Kelly, I honestly believe, if students today, stayed home, and did absolutely nothing....
they would in many cases be ahead....rather than being brainwashed in school
My grandson told me something new the other day
( when he was in High School, before we started homeschool)
When ever there was a 'test'...
assuming the students could even read a 'little bit'
The answers would be on the slides above,
the answers were in 'red'....all they had to do was copy!
However,
he told me some students would just fall asleep
well....
no problem!!!
The teachers said ( and allowed)
them to ask a fellow student,
who did not fall asleep,
and did copy...
for their paper, and they could copy their friends answers.
I already mentioned that they watched movies
( aimed at elementary age children)
can be on their cell phones
can go to the fidget corner
or the room where there are video games, a piano, etc.
However, IF they actually stay in class where
'teaching' is going on
They learn things like
Males/men are 'toxic'
Evolution is a 'FACT'
all manner of sexual depravities
( movies...so horrible I don't even want to write about it)
Gay and transgenderism being pushed every day
gay pride flags, posteres, in all the wall and hall spaces
sex councilors for bi, gay, trans etc.
Big bang is the ONLY REAL science
even learning Spanish is to read in spanish books of gay lovers.
and on and on and on it goes.
I said to Devon,
if we did absolutely 'NOTHING" for his home schooling
he would be ahead...
in that,
he would be avoiding endless sins being brainwashed.
Instead, we are reading and studying:

"The Physics of Einstein'
Also
we are studying
Dr. Nathaniel T. Jeanson
( Harvard PHD Young Earth Christian geneticist's book:

Tomorrow we are going to start

the most prominent of the small circle of scientists working on 'intelligent design'
( I don't think Dr. Behe is a Christian, nevertheless, his work is worth looking at)
And so on and on...
But for 'literature' we read Christian fiction
and we listen to a ton of sermons
like:
Dr. and pastor John MacArthur
Pastor Jack Hibbs
etc. etc. etc.
But I still am adamant...
if we did NOTHING
He would be ahead.
He has for several years been reading at college level
( but wait....
looking at the schools today
and so many students cannot read at all, and do not read...
why I suppose he could almost be reading at a PHD level haha)
And he is very very good at math already.
He works at the aquarium here
and is the only hired student,
who deeply studied ( and continues to) the information on all the sea creatures
so he can relay the information to the public.
OH and the other hired students, all ask him for the information...
or they listen to him talking to the public.
For several years now,
he does the slides and streaming at one of the churches we attend.
He is 16
6 or 7 teachers nominated him for the National Honor society
HOWEVER...
On the other hand,
he was getting more and more vocal,
calling out the lies being told
by his teachers...at his HS
so, he might have been heading for a plethora of F's
instead of A's
He could not take the evil anymore.
He does go there still for band and jazz band tho.
Not a whole lot of 'other things'
can be taught while learning music.
But it is absurd that 67 schools and not one can do math
or one student can read.....
I do not believe, that they are 'incapable' of learning
it is just that they are not being taught!!!
Yes, there can be some very difficult, students
that IS a problem!!!!
but there are many who could be exactly on the same level as my grandson...
and frankly some even way higher
After all Dr. Jason Lisle went to a public school
but that was then, and this is now.
I suppose many of the 'Jason Lisles'
of these days,
have been pulled out of public school
so they can actually learn something.
Just one of the many sad truths of the end times....
these poor kids are being groomed for the antichrist.

Well you know what Fearnot I know for a fact that some teacher just look for pay check they love three month off for summer vacation that also reason why I think if Trump get into office he promise not abolish Dept of Education go back to parents I am for that there is some subject that kids shouldn't learn like gender studies and trangender studies YIKES

Good morning, nice weather here so it is a good time for me to go outdoors and do some cleaning up, there are some weeds I need to dig out of the ground with a shovel and try again to hook up a propane tank and if I can't get that done I will give the tank away to neighbor Linda.

I wasn't here yesterday because my eyes have been hurting really badly. They still are but are at least a little bit better. Hopefully they'll be OK by Monday.
Barbara, is what Devon told you about what's going on in the school average knowledge to all the parents? In other words, are most of the parents aware of what's going on, and what's being taught, and just don't mind? I can't imagine any school getting away with what's going on in yours, unless the vast majority of parents either agree with it, or just don't care and don't do anything.
Do you heat with propane Marlene?

I am fairly certain most parents do not have a clue!
But also, a large majority of the students,
are totally in agreement with all these things,
so they most likely see no need or reason,
to bring it up to parents.
Also, a LOT of the students,
go to the 'councilors',
who often suggest they do NOT speak to their parents about being
gay, bi, trans etc.
Oh and on my list of what is actually being taught,
is also:
Critical race theory:
( the idea that caucasians are genetically, inheritably,
and irreversibly
racist
and
CANNOT
be 'cured')
Of course, there is a whole revision of American history
and
teaching Marxism
( tho sometimes not actually label as such, but sometimes it is).
It is not the school system, like I went to.

I have an old propane stove bought it used and used it for 20 years and now I feel it may not be safe to keep using that stove so I stopped using it, right now I only have a toaster oven to use until I set up something else to use also.
On April 8th there is going to be a solar eclipse it is good to be aware that physical forms act in strange ways around eclipses. Every time there is an eclipse there are changes in wales and large schools of fish, physical changes in nature and anything that effects nature will effect us, people normally have an attitude problem around an eclipse.
Pastor Paul was saying that he had an interview with a man for a podcast and wasn't expecting him to be wearing a virtual reality headset during the interview, he asked what he was doing and the man said he put him in his metta world, he asked how do you handle that and the man said you just have to go into another reality.

That's amazing when you put it that way Kelly! I'm going to share that with my daughter! Amazing that people would allow it to go this far! It just goes to prove that God's Word is true when it says that sins blinds people to the truth. People allow these things to happen because they don't realize what's going on, and if they do realize it to some degree, they've accepted lies about why it should be this way. It reminds me of the Left Behind movie after the books came out. When Cameron was going to interview the Antichrist. Remember how the Antichrist killed the people in the room and then made all the other people there remember that someone else had killed them. Cameron was the only one who knew what had really happened, and the only reason he did was because he was saved. I honestly believe that's always been going on to one degree or another, it just wasn't obvious until recently. Really, how else could a parent say that it was a good thing to change their toddlers sex or their teenagers sex??? That's insane! That's Satan, and Satan is the master liar, and does it by making people think they're doing something good as he makes them think he's an angel of light instead of the master of darkness.

Actually it was childhood hair salon that my mom used go to I got my first hair cut like aka Annie Lennox cut really short at the time LOL!
Yeah when I got my ear pierce I need my parent permission luckly it was same lady that cut my mom hair back in da day she is dead she died about 20 years ago she found hair stylist
I can't imagine not talk to your parent about that maybe just me if I face life changing stuff as teenager I need talk somebody
