Life Among the Ruins
By KANISHK THAROOR MARCH 19, 2016
NEXT month, the Temple of Baal will come to Times Square. Reproductions of the 50-foot arch that formed the temple’s entrance are to be installed in New York and in London, a tribute to the 2,000-year-old structure that the Islamic State destroyed last year in the Syrian town of Palmyra. The group’s rampage through Palmyra, a city that reached its peak in the second and third century A.D., enraged the world, spurring scholars and conservationists into action. Numerous nongovernmental organizations are now cataloging and mapping damaged cultural heritage sites in the region.
It will be uncanny and thrilling to see this arch from an ancient desert civilization set against the bright lights of New York. Unfortunately, facsimiles can achieve only so much. Denuded of people, stripped of the rich social contexts in which they were once embedded, antiquities appear just as evidence of the grandeur of the past, the accomplishments of another place in another time. But what did these assemblages of stone mean to the modern Iraqis and Syrians who lived with them?

Rabbi Warns Pagan Arch Is End-of-Days Gateway, But Who Will Walk In?
By Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz May 29, 2017
“For he built again the high places which Chizkiyahu his father had destroyed; and he reared up altars for Baal.” II Kings 21:3
A pagan arch erected in Italy one month before the meeting of the world’s most powerful leaders in the same country may be the portal whose opening could usher in the age of the Messiah – or a sinister World Order, a prominent rabbi has claimed.
The rabbi believes that the two events – the unveiling last month of a replica of the Palmyra Arch, a symbol of paganism and idol worship, and the recent G7 summit, representing the coming together of world powers – are deeply and troublingly connected.
“This arch brings together all the necessary elements for the New World Order,” explained Rabbi Daniel Assur, a member of the nascent Sanhedrin, to Breaking Israel News. “If you look at where this arch has appeared, it is clearly a pattern moving towards a specific goal: Messiah. The question is, whose Messiah will it be?” ...
Rabbi Assur explained that this connection to Ba’al was essential to the New World Order, and was therefore necessary to elements in the G7 seeking world domination.
“The New World Order is not a secular, atheist movement,” explained Rabbi Assur. “They combine worship of Ba’al with worship of the Egyptian god, Isis, and also the true name of God. They need to bring together all of these elements.”

Pagan War Goddess Statue Unveiled at UN as Idol Worship Makes Global Comeback
By Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz November 28, 2017
“For he built again the high places which Chizkiyahu his father had destroyed; and he reared up altars for Baal.” II Kings 21:3
The same multinational group that recreated the Palmyra Victory Arch and sent it on a world tour has now recreated a statue of Athena, the Greek goddess of war, for an exhibit in the United Nations, an organization that claims to be working towards world peace but which one rabbi likens to modern-day paganism.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) officially inaugurated the Digital Archaeology Exhibition, “The Spirit in the Stone”, at the United Nations’ headquarters in New York City last Thursday. The UAE, the Italian mission to the UN, and the Institute of Digital Archaeology (IDA) cooperated in re-creating a statue of the Greek goddess Athena for the exhibit.
Today, at the @un Headquarters in New York, we unveiled a historic artefact from Palmyra that was revived using advanced technology after being destroyed by extremists. This artefact would have been lost forever if not for the efforts of the UAE in saving humanity’s shared past pic.twitter.com/2q9WJAORyi
— Omar Sultan AlOlama (@omarsalolama) November 22, 2017
The original Athena statue stood in Palmyra, Syria, until it was destroyed by ISIS in 2015. The UAE announcement described the goddess as “synonymous with reason, refuge and the rule of law, all of the same values on which that historic institution was built,” but the statue depicts Athena in her classic pose grasping a spear, belying her prominent role as the Greek goddess of war.

