Are you ready to know God? Are you ready to be saved from your sins? Are you ready to REPENT? That means change. Making a change from the devilish way of living to following Jesus wherever he may lead you. He will strengthen you from all temptation. He will lead you OUT of the dance hall clubs. He will lead you OUT of the crack house. He will lead you OUT of your current sinful life and INTO GLORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But you have to count the cost. Are you ready to live the life of one of the despised ones? I wouldn't trade it for ANYTHING IN THE WORLD! AND I MEAN IT! I began my ascent out of the abyss (a deep and horrible pit) many years ago and I am still following on to know my Lord! It has been an EXHILARATING journey!
Ephesians 5:1-6.
1, Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
2, And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
3, But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
4, Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
5, For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
6, Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
Look around, the more the leaders of our society make plans, the worse things get - - - child abuse, drug addiction, murders, shoplifting, lying, compulsive disorders, broken families, children becoming haters of parents, directionless lazy young people, mind killing school systems, praying and teaching scripture banned from most public schools, panic attacks, reprobate mind laws, denying God and His Word.
Hell is for the devil, his angels, and all the obstinate, unrepentant law breakers, but we do not have to go there. When we repent of our sins and believe on the name of Jesus, He helps us to obey His word as we try to obey it; it is then that we have peace in life and eternal life with God. Our life changes and our desires change also.
If you have been through the world’s ringer, having messed over people and they have messed over you, you will be made free and healed once you repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and serve him by obeying his word. By his grace, he will change your very desires as you obey his word and deny the filth of this world.
