U.S. Pilots Confirm: Obama Admin Blocks 75 Percent of Islamic State Strikes
BY: Adam Kredo November 20, 2015
U.S. military pilots who have returned from the fight against the Islamic State in Iraq are confirming that they were blocked from dropping 75 percent of their ordnance on terror targets because they could not get clearance to launch a strike, according to a leading member of Congress.
Strikes against the Islamic State (also known as ISIS or ISIL) targets are often blocked due to an Obama administration policy to prevent civilian deaths and collateral damage, according to Rep. Ed Royce (R., Calif.), chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
The policy is being blamed for allowing Islamic State militants to gain strength across Iraq and continue waging terrorist strikes throughout the region and beyond, according to Royce and former military leaders who spoke Wednesday about flaws in the U.S. campaign to combat the Islamic State.
“You went 12 full months while ISIS was on the march without the U.S. using that air power and now as the pilots come back to talk to us they say three-quarters of our ordnance we can’t drop, we can’t get clearance even when we have a clear target in front of us,” Royce said. “I don’t understand this strategy at all because this is what has allowed ISIS the advantage and ability to recruit.”
When asked to address Royce’s statement, a Pentagon official defended the Obama administration’s policy and said that the military is furiously working to prevent civilian casualties.

Don’t Believe The Lie That Anyone Is Actually Trying To Stop ISIS
by Geoffrey Grider November 17, 2015
Sometime back, Muslim-raised Barack Hussein Obama announced a “coalition of nations” that was designed to “defeat ISIS”. (except that he always calls them ISIL because of this). After some initial airstrikes-created-for-you-tube, it stopped being a talking point. Shortly after that, Obama then announced that ISIS could only be defeated with “better ideas and not guns“. End result of America’s Obama-led “allied bombing” of ISIS? The Muslim terror group has nearly doubled in size, strength and power. Conclusion? Either the world’s greatest military power is unable to defeat the “JV Team” of ISIS, or it really doesn’t want to. Then there’s Russia.
Back in the end of September, Russia made the very dramatic move of setting up a military front in Syria and immediately commenced bombing runs. It was all very swift and unsettling, but when the smoke cleared it turns out that Putin was not really going after ISIS, but against the anti-Assad rebels. Two months of bombing by the terrifying Russian Bear only succeeded in creating an ISIS that was able to pull off the greatest attack on France since WWII. Enter the French military effort to fight ISIS.
Within 48 hours after the Paris terror attacks, the French air force had run 20 bombing raids on ISIS in the Middle East. Very impressive stuff, eagerly lapped up by the YouTube audience it was geared to impress. Sunday’s bombing was the biggest French air raid that has taken place in Syria so far, and was described as a “massive” attack by a French defence ministry spokesman. According to a statement released by the ministry, the first target that the planes destroyed was a command post, which housed a recruitment centre and arms and munitions depot. End result? ISIS doesn’t seem phased in the least, as the raids didn’t attempt to blow up any of the terrorists, only buildings. Give it a week or two and no one will be talking about the French effort.

It's quite obvious that no one is really trying to stop ISIS.
I am trying to put all the pieces together and figure out what part ISIS plays in the end times puzzle. I know this isn't a discussion area, but I don't think this is a controversial idea. What if the "false church" of the end time is Sharia law? I had always pictured a guillotine when I read about the saints being beheaded, but now I realize a sword will do the job as well. Sad to think that hearing of people being beheaded is so common now.