Global leaders and the occult meaning of the Victory Arch of the Temple of Ba'al
By Linda Kimball June 21, 2018
"The Dying God shall rise again! The secret room in the House of the Hidden Places shall be rediscovered. The Pyramid again shall stand as the ideal emblem of solidarity, inspiration, aspiration, resurrection, and regeneration." (The Secret Teachings of All Ages, Manly P. Hall, page 120)
...
Global leaders are meddling with dark forces:
"In the spiritual realm, it is as if Satan is 'marking' his territory," the pastor said. "And the leaders of the world are gladly doing his bidding – even summonsing his presence and 'blessings.' We are living in extremely prophetic times. The demonic realm is engaged in an unprecedented outpouring, just as the Bible said would happen. We are living in the most prophetic times since the first coming of Jesus Christ." (Carl Gallups)
Why was New York City chosen as a setting for Ba'al's Victory Arch?
The answer goes back to 1962 when an international occult elite gathered in
Washington D.C. to set plans in motion for the institution, on a global scale, of a Scientific Occult Theocratic State. Imposition required that the existing Biblically grounded order be stealthily undermined and broken-down into chaos on the assumption that out of chaos a new order would emerge.
The most important step involved destroying belief in the one true Creator God, orthodox Christianity and faithful Judaism. Toward this goal a Temple of Understanding was erected in Washington D.C. where progressive citizens of the new world order would plan and plot world government and develop a universal occult spirituality.

Arch of Palmyra – Entrance to Temple of Baal Coming to Washington, D.C. September 26
By Geri Ungurean On September 13, 2018
It has been two years since I wrote two articles on the Arch of Palmyra digital replica coming to major cities worldwide. The news media does not seem to have an interest in this story, or perhaps they have been told to ignore it. As Christians, we know the demonic implications of this arch.
The arch is the entrance to the Temple of Baal.
And now it will be displayed in Washington, D.C.
Here is the first article from 2016:
Temple of Baal Coming To Times Square: Satan is Marking His Territory
Just months ago, the Hindu Demon Goddess “Kali” was projected on the Empire State Building in NYC. Here is a piece I wrote about that:
The Calculated Decision to Place the Hindu Demon “Kali” on the Empire State Building
It seemed that New Yorkers felt that this was a natural thing to do. There was no outrage or even a questioning of this event. In Christian circles we were alarmed that such an evil demonic Hindu goddess would be displayed for all of NYC to admire.
Baal
First, let’s see who “Baal” is from the Bible.
From gotquestions.org
Question: “Who was Baal?”
Answer: Baal was the name of the supreme god worshiped in ancient Canaan and Phoenicia. The practice of Baal worship infiltrated Jewish religious life during the time of the Judges (Judges 3:7), became widespread in Israel during the reign of Ahab (1 Kings 16:31-33) and also affected Judah (2 Chronicles 28:1-2). The word baal means “lord”; the plural is baalim. In general, Baal was a fertility god who was believed to enable the earth to produce crops and people to produce children. Different regions worshiped Baal in different ways, and Baal proved to be a highly adaptable god. Various locales emphasized one or another of his attributes and developed special “denominations” of Baalism. Baal of Peor (Numbers 25:3) and Baal-Berith (Judges 8:33) are two examples of such localized deities.
According to Canaanite mythology, Baal was the son of El, the chief god, and Asherah, the goddess of the sea. Baal was considered the most powerful of all gods, eclipsing El, who was seen as rather weak and ineffective. In various battles Baal defeated Yamm, the god of the sea, and Mot, the god of death and the underworld. Baal’s sisters/consorts were Ashtoreth, a fertility goddess associated with the stars, and Anath, a goddess of love and war. The Canaanites worshiped Baal as the sun god and as the storm god—he is usually depicted holding a lightning bolt—who defeated enemies and produced crops. They also worshiped him as a fertility god who provided children. Baal worship was rooted in sensuality and involved ritualistic prostitution in the temples. At times, appeasing Baal required human sacrifice, usually the firstborn of the one making the sacrifice (Jeremiah 19:5). The priests of Baal appealed to their god in rites of wild abandon which included loud, ecstatic cries and self-inflicted injury (1 Kings 18:28).
