life threatening situations....
that I got myself into,
WAAAAAY back,
in the 60's and early 70's!
That was not the 1st time I had a gun pointed at my head
( and God saved me
each and EVERY time was nothing short of a miracle!!!!!!...)
Rather, it was on 2 different occasions
I had a loaded gun pointed at my head
( by completely different people, and for different reasons!!!)
I also had a knife on my throat,
and
I tried leaping out of a speeding car
with my head 'almost' inches from the road
( again a true miracle that I did not die
of a squashed head when it moved the last few inches
and hit the road at 80 or 90 MPH!!!!)
I was picked up once by a truly
EVIL EVIL man when I was stupidly hitch-hiking
And the way God saved me from that
was an
off the wall,
amazing
incredible
miracle of miracles!!!!!
During those 'stupid is... as stupid did' years
I am guessing there were AT LEAST 20
such miracles....
where I should have died from any one of them!!!

But that time in my life,

Born again....a different person....
Well there are still parts of that person
( not drugs, or hitch-hitching, etc etc etc etc.)
but still....the sin in me
that I hate and fight with daily....

Before we got Chromebooks
we had Norton etc. etc.
and no they did not catch every thing...
in fact,
there was a time, when I began to wonder if perhaps
they were installing bugs!!
But since we have chrome I think
I may have had one or two bugs viruses whatever
but as soon as I shut the computer down
it is gone!
In fact a quick search says this about chrome:

Hmm..... I would never buy a Chromebook or anything made by google or had windows.
Linux is probably best if you want some form of independence. I use Brave browser.
I saw a video where someone asked a well nown in home AI device about Harris and trump. The response about what to vote for harris was glowing, and for Trump it shut the conversation down.
Big tech appears to be very liberal, which flows thru into thier products.

I was talking directly to a friend who had visited thier physio. They told me the physio told them that he was temporarily crippled after taking a certain thing about 4 years ago, after being told they had to take this thing to keep thier business open during this time of trouble, then apparently they believe they were crippled by the thing for months and couldn't work as a result. Apparently official people used to turn up to check if business owners had taken the thing, and were shut down if not. It was like nzi germany.
This is info that i heard direct, and I cant 100% verify it, but i believe the source to be credible. Apparently according to this physio, people losing full use or partial use of a limb appears to be not uncommon after taking the thing. Neurological problems and heart problems seem to be not unknown.
My own 80 yo mum had partial temporary paralysis after taking the thing and almost spent half a day stuck in her bathroom as she suddenly had no leg strength to get off the toilet.
She has refused to have any more similar things in future.
Im mentioning this because someone needs to hear it.
We are i think in a dark time, war and disease are devastating our world, we need to witness Jesus to as many as we can before the night time comes "when no man can work".

They had raised the price about $20...

I just remember the $79 chrome was the one before this one,
this one was about $149

And so a new one is needed.
I started being on a computer around 2000
I did not start with a chrome
and we had all sorts of virus protections like Norton
and the other more famous one, which I forget the name right now
But we continued to get viruses
And so, thus the chrome
Now our grandson bought a computer for
for something like $1500 or $2000

Sorry I haven't been here. The bank insisted we take the computer to a pro and wouldn't let me use online banking until I did, so we took it in on Thursday and picked it up yesterday. He checked everything and didn't find anything which is what he and I expected. But now I can prove my computer is clean and the bank will let me get back online to pay my bills....at least I'll be able to once we get out checks. I sure hope they don't take as long as social security said they might!

Schumer reportedly told Columbia
