/04/17
An anti-Semitic poster was hung on the campus of Kansas State University on Holocaust Remembrance Day.
The poster was discovered on the morning of April 24 on a telephone pole, the local Manhattan Mercury reported.
“Ending white privilege starts with ending Jewish privilege,” said the poster, which contained a graphic of a pyramid of people. “Is the 1 percent straight white men? Or is it Jewish?”
The poster was removed late in the morning after the university learned about it through social media, according to the Mercury.
A similar poster calling the Jewish people "the 1%" was hung on the campus of the University of Illinois last month.
Kansas State police are investigating the incident.

Frightening New Wave of Anti-Israel, Anti-Semitic Activity on Campuses Across US
By JNS October 4, 2017
“Because he is devoted to Me I will deliver him; I will keep him safe, for he knows My name.” Psalms 91:14
Jewish college students returning after their summer break are encountering a wave of swastika daubings and anti-Israel activity on campuses across the country—and there are signs the hostility may intensify in the weeks ahead.
The latest incidents coincide with a new campaign by pro-Palestinian activists to portray Israel as a “white supremacist country,” linking the Jewish state to accusations about white supremacist activity in the U.S.
At Tufts University, near Boston, a “Disorientation Guide” prepared by militant students for incoming freshmen accused Israel of “white supremacy” and promoted “Israeli Apartheid Week,” which the Tufts branch of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) holds each spring.
The guide also charged that when Jewish groups at Tufts sponsored a talk by the parents of Trayvon Martin—the African-American teenager shot in Florida in 2012—they were “exploiting black voices for their own pro-Israel agenda.”
SJP activists at Columbia University were among the authors of the Columbia edition of the “Disorientation Guide.” The guide brands Israel “an apartheid state” and encourages incoming students to join their campaign, “Columbia University Apartheid Divest.”

When Old and New Anti-Semitism Come Together
By Ben-Dror Yemini October 31, 2017
The Jews in the United States, we are told, again and again, are in a wonderful state. Indeed, in most Jewish communities, especially in New York, the number of anti-Semitic incidents is infinitesimal. The Jews are living a good life.
But something is simmering below the surface. During Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, and over the past year as well, the radical right wing has been the main star of incidents anti-Semitic in nature. This Right should not be discounted. It was dangerous in the past, and it could be dangerous again.
Something else is happening, however, and not just below the surface. Within several days, three things happened in the United States that were completely unrelated, apart from the fact they likely won’t be recorded as anti-Semitic incidents, although I doubt anyone thinks otherwise.
Let’s start with Alan Dershowitz, a well-known figure, who has been visiting campuses. It’s worth noting he isn’t right-wing. His worldview, in Israeli terms, would classify him somewhere around the Zionist Union. He is affiliated with the Democratic Party, and he is perhaps the finest speaker against the campaign to demonize Israel.
About two weeks ago, he gave a lecture at Berkeley. A week later, the local student-run newspaper, The Daily Californian, published a cartoon showing Dershowitz addressing an audience as a liberal presenting his case for Israel, but all the audience can only see is his face. In the hidden part, Dershowitz has an IDF soldier on his palm shooting a Palestinian boy, and another Palestinian boy is being crushed under his foot.
One can cry out “freedom of speech” of course, but it’s kind of difficult to hide the image of child-murdering Jews. Old anti-Semitism and new anti-Semitism in a joint performance. And it’s happening in the stronghold of progress, Berkeley.

Israel boycott vote at George Washington U cancelled
JTA, 17/04/18
JTA - Leaders of the student government at George Washington University cancelled a vote on a resolution calling for the school to divest from companies that do business with Israel, citing security concerns.
The vote in the Student Association Senate on the pro-Palestinian resolution was cancelled about ten minutes before the meeting’s scheduled start on Monday evening, the student newspaper The Hatchet reported.
The resolution supporting BDS, or the boycott, divestment and sanctions movement against Israel, was supported by the Divest This Time GW, a student-led campaign for Palestinian rights, and was endorsed by seven student organizations: Queer Radicals; GWU Students for Justice in Palestine; GWU Muslim Students’ Association; Jewish Voice for Peace GWU; Young Democratic Socialists of America GW; GWU Students for Indigenous and Native American Rights; and the Association of Queer Women and Allies.

Terrifying video on antisemitic conference at the University of North Carolina
By Thomas Lifson April 13, 2019
Ami Horowitz, the investigatory filmmaker who often exposes campus madness, has produced a video that ought to terrify anyone familiar with the history of Weimar Germany. Then, as now, universities were among the leaders in whipping up Jew-hatred and actually persecuting Jews. One of the neglected aspects of the origins of the Holocaust is that the purge of Jews from Germany's famous universities opened up new career possibilities for those faculty and students who remained once their institutions were Judenrein.
We are not (yet) at the point of expelling Jews from faculties and student bodies, but we are at the point of violent attacks on Jews being justified by faculty members at prestigious universities, as a jaw-dropping interview in Horowitz's latest video...

On Campus, Thou Shalt Not Support Israel
By Richard Baehr May 8, 2019
Hatred of Israel, and its close cousin, hatred of Jews, have been commonly held and expressed sentiments on college campuses in the US, Canada, and Europe in recent years. Anti-Israel speakers are invited to speak, paid handsome fees, and draw large audiences of enthusiastic students, faculty and administrators. Anti-Zionist groups, often dominated by Arab or Muslim students, proliferate and ally with groups representing other minority groups in an effort to create an intersectionality of interests, where various minority groups all rally in support of any of the causes any of the individual identity groups support. Groups such as Students for Justice in Palestine and the misnamed Jewish Voices for Peace, regularly taunt and harass pro-Israel students, disrupt meetings and talks by pro-Israel groups, and try to prevent pro-Israel speakers from appearing on campus.
Even at schools with a large percentage of Jewish students, university administrators appear to endorse actions directed at Jewish students or pro-Israel students though they never would allow similar activities directed against other minority groups they care to protect or favor. Recently, Emory University gave its administrative stamp of approval to the posting of eviction notices by SJP on student dorm rooms (many of them with Jewish residents), meant to scare students and attempt to link the eviction threat to actions taken by Israeli authorities they falsely claim are routine in Israel and the West Bank. In one of the lamest defenses ever offered for blatantly anti-Semitic activity on a college campus, a high-ranking Emory administrator offered this defense of the school’s approval of the eviction notice posting...
