Hey FH family! Still raining ☔️ here! A little thunder, but no real thunderstorm yet! Waiting and watching ⛈⚡️! 😀 I know I’m weird, I can’t help it! I played one of those games on FB, about your personality, and this was their answer about mine, pretty much covers me ah? 😂🙃 Lulu, where are you getting those little tiny graphics? I can't make out what some of them are, due to them being so small, but their size made me curious too lol. Yeah that personality one does sound like you!for those that remember pictures of our old back yard with the garden and all our plants, this cross was there, this is my cross, I couldn’t let it go so our friend and church family member put it up at our church! Our church was it’s first home, hand made by a man I love, Terry, a good friend of ours and church family! Looks good ah? My old rugged cross.... That's so neat Lulu! I'm so glad it home at your church! Church families are wonderful! It is not just LA ports shut down,I just read what a farmer wrote that grows 500 acres of corn and 40 acres of fruit and vegetables near Charleston, South Carolina. He said that they usually have thousands of containers being moved by semi trucks coming thru his area 24/7 and he hasn't seen 10 a day for past 3-4 weeks There’s definitely a big disruption. Yesterday in my travels I waited at a railroad crossing for two long trains both passing and going in opposite directions that were moving a lot of containers, some of the containers said logistics on the side of it. I looked at site of emergency dry food and they say shipping delayed and can't answer questions. Yep, everyone is going crazy.... check out what a friend showed me last night....I'll post it when I reply to Barbara below.. Well all schools in Oregon closed starting Monday for 2 weeks, due to Corina virus.
I have mixed feelings for sure.
One, is that means we will be having to kid sit all that time and not feeling real peppy so that is kind of a downer
On the other hand...
I am sooooo glad the kids will have a couple weeks free from endless movies, chats etc. on being 'gender fluid, bisexual, gay, trans etc etc etc.
Oh and our church is letting us know what steps they are taking
Plus, just also got an e-mail, from a company I have ordered from saying there will be delays etc. A friend took screenshots of a book he's reading and sent them to me on messenger. It's pretty amazing so I thought I'd show them to you. The author of this book is not a Christian writer. He writes horror stories kind of like Stephen King.
We'd best be looking up a lot now. Our salvation is nearer then ever!!!

I don't know about that author but some people write the truth but present their writing or speaking stories as fiction being vague on purpose so some else can't take what they say and repeat it or twist it. I know my teacher that I listen to is always vague and we get used to it and need the HS to be able to help us to understand what is being said, but he must be like that for the reason above.

KFC kicked it up a notch with a donut chicken sandwich, but don't worry you won't have to be temped it is only sold at two locations, Pittsburgh and in VA. I would not like that sandwich, but many do like it.

I went to DG store today to get some milk as I make yogurt. Those 5 dollar leggings they sell there are comfortable to wear. There is plenty of easter bunny stuff there and some canned goods on shelf, but getting low. Two days ago I went to Walmart, it was crowded and shelves looked like at DG store. One woman was I would guess stressed out about something, she started shouting out loud. I did not see the woman. I will not have to go to a store again for 2 weeks. I forgot to mention something funny. When I was at Walmart and walking past where the toilet paper should be, but there was none and some people were waiting in the isle. Then a man rushed in front of me with a pallet on wheels full of toilet paper, wrapped in plastic as it was stacked about 7 feet high. As the crowd gathered, the young man hurried to get the plastic wrapping off. Then what was funny is that he shouted out, " Get them while they're hot!" I was laughing.

Schools closed in Oregon for 2 weeks. Also postponing some surgeries. My daughter and her fiancee went to Costco and Walmart ( apparently there were fights at both stores)
Then they went to Fred Myers...no fights, but not much in the store
One kind of funny thing they were talking to each other saying:
Not one loaf of Bread....
And a guy standing behind them, piped up and said: "What? When did Bernie get elected already"?

I don't know about that author but some people write the truth but present their writing or speaking stories as fiction being vague on purpose so some else can't take what they say and repeat it or twist it. I know my teacher that I listen to is always vague and we get used to it and need the HS to be able to help us to understand what is being said, but he must be like that for the reason above. I truly don't want to upset anyone, but feel I should speak up about this. If someone who was supposed to be a teacher was speaking to me in a vague way, I'd think that they either didn't know what they were talking about and needed to study more, or else that they were false teachers leading people astray. I say that because "being vague" is the opposite of what God calls us to be. He tells us to speak the Truth plainly because He wants people to understand and doesn't want misunderstandings. If they were not claiming to be a teacher, but were simply sharing God's Word as it is written and fellowshipping with other believers, then there wouldn't be any problem as I would simply assume they hadn't been saved long enough to get to know God's Word really well. We all have to start at the beginning after all!
“For we do not write you anything you cannot read or understand.” (2 Corinthians 1:13) “Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.” (2 Corinthians 4:2)
The Holy Spirit guides us and teaches us God's Word. He helps us understand what God wants us to learn from His Word and how we can apply it to our life. Once we have applied it to our life, He then helps us to produce fruit from it. He even empowers us to witness to others and to talk to others about His Word. He dwells within us and even prays for us. He is our guarantee of Eternal Life. He provides us with a spiritual character, renews our minds and regenerates our spirits. He restrains us from sinning and when we do sin, He convicts us. He sanctifies us and enables us to do God's will.
He does a great deal for us, but He's not an interpreter for people who aren't speaking plainly. I'm not saying we shouldn't love them, we certainly should. Nor am I saying we should stay away from them. That depends on whether or not they're actual false teachers. But it sounds more like they simply either aren't sure of themselves or don't know the Word well enough yet. There's nothing wrong with people fellowshipping and learning together.
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”” (Acts 1:8) “When he comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment: in regard to sin, because men do not believe in me; in regard to righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; and in regard to judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.” (John 16:8–11) “But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you.” (John 16:13–15)

Thank you Cindy, what you wrote was helpful for me to read, you are such a treasure of a person.
Barbra and Seven, I think schools will be closed for longer than 2 weeks. I chatted on scrolling chat with a Christian woman from Houston TX. who wrote her concerns, she said National Guard will be handing out food like drive thru at stores and putting up tents for the sick people.
