Yeah I try cut back on my sugar intake it is hard I do cheat once a week on ice cream bowl or bar or cookie LOL!
I try get more fruit and veggie in my diet I think I eating more salad I am eat at home more often bring my food to work in lunch box I am serious I may have Campbell soup healthy request in themos then buy low fat milk in cafeteria at work like a child LOL!
I score indviidual fruit cup in cafteria too just pay 1.00 that is cool if I want that LOL!

Well we do eat McDonald's once a week

about all the dyes, additives,
and might I add some are downright dangerous etc.

Sorry to hear that Steve. It's no fun to have your account locked, that's for sure! Praying now! Which reminds me, I need to call our bank and make sure they leave our old locked account open until I tell them it's OK to close it. Can't have it closed until Social Security decides to put our checks in the right account. 
Thank you for your prayers Barbara! I was able to go to church yesterday and it was fantastic as usual. The end of the sermon was hilarious though. The sermon went a little long I guess, but since we were all participating, it was more like a conversation than a sermon so no one cared. Then when he closed it, Pastor Rob started to pray, and at the end of his first sentence he paused for maybe a second, and a little girl in the back was heard to say, "Amen!!!" The entire congregation started laughing, including Rob! You just couldn't help it as her "amen!" was just so perfectly timed! From the sound of her voice I'm guessing she was under 10 years old. It was just so cute! What a blessing! (not because she cut his prayer short, but because she made us all laugh and laughter is the best medicine.)
I'll go see if Daymond has posted his latest article, which I imagine he has. If so, I'll post that and then I'll have to get going. I need to pay bills and then spend a bunch of money for Christmas and birthdays. I'll get most of it from Amazon, although I've gotten some from Walmart already. It was funny because when the grand kids got to church yesterday, I was teasing them and told them I knew what they were getting for their birthdays and Christmas. Eli looked startled and said, "but I haven't told you what I want yet!" I've asked him a number of times though, but he puts stuff off. Plus he knows I get the shopping done early, especially since I'll be having surgery soon. Anyway, I just grinned and said, "That's your problem, but if you give me a list today, you might wind up getting some of it." Well miracle of all miracles, he actually made out a written list while we were playing Yahtzee. Of course Grace helped him  . Plus, without telling him, Grace had already given me some ideas for him which turned out to be right on target. 
Tomorrow will be more difficult. I'm going to have to make 16 sugar cubes look like gift wrapped presents and string them on a pink ribbon, for Gracie's Sweet Sixteen birthday. It's a family tradition. (It's also a pain LOL) I did it for my two girls, and had to do it for one of my other granddaughters, and now Gracie. But their going to have to do it for their kids! But I'll come post first!
OK, I'd better submit this and get that article posted for us so I can go feed my poor starving cats before I do the bills.

Thank you for your prayers, please keep praying for my bank situation. I do have a couple of back up options Seven, good thinking.....
Should get things sorted with my bank today. It gives you a taste of when the Mark happens, you will be literally locked out of society. Gold and silver, the stuff God made, will be the only usable money soon i think.
Which reminds me - in 1930s US govt told everyone to put thier gold in Ft Knox ( outlawed private ownership of gold ) , and then promptly kept it. Dont think it cant happen again.
It appears banks have "bail in" rules in Oz. It means it appears the bank could take your money ( i.e. savings accounts ) to save its own skin rather than govt bailing it out.

LOL True Steve, I had already gotten him that stuff, so at least that's something on his list he'll get! Gracie too! I got most of the shopping done yesterday. I've got to share what I read in one of my commentaries today about Exodus 17:1-7. I'd love to post the entire thing because it's so good, but I won't. I'll just post a small part of it. This was sure convicting!
"This was now the fourth time that God’s people were guilty of grumbling (see Ex 14:11, 12; Ex 15:24, Ex 16:2, Ex 17:2-3.). Moses was in a position of divinely-appointed spiritual authority. He had led Israel to Rephidim not because he knew where the water was, but because that is where God told him to go. Therefore, the people could not reject him without also rebelling against God. What they were really doing was putting God to the test. This is confirmed by Psalm 95:7–9. All our dissatisfaction shows that we are disappointed with God. To put it another way, all our complaints go straight to the top, where God rules the universe by his sovereign power. Whatever the reason for our discontent, what it really shows is that we are not satisfied with what God has given us. This is a great sin. It is not wrong to take our troubles to God, talking them over with him in prayer. In fact, the Bible encourages us to be honest about our doubts and difficulties. Well try catch up on school paper work we not going Friday off I think getting done at work I am stay home and relax on Thanksgiving week we plan pick up Holiday meal on Wednesday before Thanksgiving day we going do it early maybe around 8am then pick up other stuff at the store if the mom and me miss some stuff I plan make Pumpkin pies on Wednesday afternoon I got make four so I have pick up four ready made pie shells and two can of Libby Pumpkin pies No store bought pumpkin pie for your fav interanaatl news reporter and her wacky family LOL!

Well I think safe to say my washing machine died on me yesterday afternoon actually my mom washing machine so after work I have minium day we go that place that my friend of my wacky brother owns get washing machine they are so good their customer service I probably get tommorow afternoon or sooner or Friday BTW I just notice that washing machine when I try wash the mahchine do every month called Aquafresh I did wash my work clothes I wear uniform luckly tomorow i be off work on Thursday