Putin’s “War on Terror” Could Backfire
Cliff Kincaid — December 4, 2015
There can be no doubt that the Russians are winning the Middle East propaganda war. But it’s not just the Marxist far-left that is willing to believe whatever Vladimir Putin and his mouthpiece Russia Today (RT) are saying. Some conservatives and self-described Tea Party leaders have also accepted the disinformation the Russians are putting out, even to the extent of affirming the Russian president as a Christian statesman leading the global war on terror.
Consider Chuck Baldwin’s piece, “Rootin’ for Putin,” which insists that “Russia’s Vladimir Putin is the only one fighting a Just War in the Middle East right now.” Baldwin, a Christian pastor “dedicated to preserving the historic principles upon which America was founded,” was the presidential candidate in 2008 of the Constitution Party, a group associated with the late conservative icon Howard Phillips.
It is simply amazing that any conservative would insist that Putin, who, despite dropping the communist label is still allied with Iran, Communist China, North Korea and Cuba, is somehow doing the right thing in Syria, a long-time Soviet/Russian client state. What Putin is doing is entirely consistent with what the Soviets always did. They are trying to save a client state from what started out as a popular rebellion.
In his column, Baldwin went on to label Barack Obama, David Cameron of Britain, Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel, King Salman of Saudi Arabia, and Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey as “international gangsters.”

Obama: We'll be relentless in going after ISIS
By Ben Ariel 2/26/2016
President Barack Obama on Thursday ordered his national security team to “continue accelerating” the military campaign against the Islamic State (ISIS) “on all fronts”, reports ABC News.
Obama made the comments after a meeting with his National Security team at the State Department as diplomats grapple over the details of a cessation of hostilities in Syria.
“This is a tough situation with a lot of moving parts,” Obama said of a tenuous cessation of hostilities in Syria’s civil war.
“If implemented, and that’s a significant if, the cessation could reduce the violence and get more food and aid to Syrians who are suffering and desperately need it,” he added, according to ABC News.
The ceasefire “could save lives. Potentially, it could also lead to negotiations on a political settlement to end the civil war so that everybody can focus their attention on destroying ISIL and that’s why the United States will do everything we can to maximize chance of success in this cessation of hostilities,” he added.

US deploys B-52 bombers against ISIS
By Arutz Sheva Staff 4/9/2016
The US Air Force on Saturday deployed Cold War-era B-52 bombers to bolster the fight against ISIS in Syria and Iraq, stepping up efforts to defeat the extremists.
The B-52 Stratofortress aircraft, which arrived in Qatar, were based in Saudi Arabia and last flown operationally in May 2006 as part of the war in Afghanistan, air force officials said.
"The B-52 will provide the coalition continued precision and deliver desired airpower effects," said Lieutenant General Charles Brown, commander of US Air Forces Central Command.
The long-range planes will provide "flexibility and endurance" in the US-led coalition campaign against the jihadists, he added.

Cooking the Books on ISIS: The Military Intelligence Controversy
By Wesley Smith
The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) is under investigation by the “U.S. House of Representatives Joint Task Force on U.S. Central Command Intelligence Analysis” due to reports that, on more than one occasion, critical military intelligence regarding our fight with ISIS (the Islamic State) was changed by senior officials at CENTCOM after being submitted by analysts working for that organization.
After a whistle-blower at CENTCOM reported that intelligence analysts were being pressured to show a false and more positive view of our fight against ISIS and to downplay the threat of ISIS in military reports, Congress interviewed over 50 analysts working for CENTCOM. The findings were troubling to say the least.
In their 15-page report to Congress, the Task Force confirmed that intelligence analysts were asked to change their reports to conform with the Obama Administration’s contention that we were making gains against ISIS. When the analysts did not tweak their reports to conform to this narrative, the reports were changed anyway before being forwarded up the chain of command. In a survey administered by the task force, 40% of analysts responding said they had experienced an attempt to distort or suppress intelligence during the previous year. Over 50% of those responding said “CENTCOM procedures, practices, processes and organizational structures hampered objective analysis.”
Additionally, according to the report, “Intelligence Directorate leadership consistently “softened” intelligence assessments to provide more certainty regarding possible outcomes. Analysts described the leadership as risk-averse and unwilling to accept uncertainty in intelligence analysis---which by its very nature deals in probabilities and contingencies rather than certainties.”
All of the altered reports consistently gave the impression that the situation on the ground in the Middle East was better than it was; not one altered report implied that the situation was worse, even if the facts said otherwise. The analysts, complaining to the Pentagon’s Inspector General, said senior officials had created a “Stalinist” work environment where they felt “bullied” into drawing conclusions not substantiated by facts.
