Franklin Graham: Without This, There Is No Hope for America
Jessilyn Justice 12/31/2015
Will you stand with him?
Decision America Tour
Our nation is in trouble—we've turned our back on God. In less than one week from now, I will launch the Decision America Tour with the first stop in Des Moines, Iowa, on January 5. I'm going to the capital of every state in 2016 to hold a prayer rally for our country. I want to challenge Christians to pray, to get out and vote for candidates who support biblical values, and to get involved by running for office at all levels—school board, city council, mayor, state representative, and more. This could be the most important election in our nation's history. America has got some decisions to make—decisions that will affect our children and our grandchildren! "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord," (Psalm 33:12). Will you stand with me in your state capital?

I'm sure most of you have heard about this. He is going to all 50 states, to talk to people about bringing our nation back to God. He is not supporting any candidate, just wanting people to turn to God. You can get more info at DecisonAmericaTour.com
Here is the link
He starts in Iowa on Jan 5 I think this is something we could all pray about, that he will reach many people and help bring the US back to God.

Franklin Graham: It's open season on Christians in America
By Todd Starnes January 11, 2016 FoxNews.com
Franklin Graham is a voice crying in the wilderness.
“I believe we are perilously close to the moral tipping point for the survival of the United States of America,” Graham wrote in Decision magazine. “I refuse to be silent and watch the future of our children and grandchildren be offered up on pagan altars of personal pleasure and immorality.”
The Supreme Court has already redefined marriage. The nation has become a killing field for Islamic radicals. And Christians have become targets for practicing their First Amendment rights.
“There now exists deep-seated antagonism and hostility toward Christianity in every seat of power in this nation – government, media, courts and education,” Graham wrote. It has become open season on Christians.”
Instead of ignoring the rotting of America’s culture, the president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association has decided to do something about it.
Earlier this month, Graham launched the “Decision America Tour,” a series of prayer rallies at the capitol buildings of all 50 states.
“The only hope for America is not the Democratic Party and it’s not the Republican Party,” Graham told me. “The only hope for America is God.”
I caught up with Graham just after his inaugural prayer gathering in Des Moines. More than 2,000 people turned out in frigid weather – to petition the Almighty.
It was one of the rare moments in Iowa where politicians were not recognized nor were they allowed to speak.
“If a candidate showed up – we’re not going to recognize them,” Graham said. “We’re not going to give them a microphone.”
That’s because “Decision America Tour” is not about politics.
“It’s trying to lead this nation in prayer, confessing the sins of our country, asking for God’s forgiveness and encouraging Christians to get engaged in the political process,” he told me.

My source said "hundreds" showed up in New Hampshire on the 19th. I'm sure it was very cold there that day and people were beginning to prepare for the big snowstorm. Next stop is Columbia, South Carolina on Feb 9th.
Lifting Franklin Graham and his team up to the Lord to help people turn to God before it's too late.

4,500 in Atlanta on the 10th. Next is Hawaii on the 24th. It will be a hard place, perhaps, because it is such a liberal state. But God has the power to change people's hearts.
Praying for Franklin Graham to be well received in Honolulu, praying that many people's hearts will be changed.

Franklin Graham: Danger Signs Are Everywhere
Taylor Berglund 2/18/2016
Franklin Graham is not endorsing any presidential candidates, but he found time during his Decision America tour to comment on the state of the country.
Graham wrote on Facebook: "Is the world imploding? While the United States is focused on its own politics, the world is unraveling. The danger signals are everywhere. Beheadings, rapes, murders, bombings are taking place every day across North Africa through the Middle East, all the way to the borders of India. The U.S. military is deploying fighter aircraft to Finland to counter Russia's moves in that region; China is deploying missiles on an artificial island they have built in the south China sea over the objections of the international community; and North Korea has successfully test fired a long-range missile that has the potential of eventually reaching America with a nuclear bomb. A few days ago, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said we have slid back into a 'Cold War.' There's a global epidemic of political and economic instability. All you have to do is look at the headlines and realize that the only hope for the world in which we live is Almighty God. It is imperative that we remember to pray for all 'those in authority' as God has commanded in His Word (1 Tim. 2:1-3).

Franklin Graham: 'Zero hope in Republican Party'
Bob Unruh
DENVER – Franklin Graham, the CEO of Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, on Tuesday told a crowd estimated at more than 4,200 in an icy wind on the west steps of the Colorado Capitol that they as Christians need to pray for their nation, then vote, seek office, win and start running governments from Washington to the school board based on biblical principles.
“I have zero hope in the Democratic Party,” he said. “Wait a second, before the Republicans start high-fiving each other, I have zero hope in the Republican Party. The only hope is in God. God!”
The appearance was part of his Decision America Tour, in which he is visiting each of the 50 state capitals over the course of the 2016 presidential election season asking people to pray for their country and more. The events are not political; no candidates are on stage.
He brought greetings from his father, Billy Graham, who is 97. He said if his father were 20 years younger, he would have been on the capitol steps, too.
He preached on Nehemiah 1, which recounts how God judged Israel by allowing the people to be taken into exile because of unfaithfulness.
When Nehemiah prayed for permission to go and rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, he found favor with God and, though beset by opposition, was successful.
"We need God's favor," Graham said. "When Nehemiah got back to Jerusalem, there were threats of violence, his enemies tried to discourage him, but he kept his focus and the wall was rebuilt in 52 days. Our moral walls and gates are broken down. Education, politicians, and some churches are more concerned with political correctness than with God's truth and righteousness. Nehemiah fasted and prayed and confessed the sins of himself and his fathers and the nation. We need to confess the sins of our nation. Where do we start?"

