Your church, sounds a lot like the Calvary church we go to...
although the Baptist one,
is also very very friendly
and giving Church....
( it's a MUCH bigger church than the Calvary one).
Folks there, at NCFF, Baptist church,
after the sermon,
they then hang out
for maybe 10 or 15 minutes ( a few stay longer)
before going off to eat,
or whatever....
However, at Calvary,
which starts at 10:00
( but people are already there at 9:30 chatting etc.)
after the sermon, they may stay until 2 or longer.
Both have very loving, friendly, giving Christians.
But the reason I asked,
if your daughter attended the same church,
was because, it 'looked to me',
like a different pastor,
then the one,
I watched several years ago?
Of course, people's 'looks' can change. duh!! haha
Also you had said he did not use notes
but this one that I watched, had 'notes'
on the two screens?
The 'notes' looked 'extremely helpful'
for a 'major' note taker like me
or Devon haha
So, therefore, I wondered
if it was the same pastor?
I was thinking, WOW! what a clever pastor....
he not only has his notes on the screens....
he makes it easy for the note takers

Honestly, while the church is friendly, I wouldn't use that word to describe it because the people go way beyond friendly. Anyone that goes into that church sees the love each person there has for everyone else, and then they are shocked to discover that the people love them too! They don't show it just in words, but with constant deeds and constant forgiveness and show it with their money too. They don't just forgive the little things, they forgive it all. among other big things, I've seen them forgive being raped, and loving the person who did it. You really do see the kind of love Jesus has for us - it's mind blowing!
And yes, it's the same pastor, he's just a little older like we all are!
Good morning, well I am off to the transfer station this morning. Filled some sandbags with sand yesterday only got half way done so I will need to finish that, I just have a feeling I may need the sandbags, the last rain was light and steady but if we get a heavy rain then I will be glad I put out sandbags. Have a blessed day. The overweight dog is whining for food so I will get her a hard boiled egg to eat. Do you save the sandbags if you wind up not needing them? I'm just curious because that's what I'd want to do if I could find some place to store them.
It's still snowing off an on here. We've got about a foot of snow according to the local news. It's weird...I've never understood why our weather is different from the other towns around us. Jaffrey, which is 20 minutes away in one direction got 8 and a half inches (that's where Christopher lived); Peterborough, where Jennifer lives, and which is 20 minutes away in another direction, got 6 and a half inches; and we got 10 inches. (Those are all the totals from just after noon yesterday.) It's always like that though. In the winter we get more snow and colder temps; in the summer we get hotter temps..... I don't get it???

Those sandbags we have had for years and only used half of them, I haven't looked to see if there are better ones but the ones I have seem to be made from a plastic, maybe I can finish filling those sandbags today, just came in a bag folded like brown paper bags do. Yes I will save the sandbags until they start to fall apart, I think the sandbags will last almost a year.
Went to a grocery store yesterday, wasn't there five minutes and there was a code green said over the intercom, don't know what that is but then over the intercom it was said someone went out the back door, I don't think we will be able to walk into stores in the future like we can now, the last time I was in the gas station store for about 10 minutes and in that time someone walked into their office room and had to be told to get out.
I have been planting some seeds and have some seed starts, I have a chaomile plant now and the others are slower to grow, I have to wait and see if they do ok or not.

It is strange Oliver,
that there are not more men here.....
there are 'some' men, who do pop in now and again...
It is also strange,
there are some super and 'excellent' godly men pastors!!!
But, on the other hand,
at times, it does seem,
'kind of' and/or in general,
there are more women at a lot of churches,
web sites etc.
maybe because men are at 'work' more?
Or...they are more involved in their:
hobbies, sports, etc. etc.
and for some odd reason
they do not put God, the Lord, the Bible
as a priority in their life?
However, that does not seem fair,

because also...there used to be a LOT more women
on fresh hope,

Well I am at work right now but I have minimum day the kids are doing testing they have Friday off more rain come in Monday off Teacher conference I won't be brunt of it
Now the mom is going slow cook soup tonight she had slow cooker pot she put everything in there when I got up this morning so it be ready when I get home I may have early dinner like 2pm LOL!
I plan hunker down more rain coming because of this storm late Saturday going into Sunday and Monday I be in safety under the cover with Bates Mill GW blankets over my head LOL!

Unfortunately in a few days will probably see video of debris slides. It is windy and getting cloudy here.
I had bought two chicken at the store and pressure cooked them and then pressure cooked the bones until soft, now my dog can eat all the chicken bones and I have chicken broth.
Washing blankets and putting them on the clothesline to dry since it is windy the blankets will dry faster.

We're sure to glad to have you Oliver! I know Steve and Mark come by once in awhile, but you're right that you're the only guy to stick around all the time. Not many of us left. Even I haven't been able to be here every day like I used to. That's interesting about the sandbags Marlene. I thought all sandbags were made from cloth. I guess that's because that's what the only ones I've ever seen were made out of, and that was a very long time ago. I'm glad you're able to reuse them if needed at least for a little while.
I'm running late as usual. Mostly because I slept late today. But I'll try and add to the weather thread in End time before I go.

Well it rain here in SO CAL look like skies open up with thunder plenty of heavy rain last few hours then stopped then start up in early morning hrs I hear it LOL! now we gearing up for next storm that hit us Sunday morning going into Monday afternoon off and on

I went to bed early like 9:30pm with all rain tap on my window sill on my bedroom window make me sleepy I put Bates Mill blankets over my head went to asleep now clear up just partly cloudy skies so everybody is cool

is stepping down as an MP
at the next general election
over fears for his personal safety.
Mike Freer, Conservative MP for the north London