Franklin Graham Warns America: 'I Fear That Our End Will Be Near'
By Stoyan Zaimov, Christian Post Reporter April 4, 2016
Evangelical preacher the Rev. Franklin Graham has warned that much like the decline of the Babylonian empire close to 2,500 years ago, America may also be staring down at its end, unless it turns back to God.
"What's the writing on the wall for America? As a nation we are found lacking because of sin and disobedience to God's Holy Word. We have not honored Him. If we don't turn back to God, I fear that our end will be near," Graham wrote on Facebook Sunday.
He noted that 2,500 year ago, present day Iraq was known as the Babylonian empire, and boasted one of the largest armies in the world at the time.
"Its king, Belshazzar, was having a big party drinking and boasting with his wives, his mistresses, and his nobles," Graham described, referring to the account in the book of Daniel in the Bible.
He added: "While they were partying, the hand of God appeared and wrote a message on the wall, terrifying everyone including King Belshazzar. His face grew pale and his knees went weak. Daniel is called in to interpret the handwriting which says three things: 'Mene: God has numbered the days of your reign and brought it to an end. Tekel: You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. Peres: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.'"
After Daniel warns Belshazzar that he is guilty of worshiping false gods, the king is slain that very night, and the kingdom is lost.
Graham has made several such warnings in the past, declaring at his Decision America Tour that the U.S. is "being stripped of biblical heritage."

Decision America Tour Youth: ‘If No One’s Going to Stand for God, We Will’
By Franklin Graham • June 2, 2016
Dear Friend,
Nearly 125,000 people have gathered to pray for our nation at the state-by-state Decision America Tour prayer rallies we have held so far, with 24 states still to go. I’m so thankful for each person, each family, each pastor, each church group who has come out to stand with us in prayer. Another 60,000 people have participated through live viewing links on the internet. People are deeply concerned that we are losing our country unless God intervenes.
At the rallies, we follow the biblical example of Nehemiah’s plea to God for his troubled nation (see Nehemiah 1:5–7), praying in repentance of the sins of our nation, the sins in our own family and family heritage, and our personal sins. We ask God to heal our land, and we pray for the leaders of our communities, our state, and our country.
At the Oklahoma City rally, a man named James said, “If people will continue praying in this way, these are not just one-day events.” He is exactly right—as God works in hearts, almost 67,000 people have joined active online prayer groups in their states, and to date more than 82,000 have pledged to pray faithfully for America and its future. These are not just numbers—these are real individuals all over the country who have committed to seek God in prayer for America and its future. More are making that commitment every day.
One of the most thrilling things about the Decision America Tour is that at every stop, God is changing lives for eternity. At each rally I take a few minutes to share the Gospel message, and in each state people are making decisions for Jesus Christ. I ask those who want to make that decision to text us—and thousands have done so. We get back to them for follow-up and offer helpful discipleship resources for their new walk. We marvel at how God works in hearts at each event and give Him all the glory.
We are seeing a lot of young people at every stop on the tour. At an Oklahoma City high school, students active in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes decided to organize a bus trip to their state’s prayer rally. An 18-year-old named Sierra, along with her 17-year-old sister Tierra, said they wanted to show their classmates they can make a difference in America by praying and by being a Christ-like example in their words and actions.
“If no one’s going to stand for God, we will,” Sierra said.
Six of the students who came on that bus made decisions of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, as did scores of others at the rally.

Franklin Graham: 'Hold Your Nose' and Vote for Candidate 'Christians Will at Least Have a Voice With'
By Kevin Porter, Christian Post Reporter July 1, 2016
Since Rev. Franklin Graham knows that many Christians feel that they don't have good options this presidential election season, he's advising that they support the candidate most likely to listen to their concerns.
"You're just going to have to ask yourself which of the two [presumptive nominees] do you think we as Christians will at least have a voice with?" the evangelist said to a crowd of about 5,000 assembled on the Capitol grounds in Olympia, Washington on Wednesday as part of his "Decision America" tour, according to The Seattle Times.
While Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan's Purse, has made it clear that he has "zero faith" in either the Democratic or Republican parties, he encouraged attendees to vote, despite their disdain for either of the presumptive major party presidential candidates.
"You have to make that choice," he said. "Now, you might have to hold your nose."

Franklin Graham Calls on Christians to Join 'Divine Intervention' Prayer for Political Conventions
By Stoyan Zaimov, Christian Post Reporter July 12, 2016
The Rev. Franklin Graham has said that America is in desperate need of Divine intervention in the wake of several shootings and riots, and announced a major prayer initiative ahead of both the Republican and Democratic national conventions.
"Our country is in a huge mess. Shootings, riots, and protests now claim the headlines about America, and that's heartbreaking. We are in desperate need of Divine intervention. We need healing. Prayer is what can make a difference in America," Graham said in a Facebook message on Monday.
There have been several violent incidents that have shaken America's core in recent weeks, from the deadly shootings at an Orlando gay nightclub that left 50 people dead, to the shooting deaths of two black men by police last week, followed by three shootings of police officers in Missouri, Georgia and Tennessee, and the killing of five police officers in Dallas by a man who said he "wanted to kill white people."
Graham noted that the Republican National Convention is set to take place on Monday, where the first prayer initiative will take place.
"We will pray for our broken nation and for America's future. We will pray for these political conventions and the upcoming election. God's Word tells us that if we humble ourselves, confess our sins, and turn from our wicked ways, God will heal our land (2 Chronicles 7:14). He's the only one who can," the evangelical leader said.

Franklin Graham: I'm Not 'Deplorable' to God, Even If Hillary Clinton Thinks So
By Brandon Showalter, CP Reporter September 14, 2016
Franklin Graham is criticizing Hillary Clinton this week for her now-infamous "deplorables" comment, wondering if she has considered the gravity of sin and ones standing before Almighty God.
Writing on his Facebook page Wednesday, the evangelist recounted Clinton's remarks on September 10 at a New York City fundraiser in front of an LGBT group where she generalized that half of Donald Trump's supporters amount to a "basket of deplorables."
The former Secretary of State told donors at a Manhattan restaurant that such supporters were "racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, you name it. And unfortunately, there are people like that, and he has lifted them up."
The Democratic nominee further opined that "some of those folks — they are irredeemable, but they are not America."
Outrage at her comments quickly ensued, with some likening them to Mitt Romney's "47 percent" remark during the 2012 presidential election that proved damaging to his campaign.
The hashtag #BasketofDeplorables quickly started trending on Twitter.
Tonight, Hillary Clinton just had her "47 percent" moment.
Expect poll numbers to get even tighter after this one. #Deplorables — Frank Luntz (@frankluntz) September 10, 2016
But Graham is taking the occasion to remind the public about the reality of sin, God's forgiveness, and the price Jesus paid on the cross.
"All sin is deplorable to Him. The Bible tells us that we have all sinned and the wages of sin is death. Sin has infected the entire human race. It's a disease of the human soul," Graham wrote, "God is holy and cannot tolerate sin. So much so that when Jesus carried our sins to the cross, God had to turn His back and could not even look on Him."
"Jesus died for our sins, took our sins to the grave, and rose again triumphantly to life on the third day. If we confess our sins, repent, and believe in Him as our Savior, our deplorable sins are washed away and we can have a right standing before God," Graham intoned.

From Franklin Graham: The Race for America’s Future
By Franklin Graham • October 4, 2016
The United States is at a moral tipping point, and the upcoming elections could prove to be the most pivotal in our long, storied history.
With just a bit more than a month left until Election Day, I’ve visited the capitals of 44 states with our Decision America Tour. When we conclude on Oct. 13 in Raleigh, N.C.—my home state—we will have been to all 50 states in just over 10 months.
When we began in Des Moines, Iowa, in early January, I really didn’t know what to expect. Since we were meeting during the middle of the workday, I thought perhaps we might have a few hundred people come to each event.
All I knew was that our nation is in serious trouble, and we needed to call on Almighty God to repent of our sins and turn our hearts back to Him. We’ve forgotten God’s blessings on our land and turned our back on Him, and now we are reaping the tragic harvest of godlessness in our cities, government, schools and courts—the entire fabric of American culture.
Well, to my surprise in every state—in bitter cold, searing heat and driving rain—God’s people have turned out by the thousands to pray, confess their sins and cry out to the Lord for His healing upon our land. When we hold our last meeting in Raleigh, close to 200,000 men and women will have come together to ask God for His forgiveness and to pledge their participation in this year’s crucial elections.
The Scripture says that government is ordained by God to restrain evil and reward upright behavior. “Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval … he [God’s appointed civil authority] is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God’s wrath on the wrongdoer” (Romans 13:3-4).
In other words, government should be rewarding those who live in obedience to laws and statutes that reflect and uphold long-held moral principles. When they don’t, and instead reward those who do evil and punish those who do good, then an entire civilization is in peril.
It’s apparent that our government today isn’t restraining or curbing evil behavior. Tragically, it’s celebrating and promoting indecency and immorality while aggressively seeking out and penalizing those whose consciences are informed by Biblical values and who live with resolute, godly conviction.
